Oran Hotel

DON'T RECOMEND We were 5 girls and had an awful experience. The rooms were poorly cleaned, there were stains on the sheets, lots of hair blocking the shower drain, mold, and we found cockroaches in the room closest to the kitchen. I personally had difficulty breathing because of the mold in another room. We had already changed rooms multiple times, and eventually 3 of us had to sleep in a room for 2 because we were exhausted and could not change rooms again. When we complained, the staff tried to make us feel stupid. They asked if we had cockroaches at home and told us the mold was “normal because it had rained so much.” We were also told we could be thrown out and left on the street, even though we were 5 girls visiting a foreign country for the first time. The staff repeatedly told us to leave a 5-star review, which made us question how genuine some reviews are. We have photos and videos as proof of the conditions. The only employee who was genuinely kind and helpful was Eyüp. We are very grateful to him. Unfortunately, one good employee cannot make up for the rest. Absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel.

Very nice staff. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Most importantly is the quite AC unit. The breakfast was very nice as well. Location is extremely convenient, as it is not only close to the tourist areas, but also close to public transit
