Hotel in super Lage. Besonders zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant zum Abendessen. Sehr tolle Küche und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sauberkeit im Zimmer besonders die Reinigung des eigenen Pools wäre gut vor erneuter Zimmervergabe. Infinity-Pool im 5. und 9. Stock mit herrlichem Ausblick aufs Meer. Strand ist auch toll. Leider werden die meisten Liegen schon früh „reserviert“ obwohl die jeweiligen Personen oft erst Mittags erscheinen. Gegen dieses Verhalten wird leider vom Hotel nichts unternommen.

Das Hotel hat wirklich unsere Erwartungen erfüllt und wir sind sehr zufrieden. Schöne Zimmer, Medien haben sehr gut funktioniert, 2 schöne Pools, nette Atmosphäre und Personal. Was will man mehr, Alles in der Nähe für ein Abendausflug ! Toll

One of the best hotels weve ever used. It had a stunning view. The pool was an infinity pool overlooking the sea. It was possible to swim in the sea as well by accessing a patio area located across the road. It was close to town for shopping and dining options. Breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend!

Breakfast was more Holiday Inn express standard Room faced a busy road and outside entrance so extremely noisy . Not shown on website or when booking. Rooms were barely serviced Pools have amazing view but be warned are not heated . Indoor pool is pretty cold also most people got out immediately . Nice sauna though

Amazing hotel with awesome view and great staff! I have travelled 45 countries and this hotel is first class! Get a room with a pool! Live dj at the pool everyday. Breakfast rocks. Stayed 8 days -loved it!

Quando si spendono quasi 500€ a notte si pretende l’eccellenza e in questa struttura da 5 stelle c’è il prezzo e poco altro! Arrivo intorno alle 12.00, la Hall è molto grande e molto accogliente, la camera giustamente non è pronta, mi viene consegnata alle 14,30 invece che alle 15.00 bene dico, dopo mezz’ora non c’è ombra dei bagagli, è dovuta scendere mia moglie a chiedere perché si erano dimenticati. Noto già da subito una pulizia non accurata, con polvere e detriti a terra; divano pieno di inutili cuscini che occupano una stanza già non di grandissime dimensioni, sicuramente bella fresca, questo è l’unico confort. rumorosissima, con isolamento acustico chiaramente non adeguato, la porta comunicante con stanza vicina dalla quale provenivano urla disumane, movimento dell’acqua delle piscine delle altre camere,che avevano un rumore assordante il tutto non ha permesso un meritato riposo a me e alla mia famiglia! Il punto di forza sono le piscine, davvero molto suggestive, a sfioro con un panorama meraviglioso, anche se sono rimasto schifato da una signora che mi ha guardato male mentre mio figlio di un anno e mezzo piangeva! La cena si fa al quinto piano sempre dove sta una delle piscine, il servizio è di qualità anche se troppo opprimente, il menù non è per italiani, apparte l insalata greca, tutto il resto è un mappazzone (non vale gli oltre 100€ a notte supplementari x camera) intorno all hotel ci sono degli ottimi ristoranti. Il check out mi hanno gentilmente posticipato

We loved the location, right next to the sea and convenient to shops and restaurants. The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. All areas were very clean and well maintained and the lobby area was remarkable.

Really nice place great value close to town center ... could do without the little pool that's on the patio it's basically a bathtub that kills your view of the ocean.. the pools are outstanding !! the breakfast was 35 euro per person which is grossly overpriced but over all really nice place with great customer service

Beautiful hotel. We upgraded to a sea view room with plunge pool which was stunning. The staff couldn’t do more for you and always greeted us with a smile. Brilliantly situated, just a short stroll to the centre of town on the flat. Would definitely recommend

The property is absolutely beautiful overlooking mirabello bay! Breakfast is delicious and has a ton of options to pick from while you sit by the pool on the 5th floor overlooking the ocean as well. The beds slightly firm but are very comfortable and nice. Everything in the hotel looks modern and new still.
The property is absolutely beautiful overlooking mirabello bay! Breakfast is delicious and has a ton of options to pick from while you sit by the pool on the 5th floor overlooking the ocean as well. The beds slightly firm but are very comfortable and nice. Everything in the hotel looks modern and new still.

Amazing hotel with awesome view and great staff! I have travelled 45 countries and this hotel is first class! Get a room with a pool! Live dj at the pool everyday. Breakfast rocks. Stayed 8 days -loved it!

Good location if you are looking to stay in that part of Crete For uni the concierge was awesome! Great recommendation, helpful, professional! We had few issues during our stay and we were mostly disappointed that no one followed up with that (issues with the light in the room and alarm that disturbed our sleep) The issues was not resolved, but the main disappointment was that no one took the time to proactively share any update and let us know if they even looked at it

Loved this hotel! It was in walking distance to lake and to shopping/restaurants! The breakfast was amazing with a huge selection of items. What made it even better was the staff!!!!! Will be back again really soon!

Quando si spendono quasi 500€ a notte si pretende l’eccellenza e in questa struttura da 5 stelle c’è il prezzo e poco altro! Arrivo intorno alle 12.00, la Hall è molto grande e molto accogliente, la camera giustamente non è pronta, mi viene consegnata alle 14,30 invece che alle 15.00 bene dico, dopo mezz’ora non c’è ombra dei bagagli, è dovuta scendere mia moglie a chiedere perché si erano dimenticati. Noto già da subito una pulizia non accurata, con polvere e detriti a terra; divano pieno di inutili cuscini che occupano una stanza già non di grandissime dimensioni, sicuramente bella fresca, questo è l’unico confort. rumorosissima, con isolamento acustico chiaramente non adeguato, la porta comunicante con stanza vicina dalla quale provenivano urla disumane, movimento dell’acqua delle piscine delle altre camere,che avevano un rumore assordante il tutto non ha permesso un meritato riposo a me e alla mia famiglia! Il punto di forza sono le piscine, davvero molto suggestive, a sfioro con un panorama meraviglioso, anche se sono rimasto schifato da una signora che mi ha guardato male mentre mio figlio di un anno e mezzo piangeva! La cena si fa al quinto piano sempre dove sta una delle piscine, il servizio è di qualità anche se troppo opprimente, il menù non è per italiani, apparte l insalata greca, tutto il resto è un mappazzone (non vale gli oltre 100€ a notte supplementari x camera) intorno all hotel ci sono degli ottimi ristoranti. We loved the location, right next to the sea and convenient to shops and restaurants. The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. All areas were very clean and well maintained and the lobby area was remarkable.

One of the best hotels weve ever used. It had a stunning view. The pool was an infinity pool overlooking the sea. It was possible to swim in the sea as well by accessing a patio area located across the road. It was close to town for shopping and dining options. Breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend!

Booked a King Premium but allocated a double double classic room which faced the next door hotel’s cafe. As a result we were unable to use balcony and had to keep curtains shut! Complained to reception who advised that hotel was full so could not move us until two days later. Subsequently given a King Premium room which was better but overlooked a building site! Still it was better than the first one but not what you expect of Intercons , I have stayed in IHG hotels all over the world and the rooms in this hotel were by far the worst . I would only consider staying here if you have a sea facing room on the front with a plunge if shared pool. Breakfast was ok but by day 3 of our 7 day stay there was a ‘technical’ problem in the kitchen and as a result they were unable to provide omelettes. Can only assume they lost the frying pan!!!

I would only consider staying here if you have a sea facing room on the front with a plunge if shared pool. Breakfast was ok but by day 3 of our 7 day stay there was a ‘technical’ problem in the kitchen and as a result they were unable to provide omelettes. Can only assume they lost the frying pan!!!
