Bungalow 127 at Avalon pde, 800m walk to beach

Location excellent, facilities such as kitchen equipment good for a rental. The place was clean. However, the place lacked comfort. The lounge setting was terrible and very uncomfortable. Could not relax and enjoy the surroundings. No fly screens which allowed bugs to enter and we needed to keep the windows closed especially in the bedrooms. There was no fan in the third bedroom and with the window closed at night was extremely hot and uncomfortable. The twin beds in the third bedroom were very uncomfortable. The bathroom sinks need to be looked at. They are too high for smaller people to reach the taps. There was no decent outside setting if you wanted to enjoy the outdoors. The setting and table on the front deck had no shade (umbrella) and was uncomfortable. I would have expected more comfort for the price. Would I stay there again no. It’s the location that sells the place.
