Excellent service, good food, luxurious room and a nice pool outside. The only issue is that there is sometimes an unpleasant smell outside the hotel, which apparently is due to a drain nearby. However, I only experienced this when waiting outside for taxis; the inside and pool areas are fine.

This is an older hotel but very nice to stay in. The room was clean and comfortable with everything as it should be. Great breakfast also. Would certainly stay again.

First day itself, front desk was confused why my booking is not popping up on their system. But I will say the staff was very cooperative and welcoming. Food was awesome. You should try both their restaurants. Real good food. Tatva, spa is also awesome. Some of their stuffs are awesome in deep tissue msg. Pool was clean. But last day was not disappointing. Even after 3 days stay, they were not able to find the room payment which I had already made. I saw in my card, they put the charge again which I had already paid to expedia. Once I called them, they said that charge is being put by Expedia now where as my credit card bill on 25th oct, 2022 shows, Expedia had charged me. Bit disappointing. Now I need to chase behind them :) to get things resolved. So in single line great facilities and amenities, but front desk staff ☹️

Elsafe in the room is not working. Shower tiles are out of place and uneven and wooden flooring is uneven too. Also couldn’t find gym with the directions in the elevator.

施設自体は清潔に保たれておりましたが、コンセントに繋げても電源が入らない時が度々あり、仕事をやる上で不便を感じました（このホテルに限ったことではないかもしれませんが）、歩いて行ける周辺には特に施設は無かったように思いますのでホテルの外に外出される場合はタクシーを使った方が良いと思います。

Excellent value if you are staying outside high tech city area. Very neat. Staff is professional. Very quiet and away from the main roads. I saw Singapore Airlines staff staying which says a lot about this hotel. Would visit again in the near future.

I had booked a non smoking room, and we got a room that smelled so much of cigarettes. It was very suffocating. The whole of the hotel could do with a nice perfume or something about the overall fragrance. It really smelled bad everywhere

There’s a stinky smell from Tank bund, the water body next to the property that you can’t avoid while waiting for cab. Room service is too slow, it takes 30 min to get anything like extra towels. Breakfast is very good, although certain items, like Rava dosa, were never available any day during the 6 days of our stay. Staff is very courteous but lots of inefficiencies with anything. The “lake view” from the room is very disappointing unless you enjoy watching the filth flowing down the sewage canals.

The stay was overall good and comfortable. The room and services met expectations. However, there was a strong, unpleasant drainage smell coming from the Hussain Sagar side, which became quite irritating whenever I switched off the air conditioner in the room. This issue affected the comfort level and needs attention. Otherwise, the stay was satisfactory.

Myself, Anuhya I had a great stay at Marriott. My flight Arrival late in the evening, before which my parents had to check in the hotel. Rugved has helped my parents with the check in process smoothly. He was kind and warm throughout the random conversations me and my parents had during our stay. The hotel staff from the receivers at the Gate till the Food stuff, room service staff, receptionists, everyone is so warm and amazing. My respect for hotel culture has tripled and especially this hotel solely due to staff. I would recommend this hotel to all people I know. Thank you for your great service. I look forward to staying atleast once during my every trip from USA. Anuhya

Everything,the people are excellent. Very attentive and courteous treated like royalty. The people in the restaurant were excellent. Iba,Wanda and Rishav were very accommodating. Being from the United States some people there could take lessons from the people here.

First day itself, front desk was confused why my booking is not popping up on their system. But I will say the staff was very cooperative and welcoming. Food was awesome. You should try both their restaurants. Real good food. Tatva, spa is also awesome. Some of their stuffs are awesome in deep tissue msg. Pool was clean. But last day was not disappointing. Even after 3 days stay, they were not able to find the room payment which I had already made. I saw in my card, they put the charge again which I had already paid to expedia. Once I called them, they said that charge is being put by Expedia now where as my credit card bill on 25th oct, 2022 shows, Expedia had charged me. Bit disappointing. Now I need to chase behind them :) to get things resolved. So in single line great facilities and amenities, but front desk staff ☹️

No issue with the property and the amenities, except during the checkin process the front desk manager was not at all accommodating, despite the booking was under my name and i shower my ID proof and there were my old parents too checkin with me so she asked for their id's which i did not bring along, she said she cannot allow them and they have to wait until i can go get their id's , this is very bad of the front office manager and she has to know minimum courtesy exists, she could have given us the room then atleast my old parents would be in the room as i could have gone and fetch their id's, this is where star hotels get a mark on their prestigious properties - please work on min courteousness and hope this doesn't repeat in future with guests

An absolutely phenomenal stay! While the start of our stay was a bit bumpy, the entire Marriot staff - from housekeeping, front desk, the managers, the chefs and everyone in between did such a wonderful job during our 8 day stay here. We were left wanting for nothing - staff were polite, accommodating and went above and beyond in setting a very high bar of service. Many of the staff took time out of their busy schedules (the hotel was booked solid and was hosting IPL teams as well) to personally check in us, chat with us and ask for feedback - they were willing to accept suggestions and criticism with a very open mind & that itself spoke volumes for the level of professionalism every single person exuded.

Stayed at this for almost 10 days. Only complaint I have is about the breakfast buffet, the food items are pretty much the same every day. Surrounding area is also not great. Musi River smell is bad.

Excellent value if you are staying outside high tech city area. Very neat. Staff is professional. Very quiet and away from the main roads. I saw Singapore Airlines staff staying which says a lot about this hotel. Would visit again in the near future.

スタッフがとても親切。朝ごはんもホテル内のレストランの食事も、とても美味しく、１週間の滞在でしたが、心地よく滞在することができました。部屋から見える湖の景色も素敵でした。周辺の同クラスのホテルと比較して値段が安い傾向にあるのは、施設が古めなためかと。水回りの水捌けが若干悪いところはありますが、インドではよくあること。市街各ポイントへのアクセスもよく、おすすめです。

施設自体は清潔に保たれておりましたが、コンセントに繋げても電源が入らない時が度々あり、仕事をやる上で不便を感じました（このホテルに限ったことではないかもしれませんが）、歩いて行ける周辺には特に施設は無かったように思いますのでホテルの外に外出される場合はタクシーを使った方が良いと思います。

Séjour pour business. Le personnel était très serviable. L'hôtel a besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement, mais il y a des travaux en cours dans certains endroits. Il faut qu'ils fassent attention quand nous prenons un verre avec un client au bar du lobby, lorsque l'on souhaite prendre un verre d'une bouteille présente au bar et que le serveur vous répond : non on peut pas vous le servir aujourd'hui mais vous pouvez prendre cette commande au restaurant" nous n'avons pas bien compris les raisons, et pour le serveur ce n'était pas très explicite non plus.

The room was a good size and comfortable with a separate bedroom and lounge though you have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. The lighting was all with lamps controlled by switches and there weren’t enough sockets for charging devices without unplugging the lamps. The room was cleaned well daily. The breakfast at okra was quite good though we prefer momo in the neighbouring sister hotel courtyard Marriott. The executive club was fine but neither the wine nor tonic was cold. Staff at reception weren’t as helpful as they could have been and seemed limited in their knowledge about many things that I asked.
