Excelente hotel en un hermoso palacio de 1700, pedí un early Check In a las 8 AM porque llegamos a las 6:45 de un vuelo intercontinental y teníamos una escala de 15 horas y las aprovechamos para descansar en el St Regis en una de sus habitaciones y con una sesión de SPA, desayunamos y comimos en Lumen restaurant del hotel y todo estuvo de maravilla, ampliamente lo recomiendo y seguro regresaremos pronto!

St Regis Rome is a magnificent hotel Location, excellent, staff, excellent, good, excellent, charm, incredible. Everything about this hotel is magical. I have to mention two members of staff even though every single member of staff were incredible. Pietro and Marco who both work in the bar and dining area made my stay one of the most memorable visit to any hotel I've ever had. Really great people, thank you.

St Regis Grand Hotel is simply the best hotel in Rome. ALL the staff has been phenomenal ( especially Anna from front desk and the restaurant managers and staff) They have gone above and beyond to make our stay the most comfortable and luxurious experience in their hotel. St Regis Rome is a magnificent hotel Location, excellent, staff, excellent, good, excellent, charm, incredible. Everything about this hotel is magical. I have to mention two members of staff even though every single member of staff were incredible. Pietro and Marco who both work in the bar and dining area made my stay one of the most memorable visit to any hotel I've ever had. Really great people, thank you.

Our stay at the St. Regis Rome was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. We LOVED this hotel. Everybody was absolutely incredible. We got an upgrade to a suite. And we couldn't have been happier. What a treat. Amazing night for the 31st December. Fabulous entertainment. We will come back!

Excelente hotel en un hermoso palacio de 1700, pedí un early Check In a las 8 AM porque llegamos a las 6:45 de un vuelo intercontinental y teníamos una escala de 15 horas y las aprovechamos para descansar en el St Regis en una de sus habitaciones y con una sesión de SPA, desayunamos y comimos en Lumen restaurant del hotel y todo estuvo de maravilla, ampliamente lo recomiendo y seguro regresaremos pronto!

St Regis Grand Hotel is simply the best hotel in Rome. ALL the staff has been phenomenal ( especially Anna from front desk and the restaurant managers and staff) They have gone above and beyond to make our stay the most comfortable and luxurious experience in their hotel. Five stars all the way from checking in and on the day we checked out.

Although we stayed in a beautiful suite and the location is perfection, I have to say that the services at the hotel were not the level we expected. There wasn’t ever a staff person at the door, concierge service didn’t seem to have much information or offer help, etc. We were in Florence for half of our trip and Rome for the other half, and compared with our hotel in Rome, this just wasn’t up to snuff. That being said, staff were kind when we spoke with them and those who worked at breakfast were lovely and on their game. I guess I’d say that when you pay St. Regis prices, every element should be perfection.
