Very noisy bar patrons, rooms are somewhat dirty and run down. They should really buy new unstained towels.

Great weekend with fun people. Bartender Renee is attentive and outgoing! Karaoke night lots of entertainment. Convenient location. Pool fun for kids and adults.

i guess it people that live there right next to the bar patio all night long and i mean all night they are so loud. for the price we paid was not worth it at all.

We liked the reasonable price and proximity to Shawnee - we look for somewhere nearby to spend the night before a ski day. Facilities are dated and the mattress and pillows could use improvement. Also an extra roll of TP and some drink cups in room would be helpful. Having the pub onsite is great!

Bar restaurant was ok but no food Room had no shower head they did move me to a room with a shower head but Tv did not work. No smoke detector no air conditioning in room no 24r desk no one in office to check out. Towels were stained and very small. But the bar was great.

My wife Judy introduced me to Werrys years ago and we just love it there. The owners Sam and Linda are great people. The way we like to describe the hotel/bar is it's an old, country western/ biker bar vibe with lots of character. The locals are now close friends. When we arrive, its a nice welcoming feeling. The location is great, the pool is inviting, the bartenders are attentive and friendly. No matter who you sit next to, you'll hear a great story. Karaoke night are a lot of fun. This is not a fancy, schmancy place but its definitely one of our favorites.

The room was dirty. Toilet was loose on the floor. Smoke alarm not attached to the ceiling just sitting in the dresser. Heater kept cycling making it difficult to sleep.

Absolutely Disgusting – Do Not Stay Here I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others. This was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The room was filthy—the floors were so dirty they had a sticky film on them, and every step felt gross. It smelled like cigarettes, and there were food wrappers and trash all over the floor when I walked in. There were bugs everywhere—ants crawling around and even beetles in the bathroom. The tub had clearly been used and not cleaned, and the entire bathroom was in unacceptable condition. It was clear no effort had been made to clean the room before my arrival. This place is unsanitary, unhygienic, and should not be open to guests in its current state. Avoid at all costs.

The sheets and bedspreads were dirty and the room smelled of stale smoke despite being a nonsmoking room. Luckily we had sleeping bags in the car that we had to use instead of the bed covers. There were very small towels in the bathroom, not big enough to use for bath towels and no washcloths. Would not recommend.

"non-smoking" room clearly had had a recent smoker in it. Hadn't been cleaned properly... toilet paper roll was almost gone; dirt on the floor; hair in one of the bath towels; the shower had to run for 30s before the rusty orange water turned clear; no indication of hot/cold water; the toilet flushed ok once but I had to open up the back of it and fix the mechanism the second time; there were a few flies in the room; one bed's mattress had several dips; stained bedspread; the other bed was ok, slept well enough. I don't want to know what anything may have looked like with a black light.

Room reeked of weed smoke. Bath towels were heavily stained and thin. Positives: good water pressure and there’s a dive bar.

Dirty and didn't even give us a proper size soap to wash hands with. They also didn't give shampoo or conditioner. The blankets and sheets had burn marks in it and so did the window curtain. The hotel felt very dirty. The first night I had someone yell through the wall at my child and the second night. It was really rowdy/loud with drunk people outside. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you have kids.

We got the bathroom too much dirty just impossible to use and there is no garbage cans in the room, tv is not working, its just horrible experience.

This was the most disgusting room I have ever seen. There was semen on the comforters and the walls were covered in dirt. The shower had zero water pressure. There was no one at the property to help. The bar was noisy until 2 AM.

For the price which was $80. It was a acceptable place, but not a place that you’d want to spend more than one night. The sheets in the comforter had stains on them and the walls and the floor were dirty. The people were not bad they were very nice and friendly, but in regards to the room itself, it was not that great.

When I checked in the girl told me they were working on the hot water. It should be about an hour. Came back to the room later that night to shower still no hot water woke up in the morning to shower no hot water or cold water all day the next night, same exact thing so I demanded they move me to a part of the place that had water Was very arrogant about it

Canceled reservation 24 hrs prior to policy, due to no ADA accommodations. Can not do steps , with a service animal, mobility issues. The hotel could not accommodate. Spoke with resort directly, well ahead of cancellation policy. I was charged full amount, refusing to refund for a stay I did not stay , due to no ADA accommodation offered. Oyo is refusing to refund, who is handling the reservation. Buyer be ware…..

RUN. This "motel and pub", and OYO, are literally a scam. I reserved a room for myself, husband, and our 5 y.o. via Expedia. I called from the road and asked if we could check in a little late, like 8-8:30 p.m., and was told "that should be fine." We arrived at 8:34 p.m. My husband went in while I stayed with our child in the car. After a few minutes he came out and said they could not find a reservation under my name. We switched places. I went in and could not find an office, only a bar. I came back out. Outside, music blared over drunk guests laughing and smoking cigarettes. My husband informed me there is no front desk or office, but he spoke to the bartender and she told him there's no reservation. I went back in and spoke with the "receptionist"/bartender further. She informed me that "their system" had canceled my reservation because they were "overbooked by these booking companies" like Expedia. She also informed me that I would be charged the full amount for my canceled reservation, that she was not able to offer me another room because none were available, nor could she refund my money, because "the system" would not allow it. This entire conversation took place in a tiny side room inside a bar, in which her computer monitor faced me and the door. I could see other guests' full names and reservation details. Fast forward: After numerous calls and chats with Expedia and OYO, no refund. I reported it as fraud on my credit card and they removed the charge. RUN.

The staff was wonderful and the pub outstanding but the room was absolutely deplorable. The fridge and heat did not work the sheets were filthy the towels grimy the whole room dirty and the noise was ridiculous b

I would definitely stay again !! Customer service was great , room was decent for price internet was shaky but I definitely can’t complain.. I will definitely stay again on my long rides home with my baby’s!! Thanks so much. They were very accommodating for me and my kids !! The music is loud so my kids danced themselves to sleep didn’t feel uncomfortable with my kids disturbing the peace.
