We found the Inn very clean and comfortable. We also thought that their breakfast was good. The common area was very clean as well. Sorry I did not make a photo. We would recommend Quality Inn in Lawrenceburg to all of our friends.

Breakfast was rated good by some travelers but it was small and not very appealing. We paid a little more for this hotel because breakfast was included but then we ended up eating at a restaurant. The place has been renovated but there is a bit of a musty odor that is still present.

The women working the front desk seemed annoyed and was not friendly. The room was clean and recently updated. The beds are extremely hard and I woke up with back pain. The biggest downfall of this place is that it’s right next to a very busy road and there is absolutely NO NOISE BARRIER of any kind. You can hear the traffic all night long hitting the wet roads. If you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you.

It’s a nice place to stay for an overnight stay maybe two nights. It didn’t have a closet to hang clothes out of site but their was a place to hang them. The ironing board was on the wall beside the tv and the sink/vanity was in the bedroom. It was very clean and quiet. It was 2 ladies traveling and we felt safe. I would stay their again.

It was a clean room that looked to be remodeled with new and modern flooring and fixtures. The bathroom was also very clean. I also liked the fact there were more than enough usb and usb-c plug-ins for charging devices. To top it off it was a very affordable price! No complaints here.

I booked the room late in the evening for the same evening, while stopping for gas on an 10 hour drive. Whether there was fine print or not in the booking BEFORE I booked the room stating that check-in ends at 11 p.m., I don't know, but I got in a few minutes after midnight and couldn't access my room or check-in. Calling the phone number multiple times was ineffective. I ended up having to drive around town looking for another room. I then reached out through the Hotels.com website to request reimbursement as it wasn't clear during booking that the check-in times were limited (is that really still a thing in this day and age at a hotel?) and haven't gotten a response to my messages.

The bedding was horrible. Me and my husband had a shower and when we got in bed we started itching bad. We couldn't stand it and left. When we went to the desk to check out, we complained and the clerk didn't seem to care. We drove through the night to home. Never again will we stay at a quality inn!

The room itself was pretty good (recently remodeled). The sheets didn’t appear to be changed since the last guest, so, I requested and received a ‘clean’ set at 3am when I checked in. There’s a microwave and towels, however, there’s no real “breakfast” only coffee and snacks (unless you consider lil Debbie breakfast). Overall not the worst or the best.

We booked here at the last minute. I was disappointed that the room did not have the air on in the middle of summer. The AC unit is near the door and even with the on the coolest setting and highest fan, you can barely feel it where the beds are so the rooms sleep very hot. The sink and showers weren’t draining properly either. I ended up leaving after the first night instead of staying for the 2 that I booked.

Room was remodeled and is very nice. However, the doors were not new. The main door has a 1/2 inch gap between the door and frame. While the door does close and the doorknob latch catches and locks, the deadbolt does not. The secondary latch does prevent the door from opening. I say this to highlight the second problem. Crickets. There are many crickets that also spent the night w/ me. I'm not troubled by them, but they are loud and kept me up all night. Last issue was the AC. The AC worked and kept the room cool but there was a very loud pressure sound that grew louder the longer the AC was left on. Turn the AC off and it took 10 minutes to quite back down. All this is fixable but I didn't get the nights sleep I paid for.

Crickets. There are many crickets that also spent the night w/ me. I'm not troubled by them, but they are loud and kept me up all night. Last issue was the AC. The AC worked and kept the room cool but there was a very loud pressure sound that grew louder the longer the AC was left on. Turn the AC off and it took 10 minutes to quite back down. All this is fixable but I didn't get the nights sleep I paid for.

I had a great 3 night stay. It was clean and the staff was terrific. I was so glad there was a washer and dryer there to use and it worked fantastic. I will stay here again for sure.

Great staff, decent room. Bed and pillows were comfortable, bathroom was clean and well maintained - everything worked. Since the A/C wasn't running when I arrived, the place smelled dank. Once I ran the air, it eventually went away. Breakfast was at 6:30 which was too late for me so I cannot write about it. Would def stay again.
