The Lair Bangkok - 3mins walk to ICON SIAM

A very nice hostess with good and clear communication. Very well maintained and perfect accommodation. A good location when you want to visit all areas of the city. A little noisy in the morning though as traffic is right next door. In the evening there was a guy singing and playing music very loud. Overall we had a very good stay for the price. Thank you

100% recommend this place. 7 minutes away walking from ICONSIAM where you can also get to the river hop on-hop off cruise boat. Yes, there are steep stairs to get to your room, but that was not an issue for us; only when we had to carry our luggage, but that is not a deal breaker. If we would have arrived earlier, the maids offered to help. There is noise throughout the night. We weren’t sure if it was from other tenants or a karaoke bar or something, but again, manageable for us despite traveling with kids. Everything else made up for it. Host communicates often and makes sure nothing is needed. There were laundromats a few feet away which also allowed us to do all of our laundry; recommend the laundromat too. All in all, this is a great place with big beds and lots of room.

Awesome appartment. Very well located, next to everything. Very clean and comfortable. Management ultra efficient and responsive. Very good servicing. Strongly recommend!
