Overnattede 3 nætter

Første værelse havde en aircondition, der lugtede kraftigt af kloak, hvilket gjorde opholdet ubehageligt. Vi gik ned i receptionen og forklarede dem om lugten. Dagen efter blev vi flyttet til et andet værelse, men her var der tydelig mug omkring airconditionens udblæsning. Det gav desværre indtryk af mangelfuld vedligeholdelse og rengøring. Det trak oplevelsen markant ned, og vi håber, hotellet får løst problemet, så fremtidige gæster ikke oplever det samme.

The night duty staff was not very helpful disrespectful to me the client I sent the message to the property to request a shuttle from the airport four days before my arrival from Montreal they not check the messages upon arrival no Cheryl waiting for me. Call the property three times before they answered and in the meantime, they said I don’t have the shovel. I didn’t pay for the shuttle. I told them, however, that I have sent a message to the property. I’m arriving at 1 o’clock in the morning after talking to the front desk person for 25 minute still no cooperation by the shadow I had to take a taxi. I told him that he have to pay a taxi and he said he will, but after my arriving, he proceeded to say the same thing I didn’t ask for a shuttle I didn’t pay for it. I understood that Cheryl an extra payment for it. I didn’t mind that what I minded that they did not read my messages. I ended up waiting for hours and have to argue my way to get compensated for the money I had to go and take money from ATM, which is cost me for 300 dirham cost me 50 $55 Canadian with the fees. I meant to talk to the manager in the morning it was Sunday. The manager is not there the staff in the morning they were wonderful, helpful thank you I would not recommend anybody to stay in their property if they have to require a shuttle, thank you Nouzha SALLIS

Breakfast buffet staff were amazing! One knew exactly how to make the black tea with milk that we were missing from home and made it for my family each morning. The food varieties were great at breakfast with omelet station. Rooms were clean. Rooftop pool was nice and on Saturday night the 70’s and 80’s music brought back memories and tunes we could sing along with. Thank you!
