Peerless Hotel Kolkata

Un excellent hotel dans un quartier vivant et très central. Le personnel est extraordinaire.

Everything was good as expected of 4 star hotel. Property was spacious and clean. Food was OK. All the staff were polite and helpful apart from some staff at the restaurant who were in their own world rather than looking after the guests. I needed to draw attention of the staff many times for my needs as they appeared to have forgotten that I am there.

The staff doesn’t respond to phone calls from the room, one has to come down from the room to the reception desk to talk to them. Same with in room dining .. . Front desk are always confused and unorganized.

The room was cold at night
