We had an amazing stay at The Signature Hoi An! The hotel was newly renovated and it definitely shows with how clean everything was. The check-in process was a breeze. We had a nice complementary drink while the concierge explained everything about to property to us. They also brought up that their Spa is under renovations so to compensate for that, they gave us free massages at another local spa which was also amazing! The Suite we had was super large. A King size bed would have better filled out the room but the Queen size was just fine. Everything inside the room was squeaky clean and new! Most importantly was that the A/C was centrally located and was strong enough to cool down the entire space. Along with the ceiling fan in the middle of the room, I got pretty cold and had to turn it off. 😅 The restroom was nicely appointed with stone and quartz top. The tub was a nice touch. The restaurant here is actually pretty good! One of the better hotel restaurants I've been to and actually just a good restaurant in itself. The free buffet was great with a bunch of different options. The pool looked amazing! It was raining most of the time we were here so we weren't able to enjoy it. Overall a great stay and would definitely come back here next time!

Great location. Very nice rooms, facilities a bit basic but you are so close to everything you wouldn’t stay in the hotel at night. Breakfast was the usual buffet, I’ve had worse

This is a stunning hotel. The staff cannot do enough for you. It is in fact so clean and well kept thst we saw a cleaner clean the grouting between tiles with a toothbrush! The rooms have a lovely ambience, especially the in room bathtub. They feel spacious and luxurious. Breafast was great. The pool split onto 2 levels was also really special. The perfect stay in Hoi An, just a short stroll into the centre of the action too.

The location was great with easy access to the Old Town. The room was stylish and comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere. There was a beautiful pool inside the hotel, and my son had a wonderful time there. The breakfast buffet was also very delicious. Another nice touch was the complimentary 30-minute foot massage at the on-site spa.

The best hotel we stayed in when travelling Vietnam. The hotel is situated very close to the Hoi A Night Market and the Hoi A Lantern Boats. The hotel staff were very friendly and advised on how to get the best tickets for attractions. Restaurant recommendations were also given - try Miss Ly’s if you get the chance. The hotel was very clean and the amenities were excellent. We also used the on-site restaurant and spa services, both of which were outstanding. Cannot recommend more highly

Great location near the busy Old Quarter but far enough away not to be disturbed by it! Two great infinity pools and good size for laps! Very clean rooms with lovely new fluffy towels! Hotel only been open a month so working through a few teething problems but staff extremely helpful and friendly to help!! Overall highly recommend!

The Signature Hoi An is a stunning hotel. Brand newly renovated and everything is sparkling. Very comfortable beds. Location is fantastic. Close to the action but around the corner so quiet. Staff are incredibly helpful and kind and welcoming. Beautiful spa and gorgeous pools. Can’t wait to come back

During our two-week trip to Vietnam, Signature Hoi An was by far one of the best places we stayed. The property is new, modern, and exceptionally well-maintained, with a perfect location just minutes from Hoi An’s Ancient Town, the Japanese Covered Bridge, and local markets. They even offer free bike rentals, making it effortless to explore the town and surrounding countryside. What truly stood out was their continental breakfast, an incredible experience we’d never had before, with a variety and quality that felt luxurious. Combined with flexible check-in and check-out times, this stay was flawless and unforgettable.

Meget positiv opplevelse. Her får man et hotell med perfekt beliggenhet i forhold til gamlebyen med markeder og hyggelige barer og restauranter. Superhyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. I tillegg var det rent og ryddig. Var der i selve nyttårshelgen TET, og selv om det var full fest i gatene var det ikke sjenerende støy på hotellet.

朝食付きプランで予約しました。 施設全体がとても綺麗で気分よく宿泊することができました。 ホイアン旧市街地へも徒歩5分圏内でホイアン観光中心ならかなり良い立地条件です。 この日の朝食はアラカルトメニューでした、一つ一つが美味しく、量が1人では食べきれないくらい多かったのがビックリしました😅

This is a stunning hotel. The staff cannot do enough for you. It is in fact so clean and well kept thst we saw a cleaner clean the grouting between tiles with a toothbrush! The rooms have a lovely ambience, especially the in room bathtub. They feel spacious and luxurious. Breafast was great. The pool split onto 2 levels was also really special. The perfect stay in Hoi An, just a short stroll into the centre of the action too.

The location was great with easy access to the Old Town. The room was stylish and comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere. There was a beautiful pool inside the hotel, and my son had a wonderful time there. The breakfast buffet was also very delicious. Another nice touch was the complimentary 30-minute foot massage at the on-site spa.

The Signature Hoi An is a stunning hotel. Brand newly renovated and everything is sparkling. Very comfortable beds. Location is fantastic. Close to the action but around the corner so quiet. The best hotel we stayed in when travelling Vietnam. The hotel is situated very close to the Hoi A Night Market and the Hoi A Lantern Boats. The hotel staff were very friendly and advised on how to get the best tickets for attractions. Restaurant recommendations were also given - try Miss Ly’s if you get the chance. The hotel was very clean and the amenities were excellent. We also used the on-site restaurant and spa services, both of which were outstanding. Cannot recommend more highly

Our two-night stay was enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and truly went above and beyond; they even proactively reached out to us to arrange an airport pickup, and the price was notably cheaper than getting a Grab ourselves. Our room was quite decent, and we particularly liked the charming, traditional Vietnamese decor. Meget positiv opplevelse. Her får man et hotell med perfekt beliggenhet i forhold til gamlebyen med markeder og hyggelige barer og restauranter. Superhyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. I tillegg var det rent og ryddig. Var der i selve nyttårshelgen TET, og selv om det var full fest i gatene var det ikke sjenerende støy på hotellet.

We had an amazing stay at The Signature Hoi An! The hotel was newly renovated and it definitely shows with how clean everything was. The check-in process was a breeze. We had a nice complementary drink while the concierge explained everything about to property to us. They also brought up that their Spa is under renovations so to compensate for that, they gave us free massages at another local spa which was also amazing! The Suite we had was super large. A King size bed would have better filled out the room but the Queen size was just fine. Everything inside the room was squeaky clean and new! Most importantly was that the A/C was centrally located and was strong enough to cool down the entire space. Along with the ceiling fan in the middle of the room, I got pretty cold and had to turn it off. 😅 The restroom was nicely appointed with stone and quartz top. The tub was a nice touch. The restaurant here is actually pretty good! One of the better hotel restaurants I've been to and actually just a good restaurant in itself. This is a gem. Breakfast is delicious. Lots of variety every morning. The rooms are nicely appointed and spacious. The cookies left on the bed every evening were a nice touch. The spa is reasonably priced and the pool area, though small, is quaint. The location is superb. It is far enough from the busy streets of Old Town but close enough to walk everywhere. The area around the hotel has plenty of restaurants as well and the night market is a 5 minute walk. We felt the driver who picked us up at the airport in Danang drove recklessly and to make up for this, the hotel provided free transport to our next destination. The staff was lovely, kind and attentive. You can't go wrong with this hotel. Highly recommended.

Perfect hotel for our stay in Hoi An. Great location. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was the best of six hotels we stayed at in Vietnam. Pool was lovely after a day out adventuring. Close to the action. Hotel has some character. Our room was spacious and clean. Tried the restaurant for dinner and had a fabulous meal with live traditional entertainment. Service by the staff exceptional. I can't think of anything negative to say about the Signature. It was definitely 5 out of 5.

The location, the hotel itself, the breakfast, the pool, the rooms and bed where amazing, but the staff are the ones who deserves all credit. Lieu and Kiet made sure we had everything we needed and thanks to them, we had the best stay we had in Vietnam. Thank you so much!

The Singnature was a great hotel of our Hoi An stay. Centrally located and close to the action without being in the middle of it. Swimming pool was great. Breakfast was sensational. Staff were all amazing. We had a meal at the hotel restaurant highly recommended with traditional music entertainment. Couldn't ask for a better hotel.
