You can expect a high-quality and lovingly furnished, comfortable holiday flat (basement) in Mediterranean style for 1 to 4 people, which offers you all the conditions for carefree holidays to feel good and relax.The flat is 65 square metres in size and consists of:1 bedroom/living room 25 square metres (laminate flooring) double bed with canopy, couch, large wardrobe, TV with satellite system, music system, alarm clock, books and board games.1 kitchen/living room 25 square metres (real wood parquet) with a bed 90 x 200 cm for the 3rd person, as well as an extra bed 80 x 200 cm.Large fitted kitchen with modern full equipment: cooker, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker.1 luxurious bathroom 15 square metres, hairdryer, iron, bathrobes.Car park in front of the house!Enjoy the sun in spring / summer and autumn on our south-facing terrace with garden and view of nature.
