This property is just beautiful! The house is amazing! The staff is excellent. The owners were away but the interim care taker Ed was so helpful and kind. He showed us around, gave us some history and basically said our home is your home. The manor is a quick jaunt from the town for a drink and a bite to eat. They have a few renovations going on right now which I’ll be super excited to see completed on the next trip! I highly recommend a stay here!

Very open and spacious. Friendly staff. Breakfast was nice; especially being able to eat out in the wonderful morning sun. Portable A/C unit in room was quiet and worked well. Only issue was the mattresses could use an update.

Kane Manor is a really great historical mansion. It is 18,000 sq feet and has 15 rooms. Ben and Debra have been working hard on bringing the home back to its glory years. It’s shows its age, but also its beauty. I’m hoping that we get the opportunity to stay at the Kane Manor again.

Victorian decor / outdoor seating in country like area with gas fire pit / beautiful hard wood floors / full kitchen with snacks / indoor areas for relaxing also / wonderful breakfast served indoors or outdoors / bathroom lights weren’t easy to turn on or off was our only fault to be found.

Kane Manor is an awesome experience. The manor itself is a historical gem. It manages to be vast and interesting while also feeling cozy and comfortable. Set in the Allegheny mountains, beautiful landscapes abound. The owners and staff were welcoming and nice. The breakfast was very good. Very laid back atmosphere, as if you’re coming home. The extra snacks and kitchen access are appreciated. Only slight negative thing is that the mattress could have been better. A little hard and bouncy but would definitely stay with them again. The manor is conveniently located in Kane, PA where you have access to downtown restaurants and stores in case you forgot something. Beautiful drive into the mountains to get there. I noticed that the owners seem to space out the guests when possible as there were other people staying but none down our hallway. Our stay was quiet and peaceful. Thank you for not just a place to sleep but for making us feel like we were being welcomed home.

Disappointed by this place. Needs lots of work. AC unit left in the room, trip hazard. Ceiling falling down. Only booked because pictures looked decent and it had good reviews. Sorry not a 4+ star place. Nothing was worth it including price.

Well where do I start 🤔. Well first of all lock your doors and don't come to a complete stop at stop sign when driving thru neighborhood close to this place. This is a bed and breakfast and the two worst things we're the bed and breakfast. Schedule an appointment with chiropractor for after your stay in advance. We asked if we could have something to put on bed to make it softer so we would be able to get some sleep. Asked if they could clean up a little there was dust caked on almost every surface especially around area of my c pap machine and Debra didn't want to hear anything about it. said room was clean enough where you could see. Got the worst attitude and walked out. We stayed in the garden room could not see out of windows to see if there was a garden anywhere. One window had an ac unit, one behind head board and the biggest windows had foam board insulation covering the whole thing. Bath windows you could see out into a non maintained area that doesn't lock or operate correctly. Maybe they called it the garden room for all the dirt that was everywhere. Very unfortunate was looking forward to a nice weekend getaway with wife but unfortunately I picked the wrong place so second guess yourself on your choice to stay here or hell give it a try for yourself I double dog dare you 😀. But definitely visit the town of Kane Pa. It's a wonderful place.

This was a beautiful historic mansion that was very nice inside and out. It is a nice quiet and extremely safe neighborhood and I would stay there again. The only thing I can suggest is that they get better pillows. They were as thin as pancakes and were hard to sleep with. I’m sure they would have rectified the problem, but we came in very late and I was too exhausted to even deal with that.

What a jewel in northern PA. Fascinating history everywhere you look in a nice location. Room was awesome, bed one of the best I've experienced. Highly recommend Kane Manor.

Room was advertised by expedia as in the Inn when it was across street, off property, in a restored house. First floor room mextto loud front door.kep us up as other guests came and went . Owner advertised on vrbo as off property, expedia hid that fact

We booked a room at a lovely property on the historical register. We arrived at 5pm to an empty reception desk, and a not which said we had to go around the side of the hotel to find our room. No door…. Tried to call the number on reception, no reply. Eventually someone turned up and told us we were not staying in the inn, as advertised, but in a house about a block away from the hotel. Not what we ordered. The “delux room” was eorn out, basically a student digs quality room. You couldn’t open the blinds because next doors garden was right there. Really disappointed.

Unfortunately when we arrived, we were told we would be staying in the “Annex”. This was an old house - probably a boarding house previously - which was across the street and a few houses down from the manor. It was scary, not in good shape. The room was decorated in some goodwill cowboy art . The beds and bedding were old and worn out. Breakfast was good. Ben, one of the owners, seemed nice and was helpful. I would not stay here again or recommend it to friends. Disappointed all around.

We had a beautiful experience in the Yellow Room at Kane Manor Inn. Debra and Ben are gracious and lovely hosts and they were able to accommodate a gluten free breakfast. We're already planning our next stay there.

But definitely visit the town of Kane Pa. It's a wonderful place.

We booked a room at a lovely property on the historical register. We arrived at 5pm to an empty reception desk, and a not which said we had to go around the side of the hotel to find our room. No door…. Tried to call the number on reception, no reply. Eventually someone turned up and told us we were not staying in the inn, as advertised, but in a house about a block away from the hotel. Not what we ordered. The “delux room” was eorn out, basically a student digs quality room. You couldn’t open the blinds because next doors garden was right there. Really disappointed.

Unfortunately when we arrived, we were told we would be staying in the “Annex”. This was an old house - probably a boarding house previously - which was across the street and a few houses down from the manor. It was scary, not in good shape. The room was decorated in some goodwill cowboy art . The beds and bedding were old and worn out. Breakfast was good. Ben, one of the owners, seemed nice and was helpful. I would not stay here again or recommend it to friends. Disappointed all around.

This was a beautiful historic mansion that was very nice inside and out. It is a nice quiet and extremely safe neighborhood and I would stay there again. The only thing I can suggest is that they get better pillows. They were as thin as pancakes and were hard to sleep with. I’m sure they would have rectified the problem, but we came in very late and I was too exhausted to even deal with that.

This property is just beautiful! The house is amazing! The staff is excellent. The owners were away but the interim care taker Ed was so helpful and kind. He showed us around, gave us some history and basically said our home is your home. The manor is a quick jaunt from the town for a drink and a bite to eat. They have a few renovations going on right now which I’ll be super excited to see completed on the next trip! I highly recommend a stay here!

What a jewel in northern PA. Fascinating history everywhere you look in a nice location. Room was awesome, bed one of the best I've experienced. Highly recommend Kane Manor.

Kane Manor is an awesome experience. The manor itself is a historical gem. It manages to be vast and interesting while also feeling cozy and comfortable. Set in the Allegheny mountains, beautiful landscapes abound. The owners and staff were welcoming and nice. The breakfast was very good. Very laid back atmosphere, as if you’re coming home. The extra snacks and kitchen access are appreciated. Only slight negative thing is that the mattress could have been better. A little hard and bouncy but would definitely stay with them again. The manor is conveniently located in Kane, PA where you have access to downtown restaurants and stores in case you forgot something. Beautiful drive into the mountains to get there. I noticed that the owners seem to space out the guests when possible as there were other people staying but none down our hallway. Our stay was quiet and peaceful. Thank you for not just a place to sleep but for making us feel like we were being welcomed home.

We had a beautiful experience in the Yellow Room at Kane Manor Inn. Debra and Ben are gracious and lovely hosts and they were able to accommodate a gluten free breakfast. We're already planning our next stay there.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bella villa storica, ricca di fascino e situata in una tranquilla cittadina. Il check-in è completamente self service: al nostro arrivo abbiamo semplicemente ritirato la chiave insieme a un foglio con le informazioni di benvenuto. Una soluzione pratica, ma piuttosto fredda e impersonale. La camera era molto spaziosa e i letti comodi, anche se particolarmente alti. La colazione era buona, ma viene proposta con un menù fisso, una formula che può risultare un po' meno comoda per chi viaggia con bambini. Abbiamo apprezzato il grande giardino, ben curato e ideale per rilassarsi, con anche la possibilità di giocare a bocce. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio disponibile in struttura. Nel salottino comune erano presenti alcuni giochi da tavolo, che non abbiamo avuto occasione di utilizzare ma che rappresentano sicuramente un'attenzione gradita per gli ospiti. Un consiglio per chi soggiorna in zona: vale la pena fare un salto al cinema drive-in nei dintorni. Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole in una struttura con carattere e atmosfera.

Our stayat the Kane Manor Inn was absolutely wonderful. The rooms are spotless very large and Homie. The breakfast was wonderful. This was our fourth time staying there and we can’t wait to get back. I would highly recommend staying at this bed-and-breakfast.
