Dear Customer Support, I would like to request a refund for my recent booking at Farm Stay Bajoon Nainital. The stay experience was not as advertised. There was ongoing construction work at the property, with active construction machinery noise that would have made the stay extremely uncomfortable. The manager was also not present on site to check us in, which added to the inconvenience. Additionally, the access to the property was difficult, and the location was much farther from Nainital centre than expected. We were also disappointed with the condition of the kitchen, which was unhygienic and full of flies. Considering these issues, we decided not to stay at the property and searched for alternatives. I kindly request a full refund or appropriate compensation for the booking. Additionally I request the stays advertised to be properly vetted to ensure the description accuracy.
