Cleaning is not included, they charge 75 per cleaning. This is NOT disclosed. Also Elevator did not work for our entire 17 days of stay. We had a 90 year old lady that we specifically rented this place because of the elevator, so make sure this works. Water was provided but when you run out the host was not responsive, after 3-4 days of texting him via the vrbo app and opened a complaint with vrbo he finally brought us water, which means we had to buy it ourselves. Bathroom in the living room had a major water leak from up above that God knows what it was dripping on you when using the toilet. I will never go back here.

Overall good experience. If you are considering booking here some things to be aware of. Location was good. Access to property is very rough. Road is poor condition and thats probably being nice about it. We were on third floor and elevator was not working the entire time of our stay. Unit was penthouse with hot bath onbterrace but the drian plug was broken so you couldnt keep water in it use. Big bummer there. They use 5 gallon water bottle for drinking water but the pump didnt work. Bedroom outlet was just hanging with exposed wiring. Saftey issue there. Pros: It was great location for us since we golfed right across street. The beach frontbwas all rock but could walk down to other properites and still enjoy. The place was clean and adequate. It was priced appropriately. Roof top pool is not heated in case you travel during the winter months on December and January.
