Morgenmad meget simpelt.

Unser Aufenthalt war enttäuschend. Die Zimmer sahen auf der Homepage schöner aus, doch in Wirklichkeit waren sie in einem völlig anderen Zustand. Wir waren ehrlich schockiert, wie stark die Realität von den Fotos abweicht. Die Darstellung auf der Website ist irreführend und entspricht nicht dem tatsächlichen Zimmerstandard. So etwas sollte in einem professionellen Hotelbetrieb nicht vorkommen.

Cleanliness and smell of the room caught me off guard. It smelt damp and the room looked like it hadn’t been hoovered or cleaned. (I have attached photos) In the evening, I saw tiny brown ants crawling on the side table next to me. I thought maybe it was just one or two until they kept appearing. I discovered them on the walls, on both bedside tables and on the desk where I had put my clothes. I told the receptionist and she had told us that there were renovations and that she had heard of this issue. I later saw that there was a review from 2025 explaining the ant situation too, so clearly this has been ongoing. The receptionist swapped our room to another floor which we were initially grateful for, but to our surprise, there were even more ants. They were crawling on the walls, under the desk, around the wardrobes. We then went to tell the receptionist again but by that time she had left already (it was after 11pm which is when they leave). We unfortunately had to stay in the room which we did not sleep at all in and could not unpack in case the ants crawled into our things. We booked another hotel in the meantime as we knew we could not stay another night. Came back down the next day asking for a refund and the receptionist (Karin) was extremely rude. I didn’t once raise my voice and I still remained calm, but she became very hot headed, blunt, didn’t want to deal with the situation and made me feel horrible.
