Die Anlage an sich ist schön. Das Personal ist teils sehr unaufmerksam. Benutzte Bademäntel wurden auch nicht gewechselst, obwohl die benutzen Bademäntel auf dem Boden bei den gebrauchten Handtücher lagen. Ich denke in so einem gehobenen Haus muss man nicht sagen, wenn man neue Bademäntel braucht?

Thank you Marco and Phong for making our stay truly memorable the pool side villa was amazing breathtaking views of the ocean in literally our front yard. Thanks for all our chocolates and fruit also breakfast was delicious all types of food and the service from all the staff was exceptional absolutely wonderful holiday stay definitely a high five star resort will definitely be back.

넓은 시설은 둘째치고, 서비스는 역시 전세계 1등입니다. 전용 버스로 도착했을 때 직원이 7명이 마중을 나와주셨고, 체크인은 방에서 직접 개인 집사님이 해주셨습니다. 개인 집사님이 빨래부터(무료) 커피 과일 등 필요한 모든걸 다 카카오톡으로 해주시고, 수석 쉐프님은 한국분이신데 최고의 요리들을 선보여주십니다. 아버지가 수영을 하다가 1cm 열상이 생겼는데, 럭셔리 택시로 응급실도 (호텔 상주 간호사가 동행해주고) 무료로 서비스 해주셨습니다. 불편할 틈을 안주는 포시즌은 역시 최고의 여행을 경험할 수 있게 해줍니다. 무엇을 상상하던, 그 이상을 경험하실 수 있습니다.

Loved this hotel for family trip with 2 young children. The kids club was great and the hotel thought of everything to make you feel comfortable. Food was fantastic and rooms were beautiful. Highly recommend!

The resort was so beautiful and well maintained. Food and beverage amazing! The friendliest most accommodating staff you could ever imagine. Made you feel special each and every day! Could not rate this hotel and experience any higher. It is expensive, we're not rich so it was a special occasion. We have stayed at 7 other Four Seasons hotels and other luxury hotels and resorts throughout the world over the years so we're not inexperienced either. So beyond the price of the room all other prices, food, beverage, experiences are in line with USD prices for luxury accommodations, so there no going inexpensive here. When you've been eating street food meals for 5-8 USD for two people with a beer or in a restaurant with a bottle of wine and a cocktail for $40-60 USD you'll notice the stark difference in price at the resort but you know that going in. And the hotel made it all worth it. We also stayed in the one bedroom beach front villa which made the stay extraordinary as we are beach people. Cheers, now go out and enjoy your next stay and if you can splurge this is a great spot unless your a fussy complainer and then of course we know you'll never be satisfied

After visits to Singapore and Bali, we only had two days to spend in Vietnam, but we left wishing we had more time to spend at the Four Seasons Nam Hai. Staff was so welcoming and helpful. Tons of resort amenities. Enjoyed our latern making class and got a great souvenir to bring home. Pool and beach service were great. Also great that they provide a shuttle for rides into Hoi An for shopping. Our Ocean View villa was amazing, with comfy bed and great bathroom, including very cool outdoor shower. Very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the near future.
