Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location of this holiday home. Sitting on the verandah overlooking the river and all that'sgoing on there. A very short walk across the road to get the kayak in the water. All the amenities needed in the home. Plenty of room for parking dinghy or even a bit larger boat. The one not great thing is the mattress in the main bedroom. It is a bit soft and moves a lot when one person turns over. We've stayed a few times now and will be back again for sure!

The shower gel shouldn't be in glass bottle as my kids were using it and it broke into pieces. My son foot was cut by the pieces, luckily he didn't need stitches.The drain in the shower is poorly functional,causing flooding everywhere The sink at the kitchen always clogged, is not draining well.I hothanks for the stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third time staying in Kalbarri and the first at this property. We really liked it. Great location and the house was well furnished and looked after. There is no WiFi so the smart tv isn’t so smart. But with a HDMi cable and a laptop we easily managed. There is also a dvd (not Blue-ray) player. Our only wishes are for there to be a removable divider for the front to separate the houses more. And adding a gate to make it pet friendly would be nice too! Overall though it’s definitely somewhere we’d stay again.
