Personale cordiale, professionale e gentile, per l'hotel consiglierei di mettere la preasa elettrica su entrambe le mensole del letto e non su un solo lato, stanza superior bella, giusti spazi, vasca da bagno un pò pericolosa perchè priva di grip ed il vetro della vasca per entrare è alquanto pericoloso, credo che una persona anziana avrebbe avuto dei seri problemi a fare una doccia, sistemerei anche l'uscita pedonale del garage, ci sono 2 porte antipatico pedonali, una porta è allarmata, quindi se la apri scatta l'allarme, l'altra è rotta e non si apre... però si può uscire tramite l'ascensore dell'hotel o citofonando per farsi aprire il cancello delle auto, con molta pazienza. Ultimo consiglio, se la spa e la piscina sono in manutenzione e quindi fuori servizio lo specificherei meglio o farei uno sconto, perchè personalmente era uno dei motivi per cui avevo scelto questa struttura, che la colazione non sia compresa ed ha un costo da 6 euro per una normale colazione e 12 euro a persona per la colazione americana sinceramente mi sembra eccessivo. Nelle vicinanze cè il nulla cosmico e le strade sono pericolose e piene di buche, ma questo non dipende dall'hotel ovviamente, cmq esperienza piacevole ma poteva essere decisamente meglio se avessero prestato attenzione alle cose sopra citate.

Nous avons passé une nuit à cet établissement en famille. Le service, la propreté des lieux, le petit-déjeuner était parfait. La seule note négative est la fermeture de la piscine. Au moment de notre réservation, elle était pourtant ouverte. Mais bon, nous étions à 15 kilomètres d'une plage, alors nous avons pu trouver une alternative correcte,

Hotel di ottimo livello, personale estremamente cortese e disponibile. La struttura è un po' datata quindi si può incontrare qualche inconveniente, ma nel complesso il soggiorno è molto gradevole. 방의 크기도 작지 않았고, 매일 청소를 깔끔하게 해줬어요. 타월과 비품, 물을 매일 교체해줘서 쾌적했어요. 조식은 괜찮은 편이었고 자리에서 오믈렛이나 카푸치노를 주문할 수 있어서 좋았지만 피곤해서 하루만 내려가 먹었어요. 하루 전에 예약해서 공항 무료 셔틀을 이용할 수 있었어요. 인터넷이 지하행사장에서는 잘 연결되지 않았지만, 방에서는 잘 연결되었어요. 위치가 시내와 멀어서 관광하기는 불편했으나 호텔내 행사에 참여하는 거라 어쩔 수 없었고 택시비는 예상보다 많이 나왔어요. 호텔에서 불러주는 택시가 앱을 이용하는 것보다 좋았어요. 인근 지하철역까지 이동해서 지하철로 로마시내로 이동하는 것이 가장 저렴하고 빠른 방법인 거 같아요.

Accueil facile et chaleureux ! Grande chambre avec séparation pour l'espace des enfants. Bonne salle de bain, bon produits. Parking inclus et facile d'accès. Juste un bémol sur le petit déjeuner qui n'est pas au niveau (même si peu cher). A 18 minutes de l'aéroport, hôtel très bien pour un vol tot.

We booked this for one night as a relaxing treat to use the pool and spa after a week away, found out 2 days before that the spa and pool was closed, no appologies given or anything. On the morning of our stay there was some sort of filming going on which meant we had to use the stairs instead of lifts! Again no apology. Pleasant room, shame the air con didnt go below 27 all night and day! Breakfast was a definite plus, good choice of hot and cold. Overall i wouldn’t recommend staying to anyone i know

Este hotel lo reservamos y pagamos con desayuno incluído y todos los días en el bufé nos decía un empleado diferente a la hora de entrar que no estaba incluido y teníamos que esperar que con nuestro comprobante revisaran para luego dejar pasar y era un problema tanto así que el último día no nos dejaron desayunar nuevamente alegando lo mismo otra persona del hotel porque los cambian y tampoco cambiaron sábanas durante 4 días , los colchones muy malos están muy vencidos y se sienten todos los resortes de verdad muy mala experiencia en ese hotel , no lo recomiendo porque su ubicación es mucho peor .

Very modern and beautiful hotel. We booked it thinking it was closer to the airport for an early flight. It was more like 20 min via taxi but depending on time of day, the ride could be longer. Nice eighborhood to walk around and the dinner in the hotel restaurant was very nice. Nice bed and pillows with extras like robe and take home slippers.

General observations: 1) Very lazy of the management not to have the pool area updated - the pool that they recommend is €8-10 euros and 5-10 mins away. 2) The rooms are tired and in need of renovation - I’ve stayed in other Mercure hotels and this one needs an update. I would say it’s comfortable, but when you can see wallpaper lines - it’s time to strip the walls and go again. 3) Staff are friendly and helpful 4) I was worried about the Ukrainian residents, but they were very quiet and respectful.

Very outdated rooms. Worst bed we have ever slept on. Staff were very snotty. Key card quit working and they acted like it was a huge inconvenience to help us. Booked this hotel for the airport shuttle and they acted like it was going to be full but we were the only ones that went that morning. They just didn’t want to take us but did grudgingly.

Wir haben mit inklusive Abendessen gebucht, Und müssten jede Abend einen Zettel von der Rezeption holen für die RESTAURANT als Bestätigung. Aber niemand in Restaurants konnte mit den Zettel was anfangen die haben einfach nicht gewusst dass es sowas gibt. Schon bei ersten Abendessen gab es Probleme .Wir haben eine Menükarte bekommen und Laut Kellnerin dürfen wir nur entweder vegetarisch oder vegan bestellen.Dann Dürften wir doch was anderes bestellen. Am zweiten Abend ein Kellner hat schon eine Bestellung Entgegengenommen dann kam wieder eine Kellnerin und hat gemeint das was wir bestellt haben kostet zu viel und wir sollten für eine Portion bezahlen. Eine Intervention bei Rezeption Hat es nicht funktioniert weil Sie hat sich auf die Seite von die Kellnerin gestellt, Und hat mich mir sehr unangenehme Stimme Das selbe gesagt was ich schon von der Kellnerin gehört habe. Das war für uns sehr unangenehme Situation sehr peinliche Situation dass wir Während des Abendessens aufstehen müssen und diese Situation zu klären. Wenn das Hotel nicht im Stande ist ein Menükarte für Gäste mit integrierten Abendessen Herzustellen dann sollten Sie das lassen und nicht damit werben Nächste fünf Tage waren einigermaßen in Ordnung Dank Kellner Ivan .

Este hotel lo reservamos y pagamos con desayuno incluído y todos los días en el bufé nos decía un empleado diferente a la hora de entrar que no estaba incluido y teníamos que esperar que con nuestro comprobante revisaran para luego dejar pasar y era un problema tanto así que el último día no nos dejaron desayunar nuevamente alegando lo mismo otra persona del hotel porque los cambian y tampoco cambiaron sábanas durante 4 días , los colchones muy malos están muy vencidos y se sienten todos los resortes de verdad muy mala experiencia en ese hotel , no lo recomiendo porque su ubicación es mucho peor .

Very outdated rooms. Worst bed we have ever slept on. Staff were very snotty. Key card quit working and they acted like it was a huge inconvenience to help us. Booked this hotel for the airport shuttle and they acted like it was going to be full but we were the only ones that went that morning. They just didn’t want to take us but did grudgingly.

Personale cordiale, professionale e gentile, per l'hotel consiglierei di mettere la preasa elettrica su entrambe le mensole del letto e non su un solo lato, stanza superior bella, giusti spazi, vasca da bagno un pò pericolosa perchè priva di grip ed il vetro della vasca per entrare è alquanto pericoloso, credo che una persona anziana avrebbe avuto dei seri problemi a fare una doccia, sistemerei anche l'uscita pedonale del garage, ci sono 2 porte antipatico pedonali, una porta è allarmata, quindi se la apri scatta l'allarme, l'altra è rotta e non si apre... però si può uscire tramite l'ascensore dell'hotel o citofonando per farsi aprire il cancello delle auto, con molta pazienza. Ultimo consiglio, se la spa e la piscina sono in manutenzione e quindi fuori servizio lo specificherei meglio o farei uno sconto, perchè personalmente era uno dei motivi per cui avevo scelto questa struttura, che la colazione non sia compresa ed ha un costo da 6 euro per una normale colazione e 12 euro a persona per la colazione americana sinceramente mi sembra eccessivo. Nelle vicinanze cè il nulla cosmico e le strade sono pericolose e piene di buche, ma questo non dipende dall'hotel ovviamente, cmq esperienza piacevole ma poteva essere decisamente meglio se avessero prestato attenzione alle cose sopra citate.

방의 크기도 작지 않았고, 매일 청소를 깔끔하게 해줬어요. 타월과 비품, 물을 매일 교체해줘서 쾌적했어요. 조식은 괜찮은 편이었고 자리에서 오믈렛이나 카푸치노를 주문할 수 있어서 좋았지만 피곤해서 하루만 내려가 먹었어요. 하루 전에 예약해서 공항 무료 셔틀을 이용할 수 있었어요. 인터넷이 지하행사장에서는 잘 연결되지 않았지만, 방에서는 잘 연결되었어요. 위치가 시내와 멀어서 관광하기는 불편했으나 호텔내 행사에 참여하는 거라 어쩔 수 없었고 택시비는 예상보다 많이 나왔어요. 호텔에서 불러주는 택시가 앱을 이용하는 것보다 좋았어요. 인근 지하철역까지 이동해서 지하철로 로마시내로 이동하는 것이 가장 저렴하고 빠른 방법인 거 같아요.

Al Check in ho chiesto di pagare al check out perché avrei cenato nel loro ristorante e avrei desiderato una sola fattura ,mi hanno chiesto un deposito sulla carta di credito di 200 € a fronte di € 100 per la camera e dell’eventuale cena, ho risposto che non mi sembrava tanto regolare , ho dovuto fare due fatture…se tutti gli hotel facessero la stessa politica, quanti soldi avrei in giro bloccati? Cose da pazzi…Sogno la mia cacio-pepe , è arrivato un pastone disgustoso… morale … dimenticare e sicuramente da non tornarci …

The common areas were nice. We are regular travelers familiar with major city pricing such as NYC and Paris, etc, but the value ratio was tight here. Our rooms had a distinctive mildew smell from the A/C units. The person who checked us in gave us two rooms next to each other and both were adjoining rooms, but not to each other. The tub/shower pops when you stand in it. Some road noise. The breakfast was a great value at 12 euros pp for a good spread - go for it! The shuttle to the airport was expensive at 60 euros but less expensive than two taxis for our family of six which were $120. The shuttle must be reserved in advance via email or in person. FCO is a good 20 minutes away via shuttle or 15 mins via insane taxi without traffic.

Huge thanks to the staff for accommodating my late arriving flight from Nice, past the shuttle bus departure time from the airport to the hotel. They were kind enough to send another team member out to get me outside of the scheduled time! And it's a FREE service. Most other hotels charge 50-plus euros for the transfer. The room was excellent as well, with fine marble appointments in the bathroom, and,clean as a whistle. I didn't have time to experience amenities (fitness area?), maybe next time! Radici restaurant was also very good. Again, thank you for making my last day & night in Rome very comfortable and hassle free.
