My 1st night was the day before and my room light could not be turned off The technician was called at 1am and had to disable panel but promise to fix it the next day which was the this review date and when I got back to the room it was not even done or cleaned for such a cost this is unacceptable but not considerate of that fact they asked me for another tax called property tax on my way out . This is just unbelievable

The hotel was good in the past. Now standard has fallen sharply. Poor maintenance. Our AC did not work and we had to change rooms. Room was not clean and front staff had to come and clean the room. Only gave one key even though we were several adults because they needed to conserve electricity. Very disappointing fall in standards and will not return.

This is an apartment hotel. We had a 2 bedroom, one bath, modern luxury apartment with a full kitchen, and combined dining area and livingroom. The beds were so comfortable and the only reason to get out of bed was to get the varied and delicious breakfast awaiting us. The apartment had a wraparound balcony with access from the bedrooms and livingroom. Really nice unit.

The hotel was very clean which I really appreciated. However, communication from the hotel could be better, as I wanted to book the airport shuttle for which I completed the online form but did not get a response. Then when I called them they told me the shuttle was unavailable which was not indicated in the listing and even when I completed the form for the airport shuttle. Overall, the communication could be better. Otherwise the hotel itself as well as the food was great and I greatly enjoyed my stay.
