Albatros Premier Hotel - Special Class

For a 4* hotel I was expecting a bit of comfort in the room. The double room that I had booked was ok and not as big as I have had in previous hotels etc. The room was on the first floor and the noise that came from reception from rude and loud guests was a pain. I had a lot of rude customers that were making too much noise at 10pm outside the rooms and it was disappointing that hotel staff would not tell them to be quiet and show respect to other guests that are looking for some peace and quiet especially at that time of night. The bathroom door and skirting could have done with fresh painting etc. This was not the standard of a 4*. The wardrobe came with 2 hangers and the wardrobe floor was broken. There was no towels when I arrived and when I asked for them I got damp ones given to me. The towels that were replaced daily were thin and cheap that you usually get in a 2*star hotel. I didn't feel the hotel reflected in its standards of service compared to the price they charged you for the room. The only good thing was the hotel was in a good location that gave you access to the tourist sights, dinining places and shops etc.

Three level hotel, economy, standard and luxury.

Great location, clean room, staff friendly.

We paid extra for a sea view room which I got, but the room is very small not like the pictures
