This is a townhouse with upscale touches that surprise you in every room. Each area of the house was decorated with care. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need to stay long term. We enjoyed the huge back yard. It was landscaped beautifully with flowers in bloom and a swingset for the kids. Would definitely stay again when in the area!

House was clean. Could have used more towels in bathrooms as 1 towel per guest is no enough. Yard was mowed but landscaping has not been touched in months or years. Colunteer trees and weeds all around the house and fence. Refrigerator leaking water. Had to have a towel on the floor to keep it dry.

We loved staying here! Clean, comfortable, relaxing, great A/C (a must in July), fun backyard space for our kids. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Our family had a great night's stay here as we traveled from home to the Black Hills. Our youngest kids especially enjoyed playing on the backyard swing set after a long car ride. We were able to use the pack and play and the toddler toys as well. This home was very comfortable for our family of 6 - plenty of room to spread out. The beds are very comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. Very clean too. We would definitely stay here again

It was a great stay. We loved the open floor plan and the larger backyard. We weren't aware it was a townhome until we were asked not to bother the neighbors because they were very stringent on the imaginary parking lines. We were happy we were close to to falls park which was amazing. We did run into a few problems on our 2 night stay: We couldn't put the trash anywhere as there was no trash bin. There were only 5 towels. The air mattress had a hole in it so the girls tried to patch it, but it slowly leaked out as they slept, and we had to purchase our own. There was only two rolls of toilet paper. Some of the dishes were dirty. There were no dish pods to use the dishwasher. There was nothing to wash the counters with. Several cabinets were falling off the hinges. If there were only two of us, this wouldn't have been a big deal, but we needed more than minimum. We were outside a lot and enjoyed the porch, but we were told to put the trash out there when it was used. We also tried to play volleyball and the grass was very long. I had to ask for the check-in information (which was provided very quickly AND we were able to check-in early. However, when we got there at 3:40, there was someone pulling weeds. We had to walk around it when we walked in. I think it is good for 2-3 people, but anything more is probably ill advised.

This was a great duplex unit centrally located between downtown and the mall shopping area. Very clean and nice. Spaces were larger than I thought they would be based on the pictures. Nice safe quiet neighborhood. Owner responded quickly to my questions. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! The house was spotless, beds were comfortable, house was beautifully decorated, and the location was awesome. Hosts were available if we needed anything. We couldn’t have asked for better! Definitely recommend if you are planning a Sioux Falls visit.

We were travelling with 9 people and the house was big enough to accommodate everyone. It was a very clean, beautiful house. Communication with the property manager was always timely and courteous. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a perfect place for a sister’s weekend. Very nice neighborhood and perfect size place for our needs. Several cupboard doors were broken but did not bother us. There was no soap or shampoo in the showers so be sure to bring your own. There were ample amount of spices in the cupboard. We did not have access to extra garbage bags. Property owner was great at communicating.

We did one night for shop hop and were glad we could rent for one night . Beautiful master suite, handicap accessible which was great for one of our older travelers. Will definitely rent next year if available.

Nice neighborhood, good floorplan. Check in process did not go smoothly. Maybe it was something on our end? Host/hostess's cell number would be helpful if problems arise, instead of having to communicate by going through VRBO website. Older people are not always tech savy, this was frustrating for us.

This place was in a great neighborhood close to lots of places . the most beautiful place i’ve stayed so far , very spacious and clean . 3 amazing bedrooms plus a pull out couch and air mattress , i recommend booking ! host is very kind and reachable when needed

We greatly enjoyed our stay. It provided very good space for cooking and visiting and relaxing. The neighborhood was very quiet. After an initial brief hiccup, the owner was very responsive and generous. I would highly recommend others to stay here.

Our family stayed here for my husband’s 50th birthday ski trip, and we were very comfortable in this cute home! Open concept, clean and modern. Check-in is easy and the location is ideal. Thank-you for the use of your home, we appreciate it!

We appreciated the location as it was close to a variety of cafes, markets, and was in a safe neighborhood. The host was very easy to get ahold of when we had reservation questions. It was spacious and clean, we recommend to others! Thanks for a great stay!

This was a great duplex unit centrally located between downtown and the mall shopping area. Very clean and nice. Spaces were larger than I thought they would be based on the pictures. Nice safe quiet neighborhood. Owner responded quickly to my questions. Would definitely stay here again!

This house is so beautiful and comfortable. I had surgery and it was nice to stay close to the hospital in a cozy home. We left about 25 mins after the check out but only due to me not being able to move fast enough.

This property was perfect for our stay! Lots of space in the house and the location was perfect. We were pretty much 15 minutes away from all 3 wedding events this weekend.

It was a great stay. We loved the open floor plan and the larger backyard. We weren't aware it was a townhome until we were asked not to bother the neighbors because they were very stringent on the imaginary parking lines. We were happy we were close to to falls park which was amazing. We did run into a few problems on our 2 night stay: We couldn't put the trash anywhere as there was no trash bin. There were only 5 towels. The air mattress had a hole in it so the girls tried to patch it, but it slowly leaked out as they slept, and we had to purchase our own. There was only two rolls of toilet paper. Some of the dishes were dirty. There were no dish pods to use the dishwasher. There was nothing to wash the counters with. Several cabinets were falling off the hinges. If there were only two of us, this wouldn't have been a big deal, but we needed more than minimum. We were outside a lot and enjoyed the porch, but we were told to put the trash out there when it was used. We also tried to play volleyball and the grass was very long. I had to ask for the check-in information (which was provided very quickly AND we were able to check-in early. However, when we got there at 3:40, there was someone pulling weeds. We had to walk around it when we walked in. I think it is good for 2-3 people, but anything more is probably ill advised.

Our family stayed here for my husband’s 50th birthday ski trip, and we were very comfortable in this cute home! Open concept, clean and modern. Check-in is easy and the location is ideal. Thank-you for the use of your home, we appreciate it!

Everything was as described. In a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Easily accessible to pretty much everything. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!!

This place was in a great neighborhood close to lots of places . the most beautiful place i’ve stayed so far , very spacious and clean . 3 amazing bedrooms plus a pull out couch and air mattress , i recommend booking ! host is very kind and reachable when needed

This property is in a great location and the owner was very responsive, but there were many problems that we had to take care of ourselves after responding to her.1) Upon arrival a Pest Control vehical in the driveway...and the technician informed us that this was the right place and the garage/basement is part of the business & chemicals are stored in the garage. He was there daily but, nice man.2) Grass was long-grandkids stepped in dog poop by the swingset.3) Front bathroom had shards of shattered glass behind the toilet and into the throw rug...we swept, vaccummed and swept through the stay as we kept finding tiny pieces that ended up in the hall way too.4) Same bathroom-towel hanger pulled from drywall.5) Refrigerator-filter needed changing-contacted owner and she had us figure out what type of filter she needed to order(10;30 PM) she ordered and it arrived the next morning-we installed it.6) Kitchen shelves hanging-we tightened-garbage drawer slides out constantly-she said she knew about it.7) Only one garbage bag, contacted owner and she gave us the code to retrieve more in the laundry room. There were none and several wet towels were in this small room. We sent her pictures and asked if we could rewash/dry these and she happily agreed for us to do this. There were no extra trash bags-so she ordered more-which we gathered a day later and put out.8) Black colored mold on the walls behind the hanging wet towels- I informed her about.

This was a great spot for our family of 6! Very clean and the decor was lovely. It had what we needed and the beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive as well.

Great location and well equipped. Had beach chairs, towels, blankets and coolers. I would give it 11 out of 10 stars if it had a beach umbrella.
