The room was spacious and had everything we needed. It was lovely and warm with a separate seating area and bedroom. All the mod cins in the kitchen and lots of cutlery and crockery. Parking across the road but make sure you pay as wardens are very keen to give tickets.

This was a decent back up after our original accommodation let us down. Early check in was an extra £10. Car park was full, even early, but council parking literally across the road was cheaper anyway (albeit less secure). Location is a bit of a walk into town, but we just got a cab anyway. Overall would stay again for the price.

Very comfortable stay and excellent service from the front desk (booked both early check in and late check out meaning I had a total of 48 hours occupation of the room and only for an additional £10 for each). As many reviews suggest, the rooms do lack vigour, feels like a big open space with very basic and minimal furnishings, but equally everything you need. Walls are extremely thin - the benefit of the late checkout I’d booked was somewhat negated by the very audible sound of the housekeeper clearing out the room next door. Location is close enough to the city centre but about 30 minutes walk to get into the very heart of it (you have to cross a bridge over the motorway). Doesn’t feel like a city centre hotel as a result. Parking in the car park opposite worked out cheaper than using the hotel car park for the two days I was there (this may be because it was the weekend).

Gut gefallen hat uns das Frühstücks-Buffet. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Hotels wird es nicht extra berechnet. Good location for city centre. Clean and well equipped. Only issue was the horrendous overpowering air freshner smell in room which lasted 2 days despite opening window. Please ditch the air fresher as it causes sinus reactions and headaches for lots of people and is just horrible.

It was the third time that I stayed in this hotel and before I liked it, which is why I returned. It is conveniently located and I liked it that you have a studio. Now, however, it was not properly cleaned and the mattress on the bed should have been thrown into the garbage. Lumpy and with a big depression in the middle. How on earth can one offer such a bad sleeping facility?

We have just had a weekend stay at the property. It appears this hotel is refurbished student halls accommodation - it really had a feel that it was from about 20 years ago. The shower was unclean with hairs and had a “capsule” feel like from our student halls days. We tried to pay 3 times for late check out and were told no and to check back later (hence asking three times). People were very noisy in the corridor at all hours, for the price point we felt ripped off. There are better hotels in the area for cheaper, with a cosier and more premium feel. Wouldn’t stay in this brand of hotel again, we usually like to stay in a property with a kitchenette but due to the ambiance of the room we wanted to avoid sitting in the room as much as possible.

The apartment was okay for a couple of nights, useful kitchen facilities and a powerful hot shower. Free coffee and croissants was good (although nothing to put on the croissants?). However, the bathroom STANK of old cigarette smoke which we were worried about sticking to our clothes. Also more than one chair for a double room would be good!

I write this review with the preface that I have stayed here twice before and never had any of these experiences. Perhaps the hotel has gone through management changes. The first room that I entered into stank of pungent take out food, which had not been aired. After two nights, I asked about getting rid of the smell, and they immediately moved rooms. The new room was fine; however, it had many silverfish. I took photos and videos of them - the staff did put down something to poison the bugs. Then the room smelt of that for some time. I recognize that due to the holidays, there would be changes in staffing. But, my room was turned over once in 11 nights, regardless of whether I put the sign on my door or not. I typically found myself asking for things that would usually have been filled daily without asking. I was not asking for my bedding to be washed as I appreciate the hotel’s eco friendly work. Lastly, they no longer serve breakfast. I was told a few pastries - there was never anything there. I feel that the website details just need to be updated a little so that people know that there is no breakfast service and that housekeeping will not often happen. Staff are friendly and the spaces are great. Overall, I would like to stay again and I hope that this was just a one off poor experience. Thus, my rating is written also in light of earlier stays numerous years ago.

Having never stayed in a serviced apt before I was dubious but this was a work trip. I was very pleased with the welcome, the room amenities and cleanliness for the price. Will definitely stay here again.

The fridge wasn’t working, the freezer compartment was dripping water which left fridge shelves flooded. The main light in the room didn’t work either. The bathroom wasn’t overly clean with long dark hairs scattered throughout. The room seemed a bit all over and not laid out particularly well, second set of towels were almost hidden in living area, even though the room was booked for two? The fan provided was so noisy meaning when it got unbearably warm at 3/4am with no air-con we couldn’t use it. Nothing like the Newcastle roomzzz and a bit off putting sadly.

The room was lovely, and the complimentary pastries at breakfast was great. However, we tried to use the facilities provided in the room- the microwave and the hob- and neither of these worked properly. The microwave would smoke up when we tried to heat up anything, and the hob just didn’t work at all. Someone came up to assist with this, he confirmed it didn’t work, then offered to put us in another room. The room we used to cook in was a mess and was just very dirty. The windows were open so it was freezing and it just wasn’t a nice area to cook in at all. So this place has a lot of potential, was in a good area and was a good sized room. However, the issues with the facilities did ruin the experience slightly.

Always enjoy a stay at any Roomzz hotel, you tend to always enjoy a nice spacious apartment room, comfortable bed and general is good value for money. Stayed here before but we obviously paid for a better room as this wasn't as nice as previous. Apartment was ok but the bathroom was our only complaint, it was tiny and very much like an Ibis Budget bathroom. Other than that's, it was all ok

Stayed here before but we obviously paid for a better room as this wasn't as nice as previous. Apartment was ok but the bathroom was our only complaint, it was tiny and very much like an Ibis Budget bathroom. Other than that's, it was all ok

Great stay, everything we needed in one room. Fridge, microwave, cooker hob, dishwasher, washing machine. Very nicely laid out. Clean and spacious, and very comfortable. All said, had a great stay and would definately book again

Full kitchen. Very clean. Comfortable hotel, but no AC in the room, so keep that in mind if it’s a hot day. They do have a fan though. There’s free coffee in the lobby, as well as croissants every morning which is nice. I’d stay here again!

Handy to have the kitchen part of the apartment and the staff were very helpful. The double bed was a small double so quite tight. We were on floor 10 and 1 night it was windy and the whole room was creaking and rattling all night so very little sleep. The pastures and coffee in the morning were a nice touch. Location wise was 20 minute walk into town so quite central and at the back was a quiet road

We have just had a weekend stay at the property. It appears this hotel is refurbished student halls accommodation - it really had a feel that it was from about 20 years ago. The shower was unclean with hairs and had a “capsule” feel like from our student halls days. We tried to pay 3 times for late check out and were told no and to check back later (hence asking three times). People were very noisy in the corridor at all hours, for the price point we felt ripped off. There are better hotels in the area for cheaper, with a cosier and more premium feel. Wouldn’t stay in this brand of hotel again, we usually like to stay in a property with a kitchenette but due to the ambiance of the room we wanted to avoid sitting in the room as much as possible.

Good location for city centre. Clean and well equipped. Only issue was the horrendous overpowering air freshner smell in room which lasted 2 days despite opening window. Please ditch the air fresher as it causes sinus reactions and headaches for lots of people and is just horrible.

This was a decent back up after our original accommodation let us down. Early check in was an extra £10. Car park was full, even early, but council parking literally across the road was cheaper anyway (albeit less secure). Location is a bit of a walk into town, but we just got a cab anyway. Overall would stay again for the price.

Great stay. Ideal location. Close to the city but just a bit outside which meant it was quiet at night. Brought some food with us so it was really good to be able to cook. Great little room. Had everything we needed and the shower was great.

Very comfortable stay and excellent service from the front desk (booked both early check in and late check out meaning I had a total of 48 hours occupation of the room and only for an additional £10 for each). As many reviews suggest, the rooms do lack vigour, feels like a big open space with very basic and minimal furnishings, but equally everything you need. Walls are extremely thin - the benefit of the late checkout I’d booked was somewhat negated by the very audible sound of the housekeeper clearing out the room next door. Location is close enough to the city centre but about 30 minutes walk to get into the very heart of it (you have to cross a bridge over the motorway). Doesn’t feel like a city centre hotel as a result. Parking in the car park opposite worked out cheaper than using the hotel car park for the two days I was there (this may be because it was the weekend).

Staff tres accueillant - bon emplacement avec un arret de bus à 50 mètres où passent 4 lignes de bus différentes- tres propre - cuisine super avec lave vaisselle et lave/sèche linge..- grande chambre où on se sent comme chez soi - tres calme- en plus chaque matin sont offerts : Boisson chaude Viennoiserie Boisson et fruit frais Yahourt On peut prendre cafe thé ou chocolat a volonté toute la journée Le menage est fait tous les jours Seul tout petit bemol il manque une balayette dans les toilettes.. Vraiment je recommande vivement, en plus Leeds est tres bien à visiter

Der Garagenplatz wird mit 10 Pfund pro Nacht berechnet (Stand August 2023) Leider gibt es keine Lademöglichkeit für Elektro-Autos. Ein einfacher Stromanschluss würde hier schon Abhilfe schaffen. Gut gefallen hat uns das Frühstücks-Buffet. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Hotels wird es nicht extra berechnet. The room was lovely, and the complimentary pastries at breakfast was great. However, we tried to use the facilities provided in the room- the microwave and the hob- and neither of these worked properly. The microwave would smoke up when we tried to heat up anything, and the hob just didn’t work at all. Someone came up to assist with this, he confirmed it didn’t work, then offered to put us in another room. The room we used to cook in was a mess and was just very dirty. The windows were open so it was freezing and it just wasn’t a nice area to cook in at all. So this place has a lot of potential, was in a good area and was a good sized room. However, the issues with the facilities did ruin the experience slightly.

The apartment was okay for a couple of nights, useful kitchen facilities and a powerful hot shower. Free coffee and croissants was good (although nothing to put on the croissants?). However, the bathroom STANK of old cigarette smoke which we were worried about sticking to our clothes. Also more than one chair for a double room would be good!

I write this review with the preface that I have stayed here twice before and never had any of these experiences. Perhaps the hotel has gone through management changes. The first room that I entered into stank of pungent take out food, which had not been aired. After two nights, I asked about getting rid of the smell, and they immediately moved rooms. The new room was fine; however, it had many silverfish. I took photos and videos of them - the staff did put down something to poison the bugs. Then the room smelt of that for some time. I recognize that due to the holidays, there would be changes in staffing. But, my room was turned over once in 11 nights, regardless of whether I put the sign on my door or not. I typically found myself asking for things that would usually have been filled daily without asking. I was not asking for my bedding to be washed as I appreciate the hotel’s eco friendly work. Lastly, they no longer serve breakfast. I was told a few pastries - there was never anything there. I feel that the website details just need to be updated a little so that people know that there is no breakfast service and that housekeeping will not often happen. Staff are friendly and the spaces are great. Overall, I would like to stay again and I hope that this was just a one off poor experience. Thus, my rating is written also in light of earlier stays numerous years ago.

Full kitchen. Very clean. Comfortable hotel, but no AC in the room, so keep that in mind if it’s a hot day. They do have a fan though. There’s free coffee in the lobby, as well as croissants every morning which is nice. I’d stay here again!
