UrCove by HYATT Guangzhou Canton Tower Exhibition Center

This hotel is clean, modern and has super comfortable beds. There are a couple of shortcomings.....the rooms have no iron/ironing board and these cannot be provided. You have to go up to the 17th floor to use shared facilities which is far from ideal, especially if you're on business. The breakfast is poor and not worth the cost. There's a Starbucks and a McDonalds 30 seconds walk away. Lastly, the bar facilities are poor. But, the staff are super friendly and helpful, the beds and shower are great and it's a great location for the Party Pier area which consists of around 30 restaurants and bars down buy the river.

Good location for canton fair, friendly staff and nice gym. Below average buffet breakfast. Good sized room with a great view, however the bathroom could use an update. Overall very happy with my stay.

Overall, a great place, but a few oddities. They informed me that a package had to shipped in that I was expected when it actually had—big issue, but then the pizza in the cafe was a simple frozen pizza from the grocery store, the front desk would not help me order a taxi, the phone in the room was AI driven but wouldn’t connect m to the front desk, etc. But the free mini bar that was restocked each day was awesome!

UrCoveにしか最近は泊まりません。洗濯機も乾燥機も無料です。しかも部屋のテレビでその残り時間が確認出来ます。外出するとスタッフが衣類を取り出すのを助けてくれて部屋まで届けてくれます。ロビーのビールもリーズナブルな価格です。氷もくれます。ここに泊まる方が出かけてバーで飲むよりもずっと安いのです。ホテル内のレストランがまた良いのです。値段も手頃で料理の質が高いのです。 ロビーやバーの辺りにいつも蚊が多いのだけが問題です。このエリアに蚊取りを設置してください。北京でもUrCoveに泊まりました。全く文句はありません。レストランの品質も高いのです。 素晴らしい体験の出来るホテルです。
