The cabin is just right. Big enough, with all you need, but not too big. Very nicely done and the parking is wonderful. I would suggest an extra dish towel and kleenex would have been nice. I would have loved a chair or two out the back door to enjoy the evening air a bit. We will be coming to Eugene more regularly and would definitely book here again!

We stayed with our dog in U it 2. This little group of cabins is so cute and sparkling conditions. Highly recommend d unit 2 with small fenced area for dog. Sadly, the last group didn't scoop their poop but really convenient. Ate at Tap Rock and had a great smash burger

Very large room, with all the amenities, silverware, glasses, cookware, oil oily, salt, pepper ETC...!!The stacked washer & dryer was so fabulous. The heater was a simulated fire under the TV very coo. Overall I highly recommend this clean, new unit at Riverside Cabin.

Lovely place. Nothing to complain about. We recommend a sign and verbiage when renting that each unit only gets one parking space. We had a loaded car and had to park on the street in the dark as someone arrived earlier with two cars. There are 6 total units and 6 parking spots.

My husband and I stayed in cabin #2 for 2 nights and everything went great. We ended up arriving earlier than expected and Rico was able to get the cabin cleaned and ready for us hours for check-in time. The actual cabin is so quant and cute. It's nature/bear themed through the whole cabin, including the coffee mugs. The heater and fire place did a good job of heating up the cabin when it got cold at night. The shower had good water pressure. We did not have an opportunity to use the washer dryers (detergent not provided) but I liked having the option. If we end up in this area again, we will definitely book one of these cabins for the stay.

Clean, comfortable, pet-friendly, quiet, super user-friendly!! Cozy courtyard and private fenced-in area for pets or outside area to relax. Quiet neighborhood! Bed was comfortable! Clean room, clean sheets. Great shower! Full kitchen! Was delightfully surprised that we didn’t have a mile-long to-do list before leaving. We did trash and tidied and gathered linens. Totally worth it!!!

Very clean & well equipped, extremely easy and convenient check in, convenient parking, unit decor was very cute, huge tv, fenced backyard was perfect for our pup, front grassy area is also well maintained (even doggy bags are there), great communication with the host, quiet neighborhood, so unfortunate that the nearby riverside park is "taken over" by homeless. Overall perfect stay! Few minor suggestions: would be nice to have paper towels, dish sponge, non-flavored coffee pods (only had flavored pods), spice rack as pictured (only had salt & pepper).

The location was great access wise. It was close to a bank so lots of traffic when we got there and the some of the occupants in the cars were "questionable". We were worried it was going to be noisy but once inside it was very pleasant. Very clean and had just about everything you need. We were comfortable and will definately consider staying again should we be in the area. The price was great! Thank you!

What a fabulous little place! It's super clean, adorable, stocked with all the needed amenities, and in a great location. The fenced-back patio area was a huge plus for our pup, too. This felt more like a hotel experience than a VRBO rental (in the best way). We came for a work trip and will definitely be staying here again!

Loved most everything. Few suggestions please, The lighting needs to either on a dimmer or a light above the kitchen sink. It was to bright with lights on. The window in the front door shines in your face in the morning. I had to put my jacket over the door to block it. Wished the TV could have rotated so you could watch in bed. Everything else was nice.

My stay was good and what I have come to expect from this host and property. Only problem is the side street and extremely loud vehicles at all hours. You don't hear this from the other units I have stayed in there. Still, an over all good experience.

Loved this place! It was warm and inviting, the bed was comfortable and I loved having my own private outdoor pace. Location was great being walkable to coffee shops and restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating when I needed help. I’ll definitely be coming here again.

Everything was Great. Property Manager Rico was very helpful even brushing off light snow from car windshield. That is going above and beyond. Owners very responsive and helpful when needed.

Great location, place has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again. We left our hair dryer and they were super responsive and helpful making arrangements to get it back to us.

Overall a great place to stay that we would choose again. We would have appreciated some paper towels and hand soap in the batjroom though. We were there for 5 nights and only given 1 hand towel, so we ended up buying paper towels. The check out instructions were just a plaque on the way saying to text a phone number, so we did the night before to start preparing the room for a quick departure in the AM, but turns out that tells the cleaning crew we are leaving and they ended up walking in before we had left....other than those minor things, the place was clean and all we needed. I would note that it says it sleeps 5 (4?) because of the futon but only had 2 chairs at a tiny dining table. Just a note for a larger party.

My husband, 1 y/o daughter, and I stayed in this wonderful VRBO for about 5 days while explored southern Oregon. It was perfect to have meals and relax at night after a long day of hiking and exploring. Checking in and checking out were easy and accessible! If we're ever back in the area, we will definitely book again with Cherry!

Clean studios set up with a central courtyard. Perfect place for a large group to gather and also have some private space. Love the concept. Location is a bit sketchy with some homeless camps nearby but they are priced accordingly and the units are clean and comfortable. alec
Clean studios set up with a central courtyard. Perfect place for a large group to gather and also have some private space. Love the concept. Location is a bit sketchy with some homeless camps nearby but they are priced accordingly and the units are clean and comfortable. alec

The location was great access wise. It was close to a bank so lots of traffic when we got there and the some of the occupants in the cars were "questionable". We were worried it was going to be noisy but once inside it was very pleasant. Very clean and had just about everything you need. We were comfortable and will definately consider staying again should we be in the area. The price was great! Thank you!

As a couple we are touring the Northwest part of the U.S. so we have stayed in a number of places. This is the best of all of our lodging experiences. High quality, delightful lodging, thoughtful amenities such as Disney Plus subscription included. Located next to the Rogue River and the local town park.

Very clean & well equipped, extremely easy and convenient check in, convenient parking, unit decor was very cute, huge tv, fenced backyard was perfect for our pup, front grassy area is also well maintained (even doggy bags are there), great communication with the host, quiet neighborhood, so unfortunate that the nearby riverside park is "taken over" by homeless. Overall perfect stay! Few minor suggestions: would be nice to have paper towels, dish sponge, non-flavored coffee pods (only had flavored pods), spice rack as pictured (only had salt & pepper).

What a fabulous little place! It's super clean, adorable, stocked with all the needed amenities, and in a great location. The fenced-back patio area was a huge plus for our pup, too. This felt more like a hotel experience than a VRBO rental (in the best way). We came for a work trip and will definitely be staying here again!

We thought this place was fabulous except for the hard bed. (My own personal preference) Otherwise, it was great being three blocks within walking distance from Boatnik, and the jet boats!

Great location, place has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again. We left our hair dryer and they were super responsive and helpful making arrangements to get it back to us.

This was a nice little 6 unit complex with adequate off street parking (1 per unit). The unit was very clean, new, and communication with the host was excellent. Very easy check in and out process. Thanks for the great stay!
