Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tidy house but definitelty needs a deep clean. Wiped over from previous stays, but definitely not cleaned. Aircon needed in bedrooms as the one aircon unit in the living area does not provide cooling to kitchen area, bunk bedroom and last bedroom (past laundry). Could not use those rooms during the daytime due to the extreme heat. Extremely creaky floorboards in the kitchen area, even with bedroom doors shut. Would consider staying again but only in the cooler months.

Reviewer Comments: Fantastic accommodation, fantastic area, close walking distance to everything, had everything you could want in a holiday home.. would be good to have gates on the driveways to stop the dogs and kangaroos coming in and pooping everywhere though...
