It was definitely a value for money stay as they served breakfast to our family room as the price of the hotel is not that expensive. Definitely suitable for travellers who are opting for a cheap stay in Geneva. Location wise, it was close to the lake in Geneva and the old town which was really convenient. Although we had to walk past a restaurant in order to get into the narrow hotel entrance and take a cramped elevator to the third floor to check in, and the bathroom was cramped, the delivery of a full breakfast with croissants, fresh fruits and hot chocolate definitely helped our whole experience in the hotel to be much better.

This is a very convenient hotel with a kitchenette and two fridges. A block to the lake and a few blocks to the train station, a lot of great restaurants, convenient stores, coop stores in the neighborhood. The breakfast was sent to the room with all options available, which comes with delicious fresh fruits. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Der hohe Preis wird allein durch die zentrale Lage halbwegs gerechtfertigt. Der Eingang zum Hotel wird mit einer italienischen Spelunke geteilt, d.h. man muss meist an rauchenden halbseidenen Gestalten vorbei zum Lift. Rezeption ist in der 3. Etage. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance from the train station. The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. She provided us with a kettle and made arrangement for breakfast to be delivered early. She also provided us with a parking coupon for our rental car. The room was warm and the breakfast was awesome. We had a good night sleep :) Thanks

Die Unterkunft war gut und entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Positiv hervorzuheben war, dass es uns ermöglicht wurde, unsere Fahrräder ins Hotel mit zu nehmen.

Location was somewhat disruptive being outside a bus station. The rooms were large, but in desparate need of a revamp. The safe in the room did not work and the lift broke down whilst we were staying on the 5th Floor.

Wonderful, helpful, friendly staff. Amazingly convenient location close to anywhere you would want to go. The facilities are extremely limited, but the staff go all out to make up for it. Entrance is confusing; reception is on the third floor above an unassuming sandwich shop. There are no staff on site after 10 PM.

Location was excellent. Room service breakfast was generous. Staff was courteous and very helpful. Although facility is a bit outdated, it’s understandable due to the age of the building. Lobby/office is on the 3rd floor. It’s not favorable if guests have multiple luggages since elevator is a bit tight and will have few floor stops during check-in and check-out (i.e. street level, lobby/office, actual room-floor location).

Nice hotel in heart of Geneva. The rooms are functional and quite large, beds comfy. Our rooms bathroom was tiny and a could use some renovation, but was still ok. The breakfast we got into a room was tasty. The hotel also sent the free public transportation cards to email few days before which was very nice.

The personnel was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the room was very loud even at night: It was loud because of the street and loud because of the other guests in the nearby rooms. Moreover, it was not possible to open the blinds properly because they were broken. The breakfast was acceptable. The hotel has no air conditioning, so some rooms are very warm and if one opens the window, it is very loud.

Perfect and affordable no frills place to stay for work. Near a central train station makes it easy to get around, although you can walk pretty much anywhere. The room was nice and clean, staff friendly and helpful, and breakfast was brought to the room every morning. The mattress is very firm, so be prepared fi you are use to sleeping on a soft bed.

Banheiro minúsculo , inacreditável. Colchões com mola que machucavam . Porta do banheiro não fechava . Não há recepção noturna e a noite há barulho vindo de outros quartos . Pontos positivos :café no quarto , localização, troca de lençóis e recepção simpática.

Location and staff were great, but this is more like a 1-star hotel. Rooms are serviceable but veeeerry basic. We were only here for one night because I had to catch an early train, but I would have been disappointed if I had chosen it as a home base for several days in Geneva. It was quite loud outside at night as well.

Close to train station, old style hotel. A bit of a small room for our family of 4, but fine for one night. It was hot while we were there and they provided a fan for the room, but there is a lot of street noise.

Nice location, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast to room was nice! VERY centrally located which was great! Very warm had to ask for second fan because too loud to leave window open. Not the property’s fault it was a heat wave.

It was a basic room but did the job. The TV worked well and the breakfast delivered to the room was very good. We arrived during a heatwave(37 degrees) and the room is not equipped to deal with it properly - fans are provided but it still gets unbearably hot. Great location with being located right in the middle of the shopping, dining and riverside areas as well as the bus station for tours. The lady on arrival was extremely helpful and really welcoming!

The personnel was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the room was very loud even at night: It was loud because of the street and loud because of the other guests in the nearby rooms. Moreover, it was not possible to open the blinds properly because they were broken. The breakfast was acceptable. The hotel has no air conditioning, so some rooms are very warm and if one opens the window, it is very loud.

This is a very convenient hotel with a kitchenette and two fridges. A block to the lake and a few blocks to the train station, a lot of great restaurants, convenient stores, coop stores in the neighborhood. The breakfast was sent to the room with all options available, which comes with delicious fresh fruits. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice location and super helpful staff. Had a very bad travel day getting there, but the staff was still very friendly and helpful. The room was great and the location couldn’t be beat. If I am ever in Geneva again I will look to stay here again.

It was a basic room but did the job. The TV worked well and the breakfast delivered to the room was very good. We arrived during a heatwave(37 degrees) and the room is not equipped to deal with it properly - fans are provided but it still gets unbearably hot. Great location with being located right in the middle of the shopping, dining and riverside areas as well as the bus station for tours. The lady on arrival was extremely helpful and really welcoming!

Wonderful, helpful, friendly staff. Amazingly convenient location close to anywhere you would want to go. The facilities are extremely limited, but the staff go all out to make up for it. Entrance is confusing; reception is on the third floor above an unassuming sandwich shop. There are no staff on site after 10 PM.

Location was excellent. Room service breakfast was generous. Staff was courteous and very helpful. Although facility is a bit outdated, it’s understandable due to the age of the building. Lobby/office is on the 3rd floor. It’s not favorable if guests have multiple luggages since elevator is a bit tight and will have few floor stops during check-in and check-out (i.e. street level, lobby/office, actual room-floor location).

Short stop over in Geneva. Location was excellent for arriving by bus from Annecy. Really nice surprise touch to have breakfast delivered to the room in the morning. Great location for both the train & bus stations and for seeing the sights.

We LOVED our stay!!! Especially the breakfast brought to our room on a tray with the best bread and croissants!ever!! Very handy location, 5 minute walk from Train station one way and the lake the other! Lovely helpful staff.

Being in the center of the city, this location allowed us to be able to visit Geneva. We did not used the free transportation passes offered by this hotel because we were only for a night but we will if we come back. The staff was wonderful.

Location was somewhat disruptive being outside a bus station. The rooms were large, but in desparate need of a revamp. The safe in the room did not work and the lift broke down whilst we were staying on the 5th Floor.

Nice hotel in heart of Geneva. The rooms are functional and quite large, beds comfy. Our rooms bathroom was tiny and a could use some renovation, but was still ok. The breakfast we got into a room was tasty. The hotel also sent the free public transportation cards to email few days before which was very nice.

It was definitely a value for money stay as they served breakfast to our family room as the price of the hotel is not that expensive. Definitely suitable for travellers who are opting for a cheap stay in Geneva. Location wise, it was close to the lake in Geneva and the old town which was really convenient. Although we had to walk past a restaurant in order to get into the narrow hotel entrance and take a cramped elevator to the third floor to check in, and the bathroom was cramped, the delivery of a full breakfast with croissants, fresh fruits and hot chocolate definitely helped our whole experience in the hotel to be much better.
It was definitely a value for money stay as they served breakfast to our family room as the price of the hotel is not that expensive. Definitely suitable for travellers who are opting for a cheap stay in Geneva. Location wise, it was close to the lake in Geneva and the old town which was really convenient. El hotel, pese a su apariencia muy bien, cómodo. Los empleados muy amables, pero.... Nos pidieron que les dieramos una hora para traernos el desayuno(muy bueno por cierto). El primer dia llegó a su hora, el segundo cinco minutos despues(vale) el tercero 20 minutos despues de la hora concertada y el ultimo dia mas de media hora. La verdad, si no fuera por esto el resto fue perfecto. Ah, y lastima de vecinos ruidosos. Pero bueno, eso no es culpa del hotel.

Helpful staff when I called late to say we would be late for checkin they sorted a safe key for us (be aware checkin is not 24 hours) they also stored our bags for us while we went to explore after checkout. The room is okay, the bed is a bit old and springy, not especially comfy and we only had one towel instead of two. The included breakfast comes to your room and is okay, nothing exceptional but it was fine and nice to have it served in the room. The property feels like it needs some work, it's a little ugly and the toilet was leaking, that bathroom was outdated with a bathtub and shower curtain which made it feel very cramped. The mini fridge did not work and the fan supplied was very loud (but better than no fan at all!) If you like to sleep with window open it would be pretty loud as a location. But close to the Lake and close to bus/train stations which was convenient. Certainly nothing special or luxurious but more in the cheap and chearful category. I wouldn't recommend staying for more than a night or two.
