InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort by IHG

Great stay. There is everything you want from a resort. Breakfast was fantastic, with a chef making omelets and other dishes on demand, fresh juice machine, etc... Only 1 hour drive from downtown Brisbane.

We had a family visit. The grandchildren enjoyed the facilities very much. It was a fantastic place for us to get together. The staff were lovely and welcoming.

We stayed for the Festival of Golf & WPGA event. We had a wonderful time as always. We appreciate the high consistency of excellence that is offered in all areas of the running of this beautiful visually stunning, unique property. Special shout out to all the staff at all levels, who do there very upmost to create many meaningful moments for there guests. This Hotel & surrounding areas, hold a very special place in our hearts, long may it Prosper!

Room great, service exceptional, location awesome ……. Only “complaint” would be the lack of table staff option in the lagoon bar. Appreciate its casual dining but as a family of four ordering, with the arrival timing of different meals, different flow rate for guests, any additions required…. Every interaction involved leaving the table and standing in a long line at the bar. Disrupted a family meal quite a lot.

Room smells very damp and place can use upgrade, very disappointing for the brand intercontinental!
