Location was great. Easy walk into town, right along the river. House was clean, well equipped and a nice size.

This particular house/client charged us for two separate nights and two separate cleaning charges. I spoke to these people before our trip and was promised a call back to look at the double cleaning charges. We heard nothing!!! I/we will refuse to comment on the premises until we get some retribution or better still a refund I have copied this item and will let potential new customers know of there inefficiency regards Gw a very disappointed customer

Nice house in a quiet location a few steps from the river and a lovely 10 minute walk to York. Property clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again.

Other rentals tend to give key code number the day before arrival. Were a little anxious that only came an hour before, arrival but needn’t have worried. Useful info from owners. Very convenient to walk dog along the river ( very pretty )and to walk into the city. Property like a Tarmi’s. Clean, comfortable and warm when the heating came on. We liked the property and would definitely visit again. Thank you

Nice place, great location and good communication. We did have some loud neighbors a few houses down, but that wasn't the fault of the VRBO. Walking distance to the town center, so very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.
