Vi bodde på detta fantastiska hotell i Termoli med vår son. Storleken på rummet är generös, service bra och städningen är exceptionell! Bra läge - Hotellet ligger i stadens centrum, någon minut från centralstationen, gågatan och 5-10 minuter promenad från stranden. Hög musik vissa dagar om hotellet ordnar konsert på takbaren - lugnt övriga dagar. En förbättring hade varit om de servera frukost på hotelltaket. Vi skulle älska att bo på Lumia igen!

Es ist ein schönes, neues Hotel. Zimmer und Ausstattung waren sehr gut. Das Hotel hat eine schöne, kleine Roof-Top-Bar. An einem Abend (Freitag) gab es einen DJ/Live-Musik. Diese konnten wir in unserem Zimmer (4. Stock) hören - die Lautstärke war noch auszuhalten. Die Musik hörte kurz nach Mitternacht auf. Das Frühstücksangebot war klein (im Vergleich zu deutschen Hotels) und der Schwerpunkt lag eindeutig auf "süss", bspw. Kuchen. Das kann / wird die italienische Ausprägung sein. Leider waren das Rührei, Bacon aber auch Pancakes immer kalt.

Es ist ein schönes, neues Hotel. Zimmer und Ausstattung waren sehr gut. Das Hotel hat eine schöne, kleine Roof-Top-Bar. An einem Abend (Freitag) gab es einen DJ/Live-Musik. The hotel is tastefully decorated and has an exclusive feel. The roof terrace is not quite finished yet, but is going to be spectacular, with views over the city and the sea.

We stayed here on a road trip, upon arrival we were incredibly lucky to get a (pay and display) space right outside which cost us €7 for the night, other option is valet parking which is good. We were greeted by a lovely gentleman on the reception that pointed out the parking space which was a great. He spoke perfect English and went above and beyond to try and help us. The hotel is new, modern and very clean. Our room was super comfortable and large with everything you could wish for. The bathroom was big and had nice clean towels etc We stayed here to visit the historic part of Termoli which was easily walkable from the hotel. Many restaurant options and amenities close by. Breakfast was top quality, so much to choose from and the staff were all so happy and accommodating. Staying here we felt looked after, welcome and comfortable. We would stay again

We had a lovely stay at Lumia. The staff were very helpful, and the room was pristine and very comfortable. It’s in a brilliant location- in the centre of town but close (within 10 mins walk) to both the port and beach. Grazie!

This hotel is very beautifully designed with great service, however our experience is that the focus is on form over function. Windows and insulation seem very limited, we heard very loud noise on the street all night long.

This hotel is very beautifully designed with great service, however our experience is that the focus is on form over function. Windows and insulation seem very limited, we heard very loud noise on the street all night long.

We stayed here on a road trip, upon arrival we were incredibly lucky to get a (pay and display) space right outside which cost us €7 for the night, other option is valet parking which is good. We were greeted by a lovely gentleman on the reception that pointed out the parking space which was a great. He spoke perfect English and went above and beyond to try and help us. The hotel is new, modern and very clean. Our room was super comfortable and large with everything you could wish for. The bathroom was big and had nice clean towels etc We stayed here to visit the historic part of Termoli which was easily walkable from the hotel. Many restaurant options and amenities close by. Breakfast was top quality, so much to choose from and the staff were all so happy and accommodating. Staying here we felt looked after, welcome and comfortable. We would stay again

Vi bodde på detta fantastiska hotell i Termoli med vår son. Storleken på rummet är generös, service bra och städningen är exceptionell! Bra läge - Hotellet ligger i stadens centrum, någon minut från centralstationen, gågatan och 5-10 minuter promenad från stranden. Hög musik vissa dagar om hotellet ordnar konsert på takbaren - lugnt övriga dagar. En förbättring hade varit om de servera frukost på hotelltaket. Vi skulle älska att bo på Lumia igen!

Brand new hotel in the middle of the city, close to the city's pleasant public life and a short distance to the historic district and the incredibly beautiful beaches. The hotel is tastefully decorated and has an exclusive feel. The roof terrace is not quite finished yet, but is going to be spectacular, with views over the city and the sea.

Helt nytt hotell midt i byen, like ved byens hyggelige folkeliv og kort avstand til den historiske bydel og de utrolig flotte strendene. Hotellet er smakfullt innredet og med eksklusivt preg. Takterrassen er ikke helt ferdig ennå, men kommer til å bli spektakulær, med utsikt over byen og havet.

Es ist ein schönes, neues Hotel. Zimmer und Ausstattung waren sehr gut. Das Hotel hat eine schöne, kleine Roof-Top-Bar. An einem Abend (Freitag) gab es einen DJ/Live-Musik. Diese konnten wir in unserem Zimmer (4. Stock) hören - die Lautstärke war noch auszuhalten. Die Musik hörte kurz nach Mitternacht auf. Das Frühstücksangebot war klein (im Vergleich zu deutschen Hotels) und der Schwerpunkt lag eindeutig auf "süss", bspw. Kuchen. Das kann / wird die italienische Ausprägung sein. Leider waren das Rührei, Bacon aber auch Pancakes immer kalt.

The staff at the front desk were very courteous and helpful. Our car was valet parked soon after we arrived and delivered promptly upon our departure. The cleaning staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was spacious and clean and was serviced daily. The hotel's location was excellent: close to il Corso, shops and restaurants. It didn't seem very far to get to the beach but it was too hot on the days of our visit and we chose not to walk the beach. The rooftop restaurant offered a beautiful view, the food was good, however the service was slow. The waiter was not to blame as he was moving quickly; it seemed as if the kitchen was short staffed and orders were slow in arriving. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Per il parcheggio interno alla struttura , non disponibile al momento del soggiorno, l'hotel ha risolto con un parcheggiatore esterno che ha prelevato l'auto all'arrivo e l'ha riconsegnata all'orario concordato alla partenza. Dopo un giro a Termoli abbiamo deciso di cenare la sera presso il ristorante dell'hotel Terramaris , aperto anche ad ospiti esterni, posto all'ultimo piano della struttura. Cena a base di pesce, qualità, servizio, ambiente rilassante, vista, prezzo corretto. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Väldigt fint hotell men inte ett familjehotell. Vårt rum var väldigt stort och fint. Hotellet har en fantastiskt fin takterrass med både bar och restaurang. Frukosten var väldigt bra, den bästa under vår italienvistelse! Restaurangen var okej, läget bättre än maten. Läget på hotellet var mycket praktiskt, lätt att vandra ner till restauranger och till stranden. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotellet!
