Great stay! Cute little apartment in a central location with great parking

My partner and I loved the location and private parking. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of kitchen items if you prefer to cook. The bed was very comfortable and check in was easy.

The rental was convenient, clean, and comfortable

Walking distance to coffee shops. Property could have been cleaner and some outlets and lights were not working. Overall price was good.

It was easy to find and in a nice neighborhood. Unfortunately the room was inadequately cleaned. The was old soap on the bathtub and leaves from outside in the apartment.

The property was very clean and the communication was excellent. No problems at all. Had everything we needed for a week long stay.

Biggest thing is the AC doesn’t work great. I was 76 when I checked in so input it down to 70 as you do, and the ac never turned off for the 3 days I stayed, and it was never able to get below 71. (High 90° summer). The air coming out of the vents was barely cold. The whole downstairs smells like cockroaches and I saw a few of them crawling around. None up stairs with the bed tho. The shower tub is a U shape with no grip so prepare to fall when taking a shower. The lighting is very dull throughout the entire place (should’ve known better when I saw the perfect real estate photos to stay away) and it’s just a very depressing place to come back to after a day out doing whatever you’re doing in Austin.internet was great nice and fast. you’re better off to staying in a hotel downtown, that’s all this place is, it’s a 2 story hotel room with no hotel amenities at the same (or more) price. I would hate to live here because traffic trying to get out is a nightmare.

Location is fabulous. Apt is easy to get to and is walkable. Could use a deep clean. We found dirty glasses, utensils and containers that had been put away. Bed and pillows are comfy.

I cannot tell you what a nightmare my entire stay in two separate properties was with this property management company The code didn’t work on day one, but the best was yet to come; after just a few hours, I found the kitchen was infested with cockroaches. I also found a rat caught in a trap. I was offered alternative accommodation, which took two days to come to fruition; many reasons were given as to the constant delays, but none that made the stay any easier while waiting for the following property to become available: the cockroaches and I were on a first-name basis when I relocated. The following property, while without cockroaches was old, run-down with one bed that caused you to roll in the middle the other a queen bed had two single mattresses that were diagonal not horizontal with a piece of foam down the middle that hit you nicely right at the waist, oh so comfortable! The list goes on and on, my advice is just don’t stay in a property handled by this management company.

A modest, clean and charming spot - our family with two young children fit nicely across the two floor, one bedroom apartment in one of Austin's most walkable neighborhoods. The complex is set back far enough from Enfield that you don't hear traffic noise and it is only a few minutes from some of the city's hot spots.

Communication with property manager was excellent. Place a bit smaller than expected, but it worked well overall. Clean and nice, would recommend and would stay here again.

Great location, good communication. Bed was great. The property is a little old, but that's the only downside, everything else was great.

It was very spacious, we liked how the bedroom and kitchen were on separate floors. Lots of extra supplies if needed. Had everything you need to cook, clean, etc. However, there were wifi issues the first day and the thermostat is very tricky to work. It turns off when it senses no one is home, and takes hours to cool down a few degrees, so this combo is not great with Texas heat. Communication could have been better, especially dealing with these issues. A few small bugs present.

We checked in promptly at 3 o’clock, and found the apartment to be just as described. The hosts have thought of everything. Dishwasher pods, laundry, pods, plenty of towels, and even extra batteries for the remote! The bed was super! We will definitely stay here again!

We stopped by Austin on our way back from San Antonio. The property is quite nice and very nicely located. It is also very quiet. One thing that was not a problem for us but should be made clear. This is a two story apartment with the only bathroom on the second floor., If you have problem with steps, you might want to consider another location. One minor issue is the coffee maker. It works but the carafe is missing so it is hard to use. Really should get a new one. A Keurig maker might be nice as well.

The unit is in a good location, near highways and neighborhoods and is quiet. The management company responded quickly to a mixup when we arrived to find the unit had been accidentally double booked. Everything worked out and we had a nice stay.

Apartment was as stated on VRBO. Host was very easy to deal with and was always in contact to make sure our stay was good. Highly recommend.

I had high hopes for this Vrbo space due to the high reviews. I regret to say that my recent stay at this property was far from enjoyable. While the property itself was generally fine, the mattress was absolutely awful. It was uncomfortable(no support in the middle), sagging, and made it impossible to get a restful night’s sleep. I woke up with unfortunate back pain/soreness. I immediately contacted the property host to express my concern, hoping for a resolution or at least an acknowledgment of the issue. Unfortunately, I was met with little more than a dismissive response. The host did not offer any solutions, such as providing a replacement or helping to resolve the issue in any way. No partial refund, nothing. As a result, my partner and I checked into a hotel to be able to enjoy the other nights of our vacation. I strongly caution anyone considering booking this property to think twice, especially if a good night’s sleep is a priority.

Clean and conveniently located. We only stayed one night and aside from some issues with the key pad when we checked in, it was great.

Great place to stay for a visit to Austin! Its a cozy spot thats really close to all that downtown Austin has to offer. Would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to visit the city.

This location was perfect for our family of four for a short stay. Loved being in walking and driving distance of so much in Austin but away from the crowds

Easy stay in a great location

I stayed here for 1 night to enjoy a night out with a few friends. It’s located just a 5 minute drive away from 6th street and many other locations! Would recommend!

We were in Austin for a convention downtown, and this property was close enough that it didn’t cost too much to UBER into town. Nice and clean, toiletries provided and the handbook directed us to everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we will definitely look to rebook for our next Austin trip!
