Absolutely cannot fault the property or the owner. The accommodation itself is lovely, the quality of the bed and the little touches the owner provided such as the snacks on offer were fabulous. The location was perfect, secure parking and a nice country pub a short walk away.

Gorgeous room in a beautiful little village. The room was presented beautifully and there is a full selection of refreshments available to purchase, as well as milk and a kitchenette with everything you could need.

I stayed for 1-2 night stays on 3 consecutive weeks for business, staying in a different suite on each occasion. The rooms are really comfortable and ideal for a self-catering stay with quick meals (microwave etc). The rooms also have a minibar and snack selection with price list attached which whilst I didn’t use, was a very thoughtful addition. I found plenty to watch on the telly though couldn’t the regular channels. The shower was great and much appreciated after long days, as were the beds. The area is really quiet so I did t have a problem sleeping. Would definitely return.

Very well appointed and clean rooms, with ample provision of towels and consumables. The mini kitchen proved very useful and practical. Thank you. The owner responded to all communications very promptly and was very attentive to our needs (my wife is currently injured). We certainly plan to return.

Good stay! Ben who hosts the property was in touch from the morning and was easily contactable. Only negative would be that you can hear someone walking upstairs but this wasn’t a big problem to me.

This is very well appointed, the owners have covered all the small things that you would want in a room. Some lovely touches and room is very welcoming look when you arrive.

We stayed for just one night in the way home from London over Xmas and the room was small but very modern and warm we stayed in room 3 but unfortunately the from door was very noisey when people coming in and out as it had to be banged and also the people upstairs seemed to have been walking a lot and the floor boards were very creaky. I did inform the owner and I’m sure he will look into this. It’s a lovely area very quaint but very quiet with only a pub across the road which was fine to eat and drink

We had a wonderful stay for New Year’s! The location was perfect—convenient, comfortable and well-equipped. The only downside was the lack of a cooker, which made meal prep a bit tricky, but everything else more than made up for it. The service was exceptional and the team was accommodating, allowing us to extend our stay, which was a huge bonus. Highly recommend for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway!

Such a great find and lovely experience. Excellent communication from Ben ref booking in and access made arrival swift and easy. Excellent value and quiet location. Room superb the owners clearly take a lot of pride in what they do and the available extras although not required are a nice touch.

This is the perfect home from home stay. I stayed for work purposes, and really felt like I was there for pleasure. There’s a great pub only 2 min walk away too. I have already booked to stay again and will make this my regular place now!

What an absolute gem! The stables is perfect for a business traveler and for a staycation visiting the local area. Quick easy check in with a key box outside the front door once you get through the electric gates. Lovely big room and super king bed. Everything here ticks all the boxes! Only 2min walk to a great local pub! Perfect!

Absolutely cannot fault the property or the owner. The accommodation itself is lovely, the quality of the bed and the little touches the owner provided such as the snacks on offer were fabulous. The location was perfect, secure parking and a nice country pub a short walk away.

Gorgeous room in a beautiful little village. The room was presented beautifully and there is a full selection of refreshments available to purchase, as well as milk and a kitchenette with everything you could need.

We were only staying one night as had things we needed to do nearby . We had a lovely room with robes provided and tea / coffee and most importantly to me real milk . Thank you

I stayed for 1-2 night stays on 3 consecutive weeks for business, staying in a different suite on each occasion. The rooms are really comfortable and ideal for a self-catering stay with quick meals (microwave etc). The rooms also have a minibar and snack selection with price list attached which whilst I didn’t use, was a very thoughtful addition. I found plenty to watch on the telly though couldn’t the regular channels. The shower was great and much appreciated after long days, as were the beds. The area is really quiet so I did t have a problem sleeping. Would definitely return.

Recently renovated and opened accommodation. Superb room with small kitchen area. Finished to a very high standard. Definitely recommend.

We had a very pleasurable stay at the stables. Well stocked kitchenette and a big comfy bed made for luxurious stay.

What an amazing place for our overnight stop! Beautiful decoration in a brand new space, with so many little practical details for the guests. The kitchenette has everything you need, super handy! Becky and Ben really make you feel welcome.

Absolutely perfect stay. We were a party of 5, 3 rooms. We needed to extend the stay for one room for one night and Ben could not have been more helpful. Excellent facilities. Look forward to staying again. Thanks Ben

The Stables exceeded our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our time there\. We would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, memorable getaway, and we hope to return someday\.

There are 4 rooms here with a shared outer front door. Self check-in with lock boxes outside and a private gated drive to park in so very safe. Everything had been thought about from complimentary tea, coffee, milk, sugar and hot chocolate to toiletries in the bathroom including feminine hygeine products, shampoo, conditioner, cotton face pads etc! And even the use of a hair dryer and straighteners plus ear plugs and eye masks! There was also a mini bar which is paid for seperately according to what you use but there was so much to choose from including beer, wine (mini and large bottles) orange juice, coke etc. The only downside was that the walls are quite thin so we could hear next door watching TV but they weren't up too late and everyone seems to adhere to the owners request of keeping noise to a minimum, especially during sleeping hours. We had a great night sleep! Beds were soft and very comfortable and it's a very private place. Would love to stay again in one of your other rooms to try it out!
