Excellent service and great experience.The customer service was outstanding and the hotel was very good. The staff was always attentive and helpful. My hot air balloon flight was canceled, but he went above and beyond to help me get another one, which made my trip unforgettable. Everything was clean, well organized, and whenever I needed anything, he was always there. Highly recommended.

L'host molto gentile e disponibile. Mi ha permesso di lasciare lo zaino in struttura, anche dopo il check out, per permettermi di visitare Avanos in tranquillità prima del mio autobus notturno. La struttura è semplice e autentica. La mamma dell'host è una signora con un sorriso stupendo. Parlava solamente turco eppure mi ha comunicato molto accoglienza e dolcezza.
