The shower / bath mixer is a disaster. It takes 10 mins to find the right temperature and even then it would hold it every 1-2 minutes would change to either cold or very hot. The room itself isn’t too bad. However bathroom requires renovations or touch ups in some areas. The pool is charged separately (maybe not the package I initially booked) at 20€ per person for only 2hrs feels a bit wrong for a 5 star hotel. The tiles are not anti slip at the sauna area and corridors so need to be very careful.

Those who make reservations via hotels.com has to pay additionally for swimming pool... Info is not provided

The rooms are i need of a renovation and so is the spa. The rooms are out dated and a bit worn out. The spa is just a pool and a couple of saunas. And be sure to check if its included in your price or else its 20 Euros extra per person extra and I can tell you right away that it is not worth that. The parking spaces are strange and in a maze of narrow passages with a long walk back to the reception. The metro is right outside the hotel and its perfect for a couple of days in Prague. Nice big breakfast buffé.

Nice hotel, I had a comfortable stay. Very convenient to access the conference center and subway line. Breakfast is great and totally worth it. I was charged extra for access to the pool which felt absurd for a 5-star hotel - apparently it applies to reservations made through hotels.com.

Das Hotel wirbt mit seinem Pool und seiner Sauna. In Wirklichkeit handelt es sich dabei um eine sehr kleine, abgeschlossene Anlage im 26. Stock, die nicht öffentlich zugänglich ist. Um diese zu betreten, muss man im 25. Stock zunächst 20 € bezahlen. Der Wachdame erklärt einem dann, dass es dort immer voll sei. Wir konnten dann die Aussicht aus dem 26. Stock nicht man genießen. Zudem serviert die Bar nicht die üblichen Snacks, wie Sandwiches. Stattdessen bekommt man so etwas wie Lasagne, aufgewärmt in der Mikrowelle.

An ok stay at the Prague Towers. Whilst rooms were very clean, they were very dated and in need of upgrading. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. We had access to the Executive Lounge that had snacks plus beer & wine, very nice option. Had to ask for vegetarian snacks, which they kindly freshly prepared. Very disappointing and surprising that access to the pool area required a 20e pp fee for 2hrs. Never been in a hotel that you had to pay to use the pool! Overall a comfortable very large hotel on the edge of Prague with close access to the metro. Definitely not a 5* hotel. If I returned to Prague I would try a different hotel.

Hormis le prix très onéreux du spa (piscine hammam...) la chambre était parfaite, le personnel adorable, l'hotel plus que magnifique, et le métro juste en bas est très pratique. La piscine est très petite mais le cadre est agréable.

Ein Upgrade wurde mir verwehrt, obwohl freie Zimmer in einer höheren Kategorie vorhanden waren. Im Fitnessstudio gab es kein Wasser. Die Geräte konnten nicht gereinigt werden, weil kein Desinfektionsmittel vorhanden war. Die Sauna war um 9:30 Uhr nur bei 60°, obwohl 80plus zugesichert worden waren….

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen was die Zimmer angeht. Es ist zwar alles sauber, aber etwas veraltet. Der Ausblick aus unserem Zimmer im 21. Stock entschädigt aber. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, viel Auswahl, allerdings ist die Geräuschkulisse enorm.

Fantastisk ophold. Rengøringen i top, service i top, og maden var udsøgt. Når man kigger lidt efter, bærer hotellet præg af ikke at være helt nyt længere. Dette ses mest med lidt slidte gulvtæpper. Bliver bestemt ikke sidste gang jeg overnatter her.

A really disappointing experience! We choose the Corinthia Prague as we has previously stayed at their sister hotel in London. We were expecting a luxury stay but what we got was anything but! Our room was outdated and the windows were filthy. The decor is old and mostly discoloured from what looks like cigarette yellow markings. This shows how long it must be since the hotel was last renovated. On our first night the bathroom sink leaked and flooded the bathroom. When raised the response was slow and after multiple trips to reception we were informed that we needed to move rooms. We moved (with no help from the concierge) and we’re shocked to see we’d been DOWNGRADED to a twin room that was even more outdated. After another trip to reception we agreed to stay in the twin room for the night and change rooms the next day. The next room was probably even worse. Filthy windows, peeling wallpaper and 1920s bathroom suite. This is NOT a luxury hotel. The spa area is quite small and very basic. We stayed in 3 different rooms on 3 different floors and none were of 3 star standard, never mind 5 star. An extremely frustrating and disappointing stay that would make me avoid Corinthia hotels in future.

Swimming pool was dirty. Breakfast was not good quality foods, no fresh juice. Hotel is extremely overpriced. Room was tiny and bathroom not suitable for two persons.

숙박시설은 전반적으로 조용하고 직원들도 친절합니다. 단 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 아침에 조식 뷔페가 전반적으로 퀄리티는 양호한데 그릇의 청결도가 좀 떨어지는 경우가 있었습니다.

Older hotel that has strong odor like a former smoking hotel. Older and worn out everywhere, bathrooms, carpets, lounge. Good buffet breakfast and gym/spa. Right next to metro station for easy transportation. Right next to conference centre. Doorman was excellent and full of information, rest of staff mediocre. Restaurant is not worth going to, check out other areas to eat.

I have stayed here quite a few times and always have a fantastic time. Although it seems to have been run down by the previous owners Corinthia we still had a fantastic time. Large clean room with lovely castle view, fantastic rooftop pool and spa with a view of the city, great staff nice breakfast and all for a reasonable price. The hotel is right next to the metro so has excellent links to the centre. Wish we had had the weather to match. Also miss the old bowling alley in the basement that was amazing.

The staff were courteous and responsive, the property is clean, and the room was clean. Bathroom blinds may be needed to reduce water splashing during showers.

Rigtigt fint hotel, tror dog ikke at det ville være et 5 stjernet hotel mange steder. Der var en fantastisk morgenmads buffet, og en fin resturant at nyde den i. Hotellet bar præg af at det var af ældre dato, med aircondition der ikke virkede optimalt. Vi var i Prag i 30 + grader, så ville gerne benytte poolen som vi forventede var inkl i opholdet. Det viste sig at den kostede 20€ pr person at benytte hver gang.

Buffet breakfast was to die for ! Bed was comfy. Things i wasnt a fan of, the ever changing water temp as when it was cranked to hot it would still go to cold every other minute. Plugin by bed would have also been nice

We had an Exec room with lounge access. Good: Good location. Very handy for the metro station where you can buy tickets. Remember to validate (time stamp) the tickets using the little yellow machines between the ticket room and the platform the first time you use them. Polite staff Clean Exec lounge had reasonable selection of cold snacks, and wine. Not so good: Stained sink. Safely deposit box was not easily accessible (on the floor inside the wardrobe) Room too hot. Air conditioning was not working so we were advised to open a window but it wouldn’t stay open. Room was too hot even when it was only 2 degrees outside. Poor breakfast – several coffee machines not working, toaster not working, egg whites uncooked and runny, hot food was barely warm, no omelette chef on one of the days. €20 each to use the pool, even when staying in exec room, so we did not use it.

We’ve stayed at Corinthia Hotels before and know they pride themselves on a high standard, think luxurious bedding, expensive furnishings and top quality everything! But no, not here. This is a modified high rise block of flats with the kitchens removed. The hotel is clearly desperately clinging hold of their 5 stars, and they must be nervous about their next hotel inspection, as they’ll probably have a good few taken away! We paid for the most expensive suite that we saw online. The pictures were the same as the lower priced suite so hoped that our suite was going to be nicer. It wasn’t. It was dated. Think 1950’s golden age of Hollywood, without the glitz and glamour! The water pressure was hardly working in one tap, but others were like the Bellagio Fountains! The air conditioning didn’t work, our room was so hot, we had to open the window and get some fans in the room. It radiated the room temperature by about 2am. By that point we had been joined by lots of creepy bugs! It’ll explain why so many of them had been squished into the wall! We rang up and asked that someone fixed the air conditioning the next day whilst we’re out. They didn’t bother to fix it or provide an explanation as to why it couldn’t be fixed. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all. There was no mattress topper, just a hard mattress. We tried to watch TV and connect to our phone, it worked… for about 30 minutes then kept disconnecting. The internet it unreliable and please don’t rely on it working

Overall, a good stay but inconsistent application of dress code. Our curtains were falling off the rails and when asked for them to be repaired the problem persisted.

The hotel is marketed as a “Grand Hotel” or a premium product. The rooms are dated and in our room 402, the curtains didn’t even close fully! Each end was held against the wall by using velcro.

Perhaps it lived up to that standard when it first opened in the 80s, but now everything is dated and in need of serious renovation. The hotel is huge and was extremely busy during our stay in August—it honestly felt more like being in an airport than a hotel. The positives? Location: Excellent. The metro station is right next to the hotel, making it easy to get into the city. Staff: They were kind and professional, even when dealing with guests who were less than polite. I give them credit for that. The negatives? Air Conditioning: Old and centrally controlled, meaning you can’t adjust it yourself—frustrating in the summer heat. Breakfast: Crowded and underwhelming. It’s included in the price, so you won’t go hungry, but don’t expect anything special. Swimming Pool: Not included unless you book directly, and paying extra for it is far from cheap—definitely read the fine print. Parking: Free but very limited. During peak season, finding a space can be stressful. Would I stay here again? Unfortunately, no. The location and staff can’t make up for how outdated and overhyped this hotel feels today.

The hotel is beautiful, but we were very disappointed with the service. We had to call the front desk and/or housekeeping five out of seven nights we stayed as items were missing from our room such as wash clothes, body wash, coffee, creamer, etc. There were times when we had to call a couple of times to get anyone to pick up the phone. One night I gave up and walked down to the desk to request our missing items. One day our rooms was not cleaned until after 3:30pm... about the time we came back to rest up before dinner and we ended up in the lobby for 45 minutes while it was cleaned. The breakfast was great, but the service was lacking there too. A couple of mornings my husband gave up on getting coffee and went and served himself, while the waiters just stood and watched him. Plates were left on the table well past the time they should be removed. Staff did not appear to be well trained. The hotel is close to a subway, which is a plus. It is used for large bus tours, so on the weekends the breakfast room was really busy and tables were often not cleaned off for incoming guests to use. Overall we expected more from a Corinthia hotel than what we got. We've stayed in others (Porto) and found them to be well run. This one seems to have people who are not trained well. I would choose to stay somewhere else when in Prague next time.

The staff were incredibly friendly, always saying hello in passing, and couldn't do enough to help. Reception even loaned us a European plug adaptor at no charge after we forgot ours. The room was clean and large. We upgraded to include access to the Executive Lounge, which is highly recommended - a bargain - and offers a great aerial view of the city. A beautiful hotel and we would definitely stay here again

Too big but understaffed. Hard to call staff fr the phone in the room so I went down to front desk to request more towels and an iron. NEVER GOT it!

All is good, except for the fact that hotel guests have to pay for the pool and this was not made clear in the hotel description. Also, housekeeping threw my things away. They thought my stuff was trash and overcleaned things.

Sie haben uns ein Zimmer im 15. Stock gegeben. Der Ausblick war wunderbar! Das Hotel ist alt, aber gut renoviert. Der Check-in hat lange gedauert, aber das Zimmer in einem der oberen Stockwerke war ein guter Ausgleich. Der Fernseher ließ sich nicht einschalten, aber das Problem wurde schnell gelöst. Alles in allem, hatten wir eine angenehme Zeit.

Over all its a good hotel. Lots of staff. Property is a bit dated, but clean and oveall well kept. Breakfasts were just amazing: excellent variety ans very good quality food! They cleaned our room daily. A bed was comfortable. Here what i didn’t like: few day before my arrival I spoke to Expedia representative and asked her to help me to ensure we have two beds in the room. I actually tryed to communicate with the hotel myself for a couple of weeks beforehand, but never received any replies. The rep told me she spoke to them, and everything is confirmed. When we arrived and during the check in, i clarified once again, and was assured there are two beds in the room...and gues what...it was one kind bed and a tiny strange couch where only a small child may fit potentially. This was ridiculous, as when i went and asked at the reception, the repl was: technically there are two beds in the room. And they couldn't do anything to help. Finally, beware that a pool and saunas are NOT included in your reservation ( despite Expedia advertising it as a hotel with a pool), and costs 20 Euros per 2 hours....absolutely ridiculous.

The welcome on check in was amazing with some free drink vouchers and great information on Prague and a discount card. Overall service was excellent although incorrect and slow service in the bar in the evenings. Breakfast was super-busy with a wait for tables at times which could have been managed better. But the quality of food was very good with huge variety. I highly recommend the pool and spa. Excellent sauna, steam room, pool and views and the massage was invigorating. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel as a good base for exploring Prague and for relaxing in the hotel when required.

Excellent location for all events held at the Prague Conference Center. Easy acces to city centre by metro. Fairly new gym equipment available. Nice breakfast.

Nice hotel which is literally 1 minute walk to train station which takes you into centre of Prague in 5 minutes, breakfast was plentiful choices but food was very cold so I gave it a miss as I'm quite fussy however my wife went and she said food was very cold. We had access to executive lounge which handy ,it had good selection of small rolls cheese ham etc and bottled soft drinks as well as lagers however no Spirits available at any time, staff were all friendly and we would stay here again if we visited Prague again.

Everything was absolutely wonderful during our girls’ trip to Prague. We were welcomed with complimentary wine on arrival, enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options, and loved the cozy evenings in the lobby bar with live music. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view, and we had the best sleep ever in the incredibly comfortable bed. Highly recommended!
