It was very good, the staff was very polite and helpful. The only complaint I have is that that waited until a few days before my date to let me know the pool was not available, even though I reserved it way in advance and unfortunately by the time they let me know I could change my plans anymore. Otherwise, it was good

Other than pool, gym, and game room, there are no amenities at this property. No onsite food or beverages except for vending machines. Property was under construction. Large spacious suite.

This is a very well kept and friendly resort, and our 2nd stay here. The building and grounds are attractive, and the design and parking layout allows close parking, without feeling like the parking lot is overcrowded. This is obviously a help with lots of ski gear.

Very nice unit and property! Was a huge bummer that the indoor pool was closed and weren't aware until a few days after booking, as it was one of the main reasons for staying. Outdoor pool was heated though and open late!

Room was nice enough and bed was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately it sounded like the people above us would come crashing through the ceiling at some point…but other than that it was fairly quiet. The neighboring hotel had great dining options and The Woodstock Inn down the road had amazing breakfasts. We were informed before our stay that the indoor pool was out of service and sent apologies. No worries there, but oddly the second day we went to the desk for another pack of coffee (as instructed at check in) and was told they were out…out of coffee in the whole hotel. They were hoping they would get their shipment the next afternoon (after our checkout) !! No apologies and no attempt to deliver coffee even though it is listed as an amenity. The lack of any concern on their part that a hotel of any size would run out of coffee was a bit shocking. Had to go buy our own instant coffee from 7-11.

The condo was super nice and very clean. It had plenty of toiletries and paper towels as well as laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs. The wifi was inconsistent but there were some thunderstorms so that may have played a part. A word of warning, they do try to get you to listen to a timeshare type sales pitch but a couple of no thank yous we’re all it took for them to stop. We’d definitely consider staying here again.

Loved the spacious room! A little dated but very clean. Bed room shower did not have hot water! Thankfully there was a second bathroom! Did not like the fact you had to go to a different desk to get your parking pass only to hassled to talk you into a 2 hour seminar to get you to buy vacation time!! Several no’s and still would not stop oniy wasting our precious time!! Avoided the front desk after that using other doors!! Was not there to be hassled about buying into their properties!! Not sure I would return here again !! Started the stay off aggravated!!

Visited the area for a ski weekend at Loon. I had never been before this and really enjoyed the area. The hotel was very nice, central location to everything. The room itself was much larger than expected, a kitchenette and seating, the bed was a king, and a large bathroom as well. Everything was clean. Parking was easy. No complaints here!

Friendly, nice and helpful staff. Big room, enough space. Very clean. Good quality furniture, very comfortable settings. In kitchen, everything what you need! Nice and cozy! We had wonderful vacation!

I liked the large space and the eating area. It doesn't feel like a hotel. The noise from the renovations was loud but we were not disruptive. The price was excellent and a great value. Room was clean and modern. Only wish would be a guide for the TV channels.

The room was huge with beautiful views and jacuzzi tub that we enjoyed. You could tell there was former water damage as the vanity in the bathroom showed heavy signs and the floor sunk in certain spots when you stepped down. The shower was VERY small which was surprising given how large the room was. A larger person or even a pregnant woman would have a very difficult time. There was something sticky all over the kitchen floor. Be prepared to get heavily harassed by the people at the front desk everytime you walk by to attend their time share seminar.

Beautiful mountain view with access to local skiing, nature trails, dining, pubs, and other local activities. The room/condo had a pleasant cozy environment. A fully equipped kitchen, 2 full baths, jacuzzi tub in bedroom, fireplace living room and 2 atrium doors that lead to a cozy porch overlooking the pool and mountains!

Our accommodations were five star. We were able to walk to the wedding at the RiverWalk . The bed was very comfortable and the space provided for the one bedroom suite was great!

The suite was very roomy and well equipped. The layout of the room was very convenient...enjoyed the fireplace and the ability to cook meals. The suite had two bathrooms and plenty of storage space. The view from the windows was outstanding.

Nice property, middle of a beautiful town surrounded by mountains. The one bedroom apartment has all the amenities, living, bedroom, kitchen with dining, 2 full bathrooms, only missing was a balcony, some apartments do have, but ours didn’t. Make sure to choose the one with balcony if you would like. One other thing missing was the indoor pool, it was closed when we were there.

The room itself was very spacious and really clean. However, the room I was given was right next to the front desk check in areas. It wasn't very relaxing hearing everyone's conversations but not a deal breaker for me. The main problem I experienced was some sort of banging noise which I couldn't figure out if it was a mechanical noise or a door somewhere. But it was all through the night about every 45 min to an hour and very loud, I initially thought someone was trying to break down my door. Needless to say I did not get a good night's sleep.

Friendly, welcoming and easy check in with accommodations that I requested. Room was spacious clean and updated. The only thing was that the furniture was very uncomfortable and only 1 chair could have accommodated with one more. Outdoor pool was under construction and some other work was going on to clean up after winter. Would love to stay here again.

No Daily room service if you need supplies like clean towels toilet paper anything get it yourself at front desk if people staying upstairs are keeping you up at 9pm and 12 midnight like us you call front desk all you get is will let them know if you call a second time and next day you will get there is nothing we can do so if you are looking for a peaceful place to stay after traveling and rest this is not it

It was great! But hotel guests should be aware that they will try to sell you on a time share. In order to pick up your parking pass you are subjected to a high pressure sales pitch trying to get you to attend a 2 hour timeshare pitch the next day.

Did not like the fact you had to go to a different desk to get your parking pass only to hassled to talk you into a 2 hour seminar to get you to buy vacation time!! Several no’s and still would not stop oniy wasting our precious time!! Avoided the front desk after that using other doors!! Was not there to be hassled about buying into their properties!! Not sure I would return here again !! Started the stay off aggravated!!

The hotel itself was absolutely lovely—clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful location. My room was spacious and well-maintained, and the amenities were just what I needed for a relaxing stay. However, I have to be honest about one major downside: the staff was extremely pushy about trying to get me to attend a timeshare presentation. It went beyond a simple ask—it was persistent to the point of being uncomfortable. I started avoiding the lobby altogether just to steer clear of the pressure. It really dampened an otherwise great experience. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay and can firmly say “no” multiple times without feeling awkward, you’ll probably enjoy your visit. But if you’d rather relax without the sales pitch stress, you might want to think twice.

Great property in an amazing location!! Local shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Staff was very accommodating and everything was beautifully decorated and modern. We will definitely be back!

Room was nice enough and bed was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately it sounded like the people above us would come crashing through the ceiling at some point…but other than that it was fairly quiet. The neighboring hotel had great dining options and The Woodstock Inn down the road had amazing breakfasts. We were informed before our stay that the indoor pool was out of service and sent apologies. No worries there, but oddly the second day we went to the desk for another pack of coffee (as instructed at check in) and was told they were out…out of coffee in the whole hotel. They were hoping they would get their shipment the next afternoon (after our checkout) !! No apologies and no attempt to deliver coffee even though it is listed as an amenity. The lack of any concern on their part that a hotel of any size would run out of coffee was a bit shocking. Had to go buy our own instant coffee from 7-11.

Nice property, middle of a beautiful town surrounded by mountains. The one bedroom apartment has all the amenities, living, bedroom, kitchen with dining, 2 full bathrooms, only missing was a balcony, some apartments do have, but ours didn’t. Make sure to choose the one with balcony if you would like. One other thing missing was the indoor pool, it was closed when we were there.

Visited the area for a ski weekend at Loon. I had never been before this and really enjoyed the area. The hotel was very nice, central location to everything. The room itself was much larger than expected, a kitchenette and seating, the bed was a king, and a large bathroom as well. Everything was clean. Parking was easy. No complaints here!

So many places to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner within waking distance for most, the room was a large updated clean suite with 2 bathrooms and rain showers and huge bathtub in the master bedroom. Loved the resort and the location. We were on the first floor and could walk right out to the pool! The room was super spacious and clean. The views were stunning! The town of Lincoln was cute and easy access to the things we wanted to see!

Beautiful mountain view with access to local skiing, nature trails, dining, pubs, and other local activities. The room/condo had a pleasant cozy environment. A fully equipped kitchen, 2 full baths, jacuzzi tub in bedroom, fireplace living room and 2 atrium doors that lead to a cozy porch overlooking the pool and mountains!

Excellent accommodations and attentive staff. These are vacation condos, but are wonderfully clean and fully contained with kitchen, utensils and appliances. While they don’t offer breakfast, you can prep your own in-suite, or go to any of the great places nearby.

I liked how it was close to shopping local stores. Close to Kancamagus Highway, Loon mountain is 3 miles away. I DISLIKE Main parking and side roads not salted after a snow storm. No free breakfast, no trash bins on ANY of the four floors. Pool was not open hot tub was also not open. They push the time share options to everyone that walks in that resort period!!

For the amount of money per night it was decent. The rooms were pretty nice but the lobby needs updating and the smell wasn't that great. It was a nice central location and i wish the walkway between the hotel and the shops were open. They shut down the coffee machine at 12pm.. so after being out in the cold all day it would have been nice to grab something to help warm up.

No Daily room service if you need supplies like clean towels toilet paper anything get it yourself at front desk if people staying upstairs are keeping you up at 9pm and 12 midnight like us you call front desk all you get is will let them know if you call a second time and next day you will get there is nothing we can do so if you are looking for a peaceful place to stay after traveling and rest this is not it

Our suite was great. However, sending me to a sales desk to hold our parking pass hostage until I've heard your spiel on why fractional ownership is in my best interest was in EXTREMELY poor taste! I've spent my money to be here; don't take my precious personal time for granted.

Everything was excellent but when I checked in I was directed to go to the kiosk to get a tag for my car. I did not appreciate getting a sales pitch & asked to go to some seminar. Maybe a brochure would be better.
