On check in 2hrs 40 mins as they said there was no booking even though we had a txt saying they were looking forward to our arrival. Miss Thieu was very unhappy, did not want to help in any form. After 2 hours they suddenly found our booking. Then they wanted 500.000dong cash for deposit for the room key. Payment for the accommodation incurred 10% surcharge on the credit card. The room they allocated was not the room type we booked. That was another drama to move to the correct room the following day. The noise at this hotel is unbearable that started at 5.30 from loud speakers from the beach. Adults and children yelling in the corridor that echoed in the room. On check out they said that we did not pay the 500,000dong deposit for the room key. That took another30 minutes for Miss Thieu (who checked us in) to find the payment. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IF WANT A QUIET RELAXING FRIENDLY STAY WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The property makes you leave a cash deposit, they won't just hold it on your credit card. I asked for ice for my room, they said they don't have it. I asked for a fan for my room, they said they didn't have it. I asked for a king-size bed, they gave me two twins. When I pushed the two twins together, I found dirty cigarette butts and trash. Mini-fridge barely works. Not near any stores, restaurants or shopping. Paid for breakfast with the booking, had to fight with them because they said it wasn't included and that I hadn't paid. I had to literally show them the booking that I paid and even then they acted like they were completely stupid and didn't understand what was going on.

Nice property. Huge breakfast buffet. I would rate it five stars overall, but lazy river only runs four hours a week - Friday and Saturday.

Dịch vụ chăm sóc khách hàng khá tốt, phòng sạch sẽ và đủ tiện nghi, món ăn sáng ngon và hợp khẩu vị, có chỗ vui chơi cho trẻ em nên đi du lịch gia đình rất phù hợp. Không gian thoáng, view đẹp. Người lớn và trẻ em nhà mình đều rất thích. Không có điểm chê.
