Newly decorated designer apartment 14th arrondissement

The apartment is lovely. Just as shown. Bed is very comfortable! (not easy to find). Sunny and quiet. But walk 1, 2 blocks to a great area. If you want to avoid the tourists and just be in a real French neighborhood, this is for you. But if you want to go there (St Michel, Louvre, all that), it's very easy. Metro Pernety 2 blocks. Or walk in some cases, if you’re a walker. The stairs were no problem at all for us. Only warning: if you are a "large" person in any sense of that word, the bathroom will be a challenge.

A beautiful one bedroom apartment in Paris with fabulous amenities and wonderful hosts, just a short walk to the Metro!

We had been in Europe for 25 days when we arrived at this gem of an apartment in Paris. The apartment was COMPLETELY appointed with every appliance, every kitchen tool, etc. and even local travel guide books. VERY Close to Metro and bus lines that take you to anywhere you want to go. Within 100 yards of the front door there are bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, etc. We absolutely recommend this place for anyone wanting a clean, cute, safe, Parisian experience.

We were fortunate to stay in this lovely flat for three nights as part of a 10-day stay in France. The apartment is cozy, beautifully designed and organized, very comfortable and convenient to public transportation. We would certainly book again. Communication was clear and very helpful, and check in was in-person and welcoming.

Loved this place. Clean, well appointed, nice area 2 Blocks from Pernety metro stop. Great communication with host. Couple hiccups with understanding wifi, exit protocols, but host was super available. Highly recommended
