Gute Erreichbarkeit des Stadtzentrums, sehr gute Betten, ruhige Nächte trotz Größe des Hotels. Sehr netter Service, immer auskunftsbereit! Ganz reibungslose Abwicklung. Absoluter Pluspunkt ist die große Garage direkt im Haus. Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

E' composto da decine di appartamenti, ma quello che ci è stato assegnato era pessimo sia per lo stato (la tapparella della porta finestra in una delle stanze non si chiudeva, Il coprifilo della porta ci è quasi caduto in testa, etc.) che per la pulizia (tende e mobili macchiati, bagno sporco).

This building is on construction and the promo pictures are not even close to the real thing. Very disappointing.

Suitimiz iki oda,mutfak,banyo ve geniş bir balkondan oluşuyordu.Kahve makinesi olmasi çok iyi hissettirdi.Çok rahat ettik.Şehre toplu taşımayla ulaşmak yaklaşık 20 dk.Ip TV olması da çok güzeldi.Kapalı otopark da ücretsiz.Daha ne olsun!

This place was a good place. Transport is really good. They don’t have that many dining options. It’s not quiet but it’s not bad my overall rating will be 6 out of 10

Arrived and reception were great. About 50 mins from the main station by metro and tram. The hotel is covered in scaffolding and sheets so you can’t actually see that its the hotel at all. As most people book a room with their eyes from a website or brochure, you expect to find what you see. Our room we expected should have had a bed and a sofa opposite. What we had was 2 very cramped bedrooms, no side tables. There’s no hangers in the very dated wardrobes. The bathroom was filthy. Filthy shower curtain, sealant was in huge lumps at each end of the bath, shower attachment fell off the wall because it wasn’t fixed properly. After a shower the water flooded under the bathroom wall into the little hallway in the rooms. We told reception on the way out because we lay our towels on the floor to soak it up. They said they’d fix it. In the evening on our return we found the towels still on the floor. Not sure if they re sealed after I shouted or before we got back but the dirty lumps of sealant was removed and I think a small child must’ve been employed to put new sealant round the bath. It is that bad! And they must’ve walked in that bath with muddy boots because it’s that dirty. Also, sealant around the toilet was put but that didn’t stop the loo from rocking whilst you did your business. As I say, reception staff are good and helpful but I’d not stay here again. There’s also no restaurants but the bar opposite is great!

Freezing cold. Heat is rationed in time slots. Only is turned on in building from 6-9am, 12-3 pm, and 5-12 pm. Not adjustable either. No amenities. 2 vending machines cash only. 1 spoon and1 knife in kitchenette. There was water and coffee provided in room. Some outlets did not work and lacked outlet covers. No extra blankets or pillows. Wi-Fi poor connectivity. TV did not have any signal and could not be used at all. I’m not sure why it’s even in the room. Very few restaurants in area. Far from train station but it is right across the street from bus stop. Overall acceptably clean but in fair condition

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Car safely parked at garage. Good location with simply a 30 minutes tram ride to the center of Milan good just for the morning fully awake.

Fast alle Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr nett. Unser Appartment war sehr dreckig. Auf unsere Bitte das Appartment zu reinigen, wurde uns gesagt, wenn wir Abends wieder kommen, ist es sauber. Es war nicht sauber. Nur eine neue Rolle Klopapier wurde hingestellt. Im Bad waren Ameisen und irgendwelche anderen kleinen Tiere. Außerdem hatte die Küche fettige Fingerabdrücke und der Zustand war nicht gut. Unter den Betten und in den Regalen war so viel Staub. Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt und sind einen Tag früher abgereist. Uns wurde für die letzte Nacht ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, was wir aber dankend abgelehnt haben. Dazu wurde uns versprochen dass wir beim nächsten Aufenthalt das beste und sauberste Zimmer bekommen. Ich denke nicht, dass wir wieder kommen werden. Die Lage und Verbindungen vom Appartment zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten war super. Um die Ecke war ein ganz toller kleiner leckerer Bäcker und ein Stück weiter ein großer Einkaufsladen. Schade! Würde man wenigstens eine Entschädigung erhalten, wäre es sehr entgegenkommend.

It was fine. Definitely not what the pictures show especially the bathroom. Our shower head was broken and tub was extremely filthy. Besides that we stayed busy and just made sure to have a place to lay our head down. Im sure other rooms were maybe better however ours was not.

Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Sehr renovierungsbedürftig, Kommunikation sehr schwierig.

La chambre etait juste sale. C'etait degoutant. Il y avait encore 1 coton tige etc. Ensuite la chasse d eau fuyait. Nous avons appele la réception qui a envoyé une personne qui nous a expliquée que c'etait normal. La cuisine etait inutilisable, le syphon fuyait et innondait tout. Du coup nous avons juste achete des plats a rechauffer au micro ondes. Je voyage énormément pour montravail et a l'étranger, je peux vous assurer qu'en 20 ans de commercial dans le monde, c'est la premiere fois que je vois cela. Nous avons ete contraints de faire 2 nuits sur les 3. Je concois la vétusté d'un logement et des couts de renovation prohibitif. Par contre c'est anormal de proposer un logement sale, de ne pas permettre l'utilisation de la cuisine ou reparer une chasse d'eau qui fuit. Je mets presque jamais de commentaires, apres des centaines de nuits sur hotels.com, mais la ... Fuyez !

The bathroom was so so, the sink was clogged with cigarette leftovers and it had a strong cigarette smell

The toilet seat was cracked and had a pink hue, the bathtub was particularly dirty and there were a lot of ants. I had to get cleaning supplies and clean the apartment before doing anything else on arrival. The walls are extremely thin, so whenever someone upstairs was having a conversation, you could pretty much hear everything. The kitchen didn’t have any dish soap or rags. On top of that, the dishes were dirty on arrival. There was some toilet paper on arrival, but when I asked for more they basically explained that they don’t usually provide any, but were being nice enough to make an exception for one roll. The staff was overall very friendly.

Room needed updating and bathrooms were unclean and needed maintenance

The bathroom faucets weren’t working properly. The shower was terrible (water was leaking heavily from the hose, barely reaching the shower-head), and the water pressure was very low. The plates, bowls, glasses, and cutlery were all dirty and covered with stains. Nothing is cheap without a reason. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here, and I definitely would never come back.

Air conditioning broken. No wifi. Room not ready. Toilet leaking all over the floor. Small cramped. We checked in and am looking for other accommodations. This place is unfit to stay in. They gave us key to room and it wouldn’t open the door, we went back down stairs to report this only to be told there are two rooms that have the same room number. Do not stay here.

very big and massive rooms

I spend 4nights with my family. I was very satisfied. The receptionist were great and very welcoming. The beds confortable, there was a kitchen which was great and very useful with a coffee machine, cups, knives , spoons…. We even found coffe and sugar. the place was very well located too. The rooms large and the beds two. Quite honestly I am quite happy I chose the place. I recommend it.

The appartment is clean and spacious. The neighberhood is quiet, there is a grocery store nearby, 5 minutes walk. The tram is 4 minutes walking distance and takes you to the heart of Milan.

We stayed in said accommodation for longer weekend. Since the public transport was striking the day of arrival, we called reception that we will be late and they waited for us to arrive & get the keys. Our accommodation had 2 separate rooms that were clean & had everything that person need for short stay. In addition in Appartement was kitchen so we could prepare coffee & breakfast in the morning. Only downside was that some neighbors were Really loud during the night so we had to complain. Also, there was nobody to clean the rooms for 5 days nor give additional toilet paper but after we asked we got it. In addition , accommodation was good connected with the city, direct tram line. Internet was not so good during the day. All in all, it was good value for money, and I recommend it.

It was great, the customer service was excellent, communication was prompt and effective. Parking options were also very good. Highly recommended

Stressful time with check in and local taxes paid directly to accommodation We booked through Hotel.com and their receipt states taxes paid locally However check in pre arrival demand 100% more in local taxes Many emails to Hotel.com and accommodation directly did not resolve our issues so we just had to pay extra €170 euros Today we moved to alternative accommodation locally for the remainder of our works

Todo estuvo perfecto pero hubieron 2 inconvenientes y por esa razón es mi evaluación. 1. Nos dieron una habitación que era de alguien más o aún no la habían limpiado y armado. 2. A media noche mientras dormía ingresaron 2 personas indicando que era su habitación lo cual por equivocación del hospedaje se la dieron pero después les resolvieron a ellos.

I stayed for the second time in this exciting place and left it convinced again. Amazing reception team - I miss them already. It's a great place for Urban Nomads with enough space to create and even cook at the communal kitchen. The rooms are very clean, it's a very safe and friendly neighborhood with public transport directly to centre. I will be back for sure!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your hotel. My family and I had booked a two-night stay, but due to a series of serious issues, we checked out after the first night and are requesting a refund for the unused night. From the start, we experienced several unacceptable conditions: • At check-in, two receptionists laughed and made a joke in Italian about a simple question my husband asked. This behavior was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. • We were not informed that the building was under renovation. The view was obstructed, there was constant noise, and the balcony was unusable. • The room lacked basic amenities: there was no top sheet on the bed, just a comforter, and only one pillow per person. • There was no hot water in the shower, and the refrigerator was leaking and filled with a block of ice instead of a functioning freezer. • The curtains were visibly dirty. • The internet stopped working entirely on the first night. • After requesting a room change, the new room presented even more issues. • Most disturbingly, a shirtless man entered our room right after my daughter had walked in. Thankfully, my husband was inside, and the man left immediately. This was extremely alarming and unacceptable. I have photographic evidence of the poor conditions and am willing to provide it upon request. Given the number and severity of the problems we encountered—including safety concerns—we believe we are fully entitled to a refund

Litt langt fra sentrum. Litt usikker på området, det virket ikke helt optimalt. Leilighetshotellet kunne gjerne vært pusset opp, men sengene var gode

The accomodation is dated but good enough for a short stay. The center of Milano is very easy reachable by tram within 30 minutes, for that its a great location

A acomodação é confortável e tranquila, um lugar bem afastado do centro, mas com mercado e restaurantes próximos. Era relativamente limpa, e as camas bem confortáveis. A cozinha era boa e deu para nos virarmos. É proximo ao ponto para pegar um tram (um trem elétrico), mas fica a uns 40 minutos do centro de Milão (Duomo de Milão e galerias). Lembrando que não é um hotel, então você precisa comprar itens de higiene basicos que não serão disponibilizados, como papel higiênico e sabonete. A limpeza do quarto e troca de toalhas só é feita caso pague um valor a parte, caso contrário você precisa limpar o quarto. Tivemos um problema com a acomodação mas resolvemos facilmente na recepção e com a hoteis.com. Fique atento as taxas da cidade, tivemos um problema onde foi informado um valor menor e chegando la tivemos que pagar o dobro, um erro do hoteis.com e não da acomodação, mas foi resolvido e reembolsado a diferença por conta do erro. Num geral valeu super a pena, o lugar é muito confortável e tranquilo, você pode andar na rua sem medo ate tarde e todos foram muitos gentis.
