Hotel was pretty decent. Breakfast was good. Very good location, right off grand bazaar. Swimming pool is heated. Sauna n steam room was very good too. Reception people are very helpful.

Værelserne var lidt slidte, man skal være stille i poolen, ikke for børn. Ellers hotel var fint.

Big rooms and facilities, construction around it was a little inconvenience

Overall the area was prime, everything was walking distance, safe area. The front manager was very nice. Although there was no iron in the room, it always had to be requested. Also, cars are usually not allowed to come in front of the hotel because of construction but overall it’s a good hotel to stay in, especially because of the area and everything is walking distance. You have to walk 5-10 minutes to get a taxi, but the hotel can also arrange one. One of the best things they had was the weight machine that you can weight your luggage. Breakfast was very good.

Veldig hyggelig personale, lett tilgjengelig spa/hamam. Gratis inngang til basseng og sauna fram til kl 19:00. Dårlig Ventilasjon på rommet så måtte sove med åpent vindu og ble vekt tidlig av bønnerop. Men veldig bra ellers 😁

Le personnel n’est vraiment pas accueillant, à chaque demande, nous les embêtons. La chambre ne correspond pas aux photos, la douchette avait de la pression une fois sur deux, elle était abîmée, ça coulait partout. Les lumières dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. les prises étaient détachées c’est très dangereux. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas copieux. La piscine est nulle, 10€ après 18h c’est du vol. Le personnel nous interdit de parler car il y a « des massages » en cours ». Les rideaux se ferme mal, on peut voir ce qu’il se passe dans les chambres à travers les couloirs. Je suis très déçus. L’avantage de cet hôtel est juste qu’il est bien situé.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were polite and helpful.The breakfast was very good. My only small disappointment was that the spa and pool for guests was only open from 12 noon to 6pm (without payment).

The room was dirty when we checked in previous peoples clothes still in the draw. No towels , light not working, AC not working . Manager came and saw but did nothing about it. Asked if we can change rooms and was told no.

Really nice hotel, good condition, i few things need to do like no A/C only heater ,need to keep window open for fresh ar sheet old i saw some wholes and stain, also the towel not soft. Beafast really good, traditional Turkey.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft für 8 Nächste gebucht und ich muss ehrlich sagen bin sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel war in der Nähe zum Grand Bazaar (Kapalicarsi) sowie 15 min entfernt von Sultanahmet. Wer jedoch weniger Lust hat zu laufen kann mit der S-Bahn direkt dahin fahren. Es war halt alles sehr einfach zu erreichen dadurch das die T1 S-Bahn fährt mussten wir meistens maximal 1 mal umsteigen um nach Beşiktaş, Kadiköy, Üsküdar etc. zu kommen. Die Läden an der Straße am Hotel haben sehr lange offen. Der Klamottenladen von einer bekannten Kette hat bis 1:30 Uhr nachts offen. Nun zum Hotel: Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick nach außen. Direkt vor einer Moschee. Die Lage war ruhig und wir konnten in Ruhe schlafen. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Es war sauber. Das Bad, sowie WC war auch sauber. Es gibt einen Safe im Zimmer sowie einen Kühlschrank. In den Zimmer gibt es weise Pantoffel, die als Hausschuhe benutzt werden können. Morgens gab es Frühstück, beim frühstück gab es für jeden Geschmack etwas. Selbst Vegetarisch/Vegan hat hier etwas gefunden. Beim Kellergeschoss gibt es das „SPA“ Center. Da gab es ein Pool wo man schwimmen konnte. Außerdem gab es dort Massage Zimmer, Sauna, und türkische Hamam. Man muss für Massage etc. einen Termin ausmachen an der Rezeption, für den Pool reicht es wenn man einfach runterläuft und reinspringt. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren freundlich und hatten zu unseren Fragen immer antworten parat. Danke an alle Mitarbeiter innen.

Perfect hotel and perfect location BUT the WIFI Internet conection was really really Bad,and the hotel stuff didnt provide water considering it was hot weather in August so over all i was disappointed

Horrible experience! My room was overall terrible and outdated and to add to that it was literally as hot at a sauna. When I asked the staff about AC they replied that it’s winter and they turn off the AC which lead to an unbearable temperature in my room I actually couldn’t sleep at all. I booked the place for 3 days and after the first night I asked to cut the stay short and to refund me the other two days the they refused. Not only did they refuse but they refused with extreme attitude and rudeness. This place is horrible STAY AWAY.

Hotel is toe aan vernieuwing (oude kamer en badkamer, behangpapier komt los). Het is geen 4ster. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt is ok maar chaotisch (zeer druk, wachten tot een tafel vrij komt, broodmand leeg,..).

Petit soucis informatique a l arrivée repoussant le check in. Tres belle chambre avec vue sur mer .

The second I booked this property few months in advance, I realized I need the date was off by a month by mistake. The property ignored more than 10 requests to adjust the date even though this was within the same hour of booking. Very unprofessional and unsupportive team. A big big disappointment.

To begin with, I found the service provided by the staff to be exceptionally poor. Throughout my stay, I encountered numerous instances where the staff members were unhelpful, indifferent, and at times, outright rude. This lack of professionalism and courtesy greatly detracted from the quality of service expected from a hotel of your caliber

Kurzfristbuchung für 4 Nächte in Istanbul, da das andere Hotel zu weit weg von der City war. Hat uns zwar 230€ gekosten (was für das Hotel, die Lage und die Leistung und incl. sehr gutem Frühstücksbuffet) völlig ok war. Sehr schneller und freundlicher Check-in, das Taxi zur Abreise, organisiert vom Hotel, war pünktlich.

Great central location walking distance from the Grand Basar, a constructive recommendation mattress must be changed although I will give a 5 star The staff is great knowledgeable and always willing to help I will definitely go back in the future

Wow location wise.. Close to the tram line that can take you to most tourist areas. Opposite grand bazaar Yes the hotel isnt 5star but it ticked the boxes. Clean and functional Breakfast is turkish style but its got the basics. I would recommend this hotel for a holiday in istanbul.

Overall it was good, plenty of choice for breakfast, staff is very friendly and cooperative. Location is very convenient. But, they need to pay attention to maintenance, the floor and toilet seat of our room need repairing.
