Loved the hotel! Really enjoyed our stay. Aside from the beautiful design of the room, we appreciated the history of the property, which was showcased in the hotel's mini museum. The complimentary drink at the rooftop bar is a great touch, with the beautiful skyline of Macau. So many freebies in the room too, including the snacks and wine! The breakfast set is also very good! Overall a great experience! Highly recommended.

Extremely beautiful hotel and rooms were amazing. Great bang for your buck and close to the things you want to see in the Macau. The rooftop bar was great and had amazing views of the city. Far from the other side of the islands where casinos and certain things to see are - but overall preferred this area to that.

The hotel wants to keep its old style character, which was amazing and very special. The breakfast is a Western or Chinese style set menu which was unusual, but it was delicious. The hotel has a perfect location juts next to Senate Square. The sightseeing terrace in the top floor is worth to see.

We only had time for one night at the Hotel Central but will definitely stay there every time we go to Macau. Every detail of the renovation has been thoughtfully designed to make guests feel appreciated and welcomed. The hotel exudes graciousness, elegance and relaxation. Every single staff member is eager to make sure your stay is the absolute best possible experience. The room was compact yet so beautifully appointed. A highlight of the room was the shower that sprayed perfectly. We spent awhile on the rooftop, enjoying the welcome drink and soaking in the 360° views. Thank you to all at the Hotel Central for a wonderful stay.

Room in 1920's style, but modern in disguise-automatic curtains, etc. Breakfast was more than filling, but set menu (Eastern or Western) and no refills of coffee/tea. Botique hotel in great location, it seemed rather elegant, and was apparently all just renovated. Check out the rooftop for a view.

Fantastiskt fint och trevligt hotell. Mitt i den gamla delen av Macau nära sightseeing och shopping. Rummet var rent och tyst och supercoolt designat. På toppen av hotellet fanns en skybar där de bjöd gästerna på en enkel drink, men kan kan också äta och beställa dryck av bra kvalitet. Frukosten var inte buffe utan man fick välja på Western aller kinesisk tallrik som var mycket fräsch. Ett oförglömligt hotll som jag gärna bor på igen.

This hotel is simply fantastic. I can't say enough good things about it. Staff is friendly and helpful. Premises are impeccably spotless. Rooms are highly decorated with the highest detail. This is a boutique hotel worth everypenny we spent here. I wish that this hotel maintains its allure and high standards for years to come.

I had no idea Hotel Central has such an illustrious history! So glad they remodeled this historic location in April 2024. Our 20's style room on the 5th floor felt iconic, charming, and thoughtful. Great location, spotless, and worth staying again!

Was such a unique hotel. We were on the 10th floor done in 1940s style.... but had all the modern things.. like usb ports beside the bed... adapters. Staff were fantastic.... area was walkable and safe.

Love the 30’s decor. Even the staff dress like in 30. Everything is clean and upscale. the minibar came with all kinds of beverages even beer and a bottle of red wine are all completely free of charge on top of two welcome drinks on roof top bar. All staff are superb friendly and genuine care. Definitely would stay here again next time in Macau

This is hands down the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. The location is perfect - close to food and shopping. The interior of the hotel, from the entrance to the lobby and the rooms is immaculate. I stayed in the deluxe room that came with a tub and balcony. I have never stayed in a better decorated room. The room smelled great and was spotless. The bed and the pillows were the most comfortable I've experienced. The balcony was cozy with an amazing view. The complimentary snacks and coffee/tea options were awesome, as well as the experience of grinding my own coffee beans! The dining room was gorgeous, with friendly and helpful staff and excellent food options and quality/presentation. I would stay here again and I have already suggested to many others. If you can afford the few extra bucks I highly recommend the deluxe with balcony over the regular rooms. The regular rooms are still cozy and very well decorated, but the extra feature of the bath and balcony was outstanding!

Room was small for having booked something better than the standard option. They offer you a welcome drink but it was a bit of a scam as it's some sort of miniscule fruity concoction instead of a proper beer or wine. Would be better if they didn't even offer it honestly. But the complimentary minibar in the room was quite nice. Overall pretty charming hotel and comfy.

I highly recommend staying here at least once. It is beautiful, nostalgic, and clean. The ambience is great. The service is top notch, all staffs are very kind. Complimentary drinks and snacks that are refilled every day. The only tiny negative is that the room is compact, but they really make up for it and beyond by the level of services and details, the available environments and experience. Don't forget to visit their rooftop, the visit was a very memorable part of my trip.

I travelled solo and I felt safe in this hotel. The manager’s service is superb and he is very friendly too. His name is Shell. I was quite concerned as there’s no online ride hailing app and I had to get to the airport alone I told Shell and he booked the cab for me immediately and had my luggage lugged to the taxi within 5 mins. Other than service the location is perfect it’s within walking distance to Sendai square where u can find shopping and food and the attractions

I was quite concerned as there’s no online ride hailing app and I had to get to the airport alone I told Shell and he booked the cab for me immediately and had my luggage lugged to the taxi within 5 mins. Other than service the location is perfect it’s within walking distance to Sendai square where u can find shopping and food and the attractions

位置非常好！附近十分鐘脚程已經有很多食店選擇，交通方面的士不好找，主要以巴士為主。另外入主過程順利，員工態度非常有善專業！天台有觀景台，可以到天台欣賞澳門美景！房間比較小但五臟俱全，而且小食吧任食！非常開心！但床肉及枕頭比較硬。每位員工都非常有禮，我們再選擇這間酒店。

The room was amazing. Loved the top up mini bar daily. The staff Shell and Andy were a stand out so helpful 😀. Loved the whole vibe of the hotel history. Only comment is the western breakfast. We find it unusual to eat salad and vegetables for breakfast. Salmon and eggs is ok but need toast or bread. Baked beans needs to be hot

訂房時已覺得房間好靚，到了酒店發現所有既設計、用品都一絲不苟。今次係生日旅遊，book 房時已備註，打開房門一刻見到簡單的生日佈置已經覺得有驚喜，接著服務員說已為我準備生日蛋糕，再次驚喜。由於這間酒店是重修的，竟然有埋導賞介紹由澳門20年代至40年代新中央酒店的歷史，再加上員工有部份是穿著大衣、旗袍，入住這間酒店好像穿越了！在懷舊設計的天台看著澳門的夜景，賞心悅目。房間內Mini bar 的咖啡是可以自己手磨及沖調的，配合精緻咖啡杯很完美。房間內所有佈置都很精緻，所有用品的細節位一點都不馬虎，睇得出很用心。

Honestly, the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The level of detail the owners put in makes clear this was a true passion project to restore the place to its former glory. Walking in felt like stepping back into the Roaring Twenties. The room itself is small, but every inch of it has been thought through, and it feels far more generous than the square footage suggests. The amenities were wonderful: a full array of snacks and drinks, coffee beans with a grinder in the room and a complimentary bottle of wine every day. Despite being right in the center of town, the rooms are properly soundproofed, and the rooftop is a real highlight. I cannot recommend it enough!

位於大三巴附近非常方便，房間乾淨整齊，飯店人員十分親切，可惜浴室的插頭只能讓電動刮鬍刀使用，有點不方便，但是瑕不掩瑜，不算高的價位能獲得這種服務，我覺得很棒！
