Office manager was very helpful and allowed for us to keep our luggage in a safe place before checking in. The pool is not on the property. We used a neighboring hotel’s pool with a purchase of drinks. The location was perfect to see both sunrise and sunsets. The room air conditioning was a bit difficult since you had to keep turning on. The shower was outdated. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The location is excellent, sitting in between Fira and Imerovigli. Relatively quiet and away from the busy tourist area like Fira. This hotel is understaffed. We arrived at 3 pm hoping to check in on time. But the reception was nowhere to be seen. We managed to get a hold of the property manager via phone to announce our arrival and was able to check in later that afternoon. No reception either at check out, so left a note with the keys since we had to get on our way. Got the cave room with the hot tub. The room was clean and smelled nice. However, the hot tub was more like a lukewarm tub, unfortunately. There was also water or piping issues that was not communicated to the guests. Tried taking a shower with intermittent water pressure and brown water coming from the shower head. Water was shut off completely thereafter. The breakfast spread is decent, but inconsistent. If you want proper breakfast, then go to a restaurant. Overall, good location. Everything else is subpar for the price.

We had such a wonderful time at Nevma suites. What a gorgeous little place to stay and the outdoor hot tub overlooking the caldera was perfect to unwind in on a hot summers day. Antonis & his staff were fabulous, nothing was too much, and all our questions or queries were answered within minutes. Everyone was really friendly and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was a lovely added extra- especially before a busy day. Shops were not too far away if you wanted to pop out and get something. The suites are also not far away from Fira which is an easy 10-15 minute walk with breathtaking views. The facilities in the suite were good, comfy bed, hot shower. The only thing I would say, is if you are going and intending on eating in the room, it might be beneficial if there was more cooking equipment. However, for us it was perfect as we ate out every day. The only bad point of the suite is that there is a little window above the door which lets the sun in on a morning, which means a potential early start to the day- but none the less, not a huge issue. Overall a fantastic stay, would recommend to anyone- thank you again! X

The location is just perfect, you can see sunset right at the doorstep, the property is very nice, there are restaurants nearby and the staff has given me very good location tour advice. Perhaps there are some photo uploads mistakes from others, I can’t see the swimming pool and subbed in the property, but it was showed in the Expedia hotel photos. That was a little bit disappointed.

The place is ok, smaller than expected for a family of 4. View is incredible, worth and breathtaking. The terrace area is shared with another room. The breakfast is served in the room, although is limited in options (for example you can only have boiled egg, not other type). Place close to everything in FIRA, need transportation to Oil. Staff very attentive and rapid response. The property doesn't have a pool, but they can arrange for you to go to the one in the hotel 50mts away (we did not use it). Pictures in the site are mixed between rooms, might be confusing.

We enjoyed our stay at Nevma Suites. The staff were very kind and let us check in early, and the room was very clean. We did however have some issues with our room that put a slight damper on our stay. Most were minor, but the one major issue we had was that we booked the room with the hot tub, but were unable to use it at all because it was apparently broken. We asked the owner of the property if they could do something about it, but the owner stated that the technician doesn’t work on Sundays and therefore, there was nothing they could do. They did not follow up with us after that, so the hot tub was unusable for the two nights we stayed there. I do not blame the staff for this, as I assume they had no idea the hot tub was broken prior to our stay, but I wish they would have communicated with us a bit more or more effort was put in by them to help get it fixed. To be fair to them, they did offer us a nice bottle of wine as an apology but the frustration comes from the fact that we paid extra for a room with a hot tub that we ultimately could not use. Other than that, the stay was enjoyable.

Great location with a beautiful view of the sunset. There is a small kitchen and the bed was comfortable. We booked the cave suite with jacuzzi but didn't realize the jacuzzi was not joined to the suite, it is up some stairs outside of the suite. Our host was very accommodating when we requested that he turn up the heat on the jacuzzi.

We had the cave room with the private hot tub and it was amazing. The cave room is just below the private deck with the loungers and hot tub so you get two patios with amazing views. The hot tub was a bit cool the first time we used it (31 C) but we asked if it could be turned up a few degrees and they did. It was perfect temperature for a sunny 23 C day. Breakfast was brought to the lower patio each day and was so great. Gave us a 2L water at the start which was great. Changed out towels each day. Provided pool towels. Very friendly host and cleaner/breakfast person. Would recommend!

Was a cheapest option for one night stay, but bedding and overall interior is not good. The sewer on bathroom floor backflowed, so we couldn't use the sink. Shower booth was so tight and uncomfortable. Breakfast served was so-so. Overall, a bit disappointing stay.

Great views especially at sunset ! The breakfast was nice and the host pleasant. The bathroom was not great, shower leaked and the shaving mirror was falling off the wall. The kitchenette did not have pans or sufficient crockery etc…. The bedroom was fine and the balcony was a good size.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The views were amazing and the location great. The uphill walk from town provided good exercise and counterbalanced the impact of the wonderful food in Santorini! We had a wonderful time.

Hotel encantador e limpo. E a vista do quarto era incrível, dá para ver a caldeira e grande parte da ilha! O hotel está bem localizado, agradável e tranquilo à noite. O proprietário é muito acolhedor e todos os funcionários são muito simpáticos. Os quartos são excepcionalmente limpos e a vista é imbatível. Nosso voo atrasou, chegamos ao hotel após o horário que havíamos informado. Eu liguei para o hotel e rapidamente foram nos recepcionar e entregar a chave de nosso quarto. Café servido no quarto. Box do banheiro com problema de vazamento, em todos os banhos, o banheiro inundava todo. Quarto bem amplo. Excelente

The hotel is in a very nice location. The rooms are very clean and well staff the view was amazing. The breakfast was bring to us every morning on time to our balcony and we enjoyed eating it with a beautiful view of Santorini Calera view. would recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy peace and quiet, especially Design for couples.

I received a free upgrade upon arrival which was great. The room was nice and clean but the sink was clogged. After telling the staff, they were very accommodating and fixed the plumbing issue, but this left a slight smell of sewer for a couple of hours. The location is fantastic and very central to everything. The rooms are very close together and rather noisy though. I can hear people from other rooms talking/laughing at times.

The breakfast delivered to the room was nice - the bread is not toasted and there is no jam though. The hot water was divine from the shower but not very hot from the bathroom sink. I recommend upgrading to a room with jacuzzi to ensure you are BELOW the walkway and overlooking the caldera in the nicer rooms. Also I recommend touching base with the hotel using the contact info provided on the morning of check in or else your check in will be confusing- housekeeping seems to be contacting the manager who brings an employee to do the check in. Our room was on the top level and our caldera view doors opened onto the walkway to the office so it was not private but our room was big.

This hotel is very new and the location is excellent. Our check in went smoothly and room was lovely. We had a sea view room which didn’t gives us a view to the caldera but the other side.We had large balcony to enjoy our breakfast. Great spots near the hotel to experience the famous Santorini sunset. The breakfast which was good was delivered to our room at a set time. We did have a few issues. When we opened the door to the balcony there was a problem losing the door. The door came off the hinges and the door was not aligned properly. My husband tried to fix it but couldn’t. While he was trying to fix it was very noisy and the owner came down to our room and basically accused us of breaking the door. He told us it was working perfectly before and that it would be very expensive to fix. There was obviously something wrong with the alignment but it was not something we did. He called a repairman and got it fixed. He told us he would not charge us for the repair. Unfortunately it was too late as his accusations earlier ruined our experience and put a damper on the rest of our day. The second issue was that you had to run the water in the shower for a long time to get warm water not hot just warm. I had arranged a transfer on our departure day through email. Owner had no record of it but said he would look into it. There was no further contact so I made my own transfer & send email to hotel. At the port we got a text that taxi was waiting for us.

The second issue was that you had to run the water in the shower for a long time to get warm water not hot just warm. I had arranged a transfer on our departure day through email. Owner had no record of it but said he would look into it. There was no further contact so I made my own transfer & send email to hotel. At the port we got a text that taxi was waiting for us.

Amazing views straight from our front balcony. Approximately 15-20 minutes walk downhill to Fira. Room was a great size and comfortable. Quite expensive for the room and location but we really enjoyed our stay.

I received a free upgrade upon arrival which was great. The room was nice and clean but the sink was clogged. After telling the staff, they were very accommodating and fixed the plumbing issue, but this left a slight smell of sewer for a couple of hours. The location is fantastic and very central to everything. The rooms are very close together and rather noisy though. I can hear people from other rooms talking/laughing at times.

Great location with a beautiful view of the sunset. There is a small kitchen and the bed was comfortable. We booked the cave suite with jacuzzi but didn't realize the jacuzzi was not joined to the suite, it is up some stairs outside of the suite. Our host was very accommodating when we requested that he turn up the heat on the jacuzzi.

We loved the property for its location. The views are absolutely amazing and it is close to wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. The room was spacious as I was travelling with my daughter and preferred each our bed. Breakfast is at 8:30 which was not convenient for us and the coffee was not good. All other hotels had a Nespresso machine in the room.

Incredible location, room, view and accommodating staff. A walkable area with a bus stop nearby and Anthony, the host, was thoughtful, attentive and kind... making adjustments to help with luggage and other ideas for my cane-walking husband. We will be back next year with family to continue our Santorini exploration.

The location is excellent, sitting in between Fira and Imerovigli. Relatively quiet and away from the busy tourist area like Fira. This hotel is understaffed. We arrived at 3 pm hoping to check in on time. But the reception was nowhere to be seen. We managed to get a hold of the property manager via phone to announce our arrival and was able to check in later that afternoon. No reception either at check out, so left a note with the keys since we had to get on our way. Got the cave room with the hot tub. The room was clean and smelled nice. Tried taking a shower with intermittent water pressure and brown water coming from the shower head. Water was shut off completely thereafter. The breakfast spread is decent, but inconsistent. It was clean, quiet and walkable to Fira in approximately 15 minutes. There is a trail that takes you to Oia or a short bus ride for 2e. All in all it was a beautiful stay in Santorini.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The views were amazing and the location great. The uphill walk from town provided good exercise and counterbalanced the impact of the wonderful food in Santorini! We had a wonderful time.

It's divided into 2 sections - the jacuzzi rooms in the lower section have an unobstructed view of the caldera. The other "Caldera view" rooms in the "main" building also have caldera view, but you'll have a street with cars/people in front of you as well. That's alright, as you can take a 5 second walk to the other side of the street and view the same incredible sunset. We stayed in the main building without the jacuzzi, and absolutely enjoyed it. The owner is very friendly and easy to reach, and was very responsive via WhatsApp when we had questions.

I can't recommend this place highly enough. Gorgeous, wonderful views, whether you're on the caldera side or the sea side. Big room with a private outside deck, great location a short way from Fira so it should be less crowded and busy even at high time (we were there before tourist season really began, in March). The breakfast - and the service that went along with it - was really wonderful, delicious, and just showed how much care Nevma was willing to put in to make sure guests have a good stay. Pastries still warm from the oven, fresh fruit and greek yogurt - they have a menu card, you check off what you want and at what time, and then they don't just bring it by for you: they came in, set the table, and one day when it was windy even brought the table and chairs inside so we could still eat at it. I honestly can't recommend this place highly enough, we're never going to stay somewhere else when we visit Santorini so long as we have the option. So restful and wonderful.

Views were fabulous. Room had 2 patios - One facing east for sunrise and one facing west for caldera sunset. Room was spacious. Breakfast delivered each morning at time you select. Right on the cliff walkway to Fira/Oia. In close proximity to blue domed church which is a photographers dream. Only place on Santorini that you can capture dome and the sea in the background. Probably as good as Oia but without the crowds!! Staff is excellent

The property is perfectly positioned in Firostefani, near the 3 Bells Church. We had a sea view room, that looked away from the caldera. At first we were disappointed, but soon realized that we were the lucky ones! I rarely saw the people in the caldera view rooms using their balconies, as they were in the direct heat of the sun, in the afternoon, and had minimal privacy. In the afternoon our balcony was shaded from the sun, and private. We spent many, many hours out there eating olives, meat, cheese and bread, and drinking wine. The perfect place to recount the day’s events, or plan for the next day. It was also a wonderful spot to have our breakfasts! The staff at the hotel are SO nice. The breakfast/cleaning lady is the sweetest, and Dimitris was super kind and helpful. The room was always spotless, from the time we came, to the time we left. It even had a little kitchenette we found useful for preparing snacks. The patio was huge, with a sturdy umbrella to weather the Meltemi winds! One thing to keep in mind, the view is impeded by a jumble of wires. To be honest, it never bothered us. If it will bother you, get a caldera view room. I thought the tradeoff was well worth it. If you absolutely need to take in a caldera view, step outside your door. The walkway above the church is the pedestrian place to take in a sunset, or just enjoy the view. We’re celebrating our 35th anniversary, and they were SO nice, and gave us a bottle of wine, to celebrate.

I rarely saw the people in the caldera view rooms using their balconies, as they were in the direct heat of the sun, in the afternoon, and had minimal privacy. In the afternoon our balcony was shaded from the sun, and private. We spent many, many hours out there eating olives, meat, cheese and bread, and drinking wine. The perfect place to recount the day’s events, or plan for the next day. It was also a wonderful spot to have our breakfasts! The staff at the hotel are SO nice. The breakfast/cleaning lady is the sweetest, and Dimitris was super kind and helpful. The room was always spotless, from the time we came, to the time we left. It even had a little kitchenette we found useful for preparing snacks. The patio was huge, with a sturdy umbrella to weather the Meltemi winds! One thing to keep in mind, the view is impeded by a jumble of wires. To be honest, it never bothered us. If it will bother you, get a caldera view room. I thought the tradeoff was well worth it. If you absolutely need to take in a caldera view, step outside your door. The walkway above the church is the pedestrian place to take in a sunset, or just enjoy the view. We’re celebrating our 35th anniversary, and they were SO nice, and gave us a bottle of wine, to celebrate.

Great suite to stay at. The views are astonishing from the patio. Great sunsets also. Clean and close to different parts of island. We really enjoyed it and will do again in future.

Nevma is in a wonderful location for first time visitors to Santorini. The cave (room) we had was perfect and spacious, and the air conditioner was heavenly after a day of exploring. Bed was comfortable and couch sofa was also comfortable for sleeping. I appreciated the slippers and robe as well. We had a made to order continental breakfast delivered each morning consisting of fresh fruit, croissants, fresh bread, cheese, ham/turkey, and coffee. Our private tub was warm (stays one temp) and had jets. The little balcony had a table and two chairs as well as two beach type chairs to relax. Customer service was top notch and very accomodating. The only caution I'd give is for those who struggle with stairs--you have stairs down to the room (thank goodness the hotel hosts helped carry our luggage up and down) and lots of stairs to get to Fira. The walk to Fira is about 10 minutes but can be intense in places given the stairs and inclines. Once there, so many food and shopping options!

Antoni as owner was sooo welcoming amd helpful from the first second! Restaurant and trip Tips, arranging our pool hours at Belvedere and the taxi back and so much more.. the housekeeping was great, the view also, the breakfast was perfect. A great value for the price!
