Beautiful hotel! 10/10 experience, the hotel has a beautiful indoor & outdoor pool, as well as a buffet restaurant that was delicious.

Thank you for everything. The only issue we had was too much chloride in the pool. Other than that the experience was wonderful and everything was up to standards.

Hotel location is not good in sense of view but it is very practical as starting point for visiting Capadoccia. Parking is available, size good. Reception is efficient & flexible, superior room (2042) was good in terms of size, cleanless, but amenitiess are ruther basic. Towels, bedding are excellent. Breakfast was great untill 16th of Nov. when majority of guests left which affected breakfast veriety and spa funcionality. I eould specially point out chef during breakfast which gladly prepared excellent eggs for us the way we expected up to last day. Weak point is room house keeping which 3 days out of 9 forgott to clean our room ( sign for room cleaning is well made and visible but...). SPA personel is horendeus, terrible in every sence, far far bellow hotel standard ( up to point that 2 "girls" just being "pritty" explained that you can get 1 towel/per person/per day because they don't have towels and that is thrir policy, laughing at our face). First time in my 40+ year of travelling I was insulted this way, such arogance and attitude. Also last 3 days they swiched of finish sauna, stopped heating pool and pool was "rented" yo school kids lessonss so it was not possible to use it. Bit dissapointing.

The hotel is very beautiful and well maintained. It’s at a drivable distance from all the key points in Goreme National Park, making it very accessible. Additionally the breakfast food is amazing, and our room was great too. Although the outdoor pool wasn’t open when we went, the indoor pool is just as beautiful and calming. You should definitely book this hotel.

Otelin odaları muhteşem , temizlik mükemmel , yepyeni ve tasarımı müthiş bir otel … yemekleri ve kahvaltısı ortalama diyebilirim… akşam yemeğinde içecek ve çay ücretli bize normal gelmedi bu durum… havuzu çok güzeldi ama maalesef jakuzisi bozuktu yararlanamadık . Çocuk kulübü de kapalıydı.

Ön büro, karşılama çok güzel. Odalar çok yeni, kahvaltı ve yemekler tartışmasız bölgenin en iyilerinden biri, havuz, sauna, buhar odası tertemiz ve ücretsiz! Personel yardımsever ve kibar. Park yeri var. Nazar boncuğu: 1. Biz suit odada kaldık; Dolap yok 😔 Pantalon, gömlek, kazak ya yerlerde, ya merdiven korkuluklarında asılı. 2. Banyo daki priz Avrupa giriş standartı, oysa saç kurutma makinası Türk!

Second time staying at Barcelo Cappadocia. Great facility, clean rooms, polite receptionists, helpful staff at the pool bar. Everything was great. Gym is a bit small and quite hot. No windows or AC. Everything else was good.

Otel mimari acidan biraz kotlu tasarlanmis yani otel yol tarafindan 1 kat yukarida , arka taraftan ise 2 kat asagida kaliyor o yuzden oda seceneklerinizi havuz manzarali secerseniz yandan aldiginiza gore o kot farkindan dolayi balkona ciktiginizda kocaman duvarlari seyretmemiş olursunuz.Hazirda bulunan setuplar biraz daha cesitli olabilir ama isterseniz temin ediliyor. Ayrica odalar yerden ve tepeden isitmali oldugundan epey sicak fakat kapilardan izolasyon kaynakli soguk alabiliyor. Yemekler ise sezondan dolayi biraz cesit olarak azdi fakat yeterliydi ama et balik yada tavuk cesitleri cidden lezzetsiz ve bazen sert ve soguk idi. Haricinde tatlilar mezeler fena degildi meyve cesitleri cok azdi. Eksilerden devam edecek olursak otel yatak kapasitesine gore ic alanda yeterli donlenme alanlarina sahip degil. Kis sezonunda insanlar yemek sonrasi otelin icinde oturamadan volta atmak zorunda kaliyor. Cocuklar icin de hicbir oyun alani ws olmadigindan sadece disarida gezip otelde yemek ve yatmak harici gelecekseniz mantikli olabilir. Bir diger eksisi ise otelin spa hamam kisminin ozel isletmeden dolayi kaynaklanan parali bone ve ilk defa bir otelde karsilastigim parali jakuzi oldu. Havuza girebiliyorsunuz fakat dibindeki jakuzi parali bu cidden garip. Ayrica spa kismindaki su ortam sicakligi yeterli degil keza ayni durum hamam sauna ve buhar odasi icin de gecerli. Boyle bir isletmeye yakismayan bir spa hizmeti sunuluyor.

kapadokyanın açık ara en iyi kapallı havuz, hamam, ve masaj salonuna sahip bir hotel. odaları çok rahat ve konforlu . tasarımı çok güzel.

Staffs are professional and the hotel design and facilities are excellent. I liked the Turkish bath, especially.

Bu zamana kadar konakladığımız en temiz otellerden biriydi. Odalarımız her gün temizlendi, havlular değiştirildi. Otel oldukça merkezi bir yerde ulaşım her yere çok rahattı. Biz yarım pansiyon aldık, kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği çeşit bakımından zengin, kaliteli ve lezzetliydi.Çalışanlar güler yüzlü, tertemiz ve yardım severdi. Tüm arkadaşlarıma önerdim. Ben de tekrar gelsem yine bu otelde kalırım. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Oda Balkonu,Banyo daha temiz olmalı,Sigara şzmaritleri vardı balkonda.

Benim otelden en büyük beklentim temiz olmasıydı benim beklentimi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Odalarda ütü den kulak pamuğuna kadar ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey vardı. Kahvaltısı açık büfe ve gayet güzeldi.

Otelin temizliği ve düzeni harikaydı. Bütün çarşaflar, havlular hatta tüm oda sabun kokuyordu neredeyse. Personelin tamamı çok nazik ve güleryüzlü özellikle restorant alanında tüm ekip çok misafirperverdi. Herkese tavsiye ederim. Konum olarakta her yere çok yakın bir otel, çok rahat ulaşım sağladık.

Kış sezonunda ve ramazana denk gittiğimiz için otel oldukça sakindi. Personel güler yüzlüydü ve odalar temizdi, minibar dolabı boştu. Kahvaltı açık büfe değil serpme kahvaltıydı, pool barda verilen kahvaltıda içeride bir serçe vardı. Kahvaltı yaptığımız yerde neden kuş uçuyor diye sorunca birkaç aydır burada çıkartamadık denmesini hijyenik bulmadık. Yine de bütün deneyimimizi düşünürsek bu oteli tekrar tercih ederiz.

The hotel building has potential, but unfortunately, the service falls short. Cleanliness was acceptable (4/5), although some of the pool sunbeds were dirty and had not been cleaned during our 4-day stay. The staff is friendly and tries to help, but only a few speak English, which makes communication challenging. We stayed in one of the largest suites (Duplex with Terrace), but were disappointed to find a cigarette burn on the sofa, a torn and dirty curtain, a damaged bedsheet, stains on the carpet, and bird poo and feathers on the terrace. This is not what you expect when booking one of the top rooms in a 5-star hotel. The overall atmosphere felt odd. The management approach appears to be more focused on cost-saving than on delivering a high-quality guest experience. Food quality varied – breakfasts were noticeably better than dinners. During dinner, no drinks were provided, except for plain mineral water, which was poured from plastic bottles by the waiters (if they noticed you). Drink prices were overpriced, with no quality to justify the cost. Overall, if you expect a true 5-star experience, this hotel will disappoint. But if you lower your expectations to a 3-star level, you might still enjoy your stay.

2016 nolu odada kaldık ve terasa açılan balkonun arıza olduğunu kapanmadığını ve bu nedenle klimanın çalışmadığını söylediler. Danışmada Meryem Hanım yapabilecek birşeyim yok der gibi bizimle konuştu ve sıcak havada klima çalışmadan gürültü içerisinde odada konakladık. Bu Barcelo otele yakışmadı.

Her acidan konforlu ve temiz bir otel. Biz 2 gün kaldık ve cok memnun ayrıldık. Odalar cok temiz ve büyük. Taş mimariye bayıldık. Kahvalti da cok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi.

Hizmetliler özellikle Eray- bell boy çok çalışkan, güleryüzlü ve kibardı. Kaldığımız 2012 nolu odanın üst katı aşırı sıcaktı ve oda değiştirmek zorunda kaldık. Koridorlar da ısı iyiydi ama SPA katı soğuktu. SPA dışardan bir şirket işletiyordu ve Masaj vasattı, Bali de de bulunduk ve masajlarını gayet iyi biliyorum ama bu SPA daki Bali masajı vasat geldi. Sabah kahvaltısı muhteşem güzeldi. Yemekler de öyle. Genel olarak otel mükemmel diyebilirim, fiyatlarda çok çok uygun… Çok memnun kaldık.

Beautiful hotel, amazing friendly staff, VERY spacious hotel room and bathroom, gorgeously decorated. I strongly recommend.

We stayed in the 2 story suite rooms. They were spacious and nice. The bathroom was a bit small but no major issues except for finding the light switch. The breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. Besides the freshly made eggs, there's nothing that is worth it. The service was great except at the pool where we had to go and find the waiter vs the waiter coming to us to take our order. Location was outside of Goreme and that was the biggest hurdle, nothing nearby to walk to

Yeni, çok güzel dizayn edilmiş, tertemiz, şık, ama dış ortam henüz tamamlanmamış bir otel. Gerçekten çok kaliteli. Kapadokya'da bir çok otelde kaldım. Cave otellerin tabiki konsepti farklı, daha kompakt. Bu otel cave otel ile büyük beş yıldızlı otellerin sanki bir birleşimi. Her iki otel tipinin özelliklerini birlikte bulunduruyor. Büyük, her detay düşünülmüş. Çeşit çeşit tipte odalar, kapalı açık havuz spa, kongre merkezi, vs, herşey var. Çalışanlar gayet başarılı. Bu bölgedeki büyük oteller arasında lüks oluş açısından bence yeni açılan Marriot ile birinciliği paylaşır. Fiyatlar yeni olduğu için makul, ama eminim zaman içerisinde yükselecektir. Biz dubleks teraslı odada kaldık. Çok sıradışı bir deneyim oldu. Oda gayet kullanışlı, tertemiz, ileri teknoloji ile donatılmış, kocaman rahat yataklı, kocaman kullanışlı ve her detayı düşünülmüş banyo-tuvaletli, oturma grubu iki televizyon, mini barı olan olağanüstü idi.

Resepsiyonda bulunan Meryem Hanıma cok tesekkur ederiz. Hem gezilecek yerler konusunda bize onerilerde bukunmasi hem de otel hakkinda bize cok yardimci oldu. Resteron kismi ozellikle kahvaltisi cok guzeldi, tum calisanlar guler yuzluydu. Nevsehirde her yere cok yakin mesafede bulunuyor, zaman konusunda sıkıntı yasamamamizi sagladi. Otele ilk girdiğimiz andan itibaren samimi bir şekilde karşılandık.Tüm çalışan personeller güler yüzlü nazik ve sürekli ilgili bir şekilde davrandılar. Ailecek katıldığımız tatilimizden hepimiz mutlulukla ayrıldık.Kesinlikle tekrar konaklayacağız ve Kapadokya ya gelecekseniz başka bir yer araştırmanıza gerek yok. :)

Está a 10 minutos aproximadamente de goreme hay fácil acceso al transporte público, no hay lugares para comer fuera del hotel, entonces es recomendable comer en goreme porque el hotel maneja precios altos y no hay mucha variedad

Struttura nuova , posizione eccellente , colazione ricca e di qualita

We stayed in the 2 story suite rooms. They were spacious and nice. The bathroom was a bit small but no major issues except for finding the light switch. The breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. Besides the freshly made eggs, there's nothing that is worth it. The service was great except at the pool where we had to go and find the waiter vs the waiter coming to us to take our order. Location was outside of Goreme and that was the biggest hurdle, nothing nearby to walk to

Otel mimari acidan biraz kotlu tasarlanmis yani otel yol tarafindan 1 kat yukarida , arka taraftan ise 2 kat asagida kaliyor o yuzden oda seceneklerinizi havuz manzarali secerseniz yandan aldiginiza gore o kot farkindan dolayi balkona ciktiginizda kocaman duvarlari seyretmemiş olursunuz.Hazirda bulunan setuplar biraz daha cesitli olabilir ama isterseniz temin ediliyor. Ayrica odalar yerden ve tepeden isitmali oldugundan epey sicak fakat kapilardan izolasyon kaynakli soguk alabiliyor. Yemekler ise sezondan dolayi biraz cesit olarak azdi fakat yeterliydi ama et balik yada tavuk cesitleri cidden lezzetsiz ve bazen sert ve soguk idi. Haricinde tatlilar mezeler fena degildi meyve cesitleri cok azdi. Eksilerden devam edecek olursak otel yatak kapasitesine gore ic alanda yeterli donlenme alanlarina sahip degil. Kis sezonunda insanlar yemek sonrasi otelin icinde oturamadan volta atmak zorunda kaliyor. Cocuklar icin de hicbir oyun alani ws olmadigindan sadece disarida gezip otelde yemek ve yatmak harici gelecekseniz mantikli olabilir. Bir diger eksisi ise otelin spa hamam kisminin ozel isletmeden dolayi kaynaklanan parali bone ve ilk defa bir otelde karsilastigim parali jakuzi oldu. Havuza girebiliyorsunuz fakat dibindeki jakuzi parali bu cidden garip. Ayrica spa kismindaki su ortam sicakligi yeterli degil keza ayni durum hamam sauna ve buhar odasi icin de gecerli. Boyle bir isletmeye yakismayan bir spa hizmeti sunuluyor.
