The Bungalow, Forest of Dean

I booked this as a last minute trip for me, my husband my 2 kids and my mother and it was a good price! It was one of the loveliest bungalows I have ever stayed at and would definitely book to go again. The house is super clean and a wonderful size. It had everything we need and the beds and sofa were so comfy. The waterfall shower was super cool my daughter was obsessed. The area is very quiet and serene, and as the weather was perfect we utilized sitting out on the patio every night. This is a prime location near The Forest of Dean and is near so much to see and do. Such a gem and I am glad we found it. The host was friendly, accommodating and answered any questions I had so for that alone would recommend this place.

Fantastic open plan bungalow, with a large wrap-around garden. Great for children and dogs, Forest of Dean is literally on the doorstep, and lots of tourist locations within the Forest are within a 10-15 minute drive.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming bungalow located right next to the forest of dean, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The first thing that struck me was the location, offering serene woodland views and the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Some great pubs, restaurants, walks, and tourist destinations within a 10 minute drive. The bungalow itself was much larger than the pictures had led me to believe, providing space for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything was spotless and tidy upon arrival, and the host had thoughtfully provided all the expected amenities, ensuring we had everything we needed. Accessing the property was a breeze, thanks to the large driveway that easily accommodated three vehicles. The fully gated and fenced garden added an extra layer of privacy and security, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and it certainly beat my expectations. I would highly recommend this bungalow to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful, natural setting. This is a must stay location if you have pets or young children.
