the area around the hotel is totally uninteresting and does not feel safe to walk around, the pools is tiny and right off the main restaurant... and the gym is really not to mention ... so all in all below expecations

Very modern and clean hotel, staff are very helpful and courteous. The room is a great size and comfortable and clean. Great water pressure in shower, gym Is good, the roof top restaurant is fine, not cheap, but it’s a good view. Overall the hotel is fine, breakfast is to a good standard, not your typical Marriot breakfast like out of this world, more like ibis breakfast, but quite good. Staff were pleasant and kind.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon checking in, our room was not fully cleaned, and to make matters worse, there was a leaking ceiling. The staff did not offer to move us to another room, forcing us to wait until the maintenance and plumbing work was completed. The lack of customer service was frustrating, though I do want to mention that Madame Halima was the only bright spot with her friendly demeanor. Otherwise, I would have considered leaving right away.

The receptionist at the front desk goes by name Noura , needs some customers training education. She took our information prior the check in and she lost them . We had to provide them again and the room (310) was given has no A/C working. We never complained since the weather was not hot.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay at the Marriott Courtyard. The staff were exceptional, professional and friendly. They treated us like family. Anything we needed, was no trouble for them. The guy at the front desk when we were trying to check in was extremely horrible and had very poor customer service skills altogether. he could’ve definitely done better than what he was doing to put the customers in comfort. The rooms were OK, but the bathrooms were leaking in every direction. We had to put a whole lot of towels to prevent water flowing out of the bathroom every time I took a shower. room service when called on the phone was also not good. I had to call room service to clean the room at least seven times before they actually came to clean.
