Cleanliness, hot tub and walking distance to so may great places.

We rented two side by side condos for a retreat with 7 ladies. Kitchen was great and had everything we needed for a long weekend. The rooftop hot tub was a fun perk. Units were clean and the only issue we had was that one of them had a very weird smell in the entryway area that was unappealing. We couldn’t have someone sleep in that bedroom because of the smell- almost like bug spray or a chemical? Management company was responsive but didn’t really offer any remedy to help. We opened doors and windows to let it air out for a while. Location was great- walkable to the Gulch and other great breakfast spots. An easy ride to Broadway and dining. Beds were very comfortable. Overall, we were happy with the stay and would recommend

Everything was clean. Had great communication with host . The kitchen was stocked . My only suggestion is to have a large frying pan. Hard to make breakfast for a large group , but that was a small thing . Great location !

Nice property generally and a really good location. A lot of small issues (like interior doorknob falling off) and the issue of last minute requirements of picture id and all guest names and emails. But the house itself is very nice.

This property is nothing short of amazing! 14 of us rented the property to celebrate my husband turning 50! It was perfect! Saving this property for future visits!
