Le pire hôtel de tout le Bangkok. Dans la suite exécutoire- l'odeur horrible, menage très mal fait, pas de papier toilette, pas de tapis de douche, draps déchiré, cheveux sur le lit, traces de brûlures de cigarette sur tous les meubles

It is the worst hotel I stayed in Bangkok. Firstly, I cannot communicate with the hotel through messages. I tried to text them and got no response till now. Secondly, the front desk haven’t communicated well with the expidea’s cs, I have requested late check in due to flight delays and I have waited for half an hour in 3am waiting for confirmation. Thirdly, after got in the room, we found there are lots of cockroaches inside the bed room and many stings on the bed. We requested to change another room and still there are many insects in the bathroom. I would never recommend people booking this hotel until they can solve the problem of communication and cleanliness.
