재방문 의사 매우 있음!! 모든 직원들이 친절함 로비 소파에 착석한 상태로 체크인 해주심->웰컴드링크/차가운 수건 제공해주셔서 매우 편안하게 체크인 진행 로비 층고가 높아서 개방감이 좋았음 신상호텔답게 매우 쾌적하고 깨끗함 이른 투어 일정 때문에 Meal box 제공해주심 화장실 넓고 쾌적했음 호안끼엠호수/야시장/맥주거리 도보권으로 위치 좋음 지하에 힙한 Bar가 있음 일정 때문에 수영장 못 가본게 아쉽네요...

ゴールデンウィークに２泊滞在しました。非常に旧市街に近く便利な場所でした。部屋は清潔でよく眠れました。 11階にプールがあり時間が空いたらずっと泳いでいました。受付などのスタッフの皆んなは笑顔がとっても素晴らしかったです。

素晴らしいホテルでした。ロケーションも旧市街、ナイトマーケット、ホアンキエム湖に徒歩圏内と抜群。部屋はコンパクトですが丁度良いサイズで快適、朝食は宿泊代に含まれていましたがクオリティーが高く、コストパフォーマンス最高です。ちっちゃなプールが屋上にあり、眺めが良く、街歩きに疲れたらここで楽しむのも良いと思います。スタッフの方皆んな優しく丁寧な応対で、非の打ち所がありませんでした。またハノイは訪れた際は使いたいと思います。

Great staff, they were super helpful. The hotel is clean a quite. The cool little speak easy down stairs is a perfect spot for cocktails and meeting locals. Breakfast is tasty with many options.

Wonderful and modern hotel that is spotless. Air conditioning works well. Hotel looks new with the nicest staff. Excellent breakfast that changes daily. Pho is better than most restaurants. Across from a great cafe and many dining choices. Close to main shopping and major food streets. Only issue is that like most of Hanoi, you have a mix of modern and developing properties. However, the area is very safe.

I stayed here for six days in September 20 25. Everything about the hotel is excellent! It is a small boutique hotel. The room was clean and quiet and comfortable. The free breakfast every morning was outstanding! It’s in the heart of the old quarter so it’s easy to walk to things. The best part is the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They made my trip much better!

From arrival to departure everything was perfect. Rooms are immaculate and modern, small, but have everything you need. Breakfast is delicious and extensive menu. Range of onsite meal / drinks options. Location is central and easy to walk to any location in the old district. Staff are amazing and there to assist before you know you need assistance; this was one of several hotels we stayed at during out visit to Vietnam and is easily the best - we will use it again and recommend it to anyone. If you have the budget, book the bigger rooms.

From the moment we arrived, the team was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. I stayed here for six days in September 20 25. Everything about the hotel is excellent! It is a small boutique hotel. The room was clean and quiet and comfortable. The free breakfast every morning was outstanding! It’s in the heart of the old quarter so it’s easy to walk to things. The best part is the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They made my trip much better!

Wonderful and modern hotel that is spotless. Air conditioning works well. Hotel looks new with the nicest staff. Excellent breakfast that changes daily. Pho is better than most restaurants. Across from a great cafe and many dining choices. Close to main shopping and major food streets. Only issue is that like most of Hanoi, you have a mix of modern and developing properties. However, the area is very safe.

Great staff, they were super helpful. The hotel is clean a quite. The cool little speak easy down stairs is a perfect spot for cocktails and meeting locals. Breakfast is tasty with many options.

8/9から3日間お世話になりました。ハノイに着く飛行機が1時間以上遅れましたがチャットで遅れることを連絡して、お迎えの車にも連絡してもらいました。有料ですがホテルの迎えの車があるのが大変便利だし安心感ありました。ホテルのスタッフはみなさん親切で担当のMs. Zoey Tongは細やかに色々手配してくれました。またフロントスタッフの方もgrabの使い方やエステの予約など笑顔で対応してくれて感謝です。ホテルのスパも利用しました。主人は初めてのスパでしたが大満足で、また行きたいと言っています。日本人は1日に2.3名会う程度でほとんどいませんでした。また次回ハノイに行く時もこちらのホテルを絶対利用すると思います。まだ新しいし日本人にはおススメなホテルです

EXCELLENT HOTEL in every way - perfectly clean, comfortable, modern, amazing service by every single staff there, perfect location with everything just around it, great breakfast, totally lovely and relaxing pool area with music and pool bar - simply said, it's a true oasis of peacefulness in the middle of a very hustling-bustling city. We stayed in another hotel in Hanoi, so we can compare, and this hotel was the best decision we could make. We all were looking forward to come back to this hotel from our outings. Whatever the management there is doing there - thank you, you are doing a fantastic job! Don't change anything please.

The room was cleaned to a high standard st all times. The staff were the best we have experienced in any hotel. From front desk to everywhere in the hotel was first class. Tracy, Fancy, Amelia to name a few were very helpful and took care of all our needs. The breakfast was great with a large variety of dishes. Highly recommend this hotel and will be happy to stay there again.
