The Hotel itself was very nice and the man at the front desk was extremely helpful. The location is very far away from anything you would hope to visit in Amsterdam and we had no luck with Uber or even the taxi service they recommended, we ended up taking the bus to the airport train. Make sure to pre-book and Uber if you can, it really was difficult to get to Amsterdam central area. All around alright but we really suggest you avoid the hotel restaurant, the food quality does not match the price.

Not a family hotel. Close to none service and you can hear noise all night from people going to the casino, etc. it is a night place. Me and my boy were not as comfortable as we could have been. BUT it is clean and safe after all for just one night

Good property, the hotel is very comfortable. Two tips: make sure you rent a vehicle as there are no supermarkets or stores nearby. The closest is a McDonald's, but it is only a 15-minute walk away (you can safely walk there at midnight). If you want to get to the supermarket, you may have to invest in a 25-30 minute walk or take a bus ride, but the bus stops every 30 minutes. The transportation outside of that is pretty good. You can also buy your groceries before arriving at the hotel. The downside is that the restaurant opens at 10 AM and closes at 9 PM. There are no breakfast options available, and you can't buy anything to take to your room; everything has to be consumed inside the restaurant. There is no reception after 6 PM, so make sure you let the hotel know if you need to check in late. Otherwise, they have an emergency phone number you can call, and they will solve your check-in. But make sure you have a phone to make that call, as it is by phone only (no WhatsApp or iMessage).

Hotel maakt deel uit van een casino en restaurant. Naam van het hotel is aan de buitenkant niet zichtbaar. Ben twee keer langs gereden voordat it het hotel van de foto herkent. Het was er allemaal erg schoon en Rituals in de badkamer was zeker bij ons een pluspunt. Maar volgende keer gaan we toch weer voor een receptie met personeel en ontbijt want dat vonden we wel een nadeel. Voor 124 euro per nacht vinden wij dat je dat toch wel mag verwachten.

Zimmerfenster direkt zum Eingang Casino. Leute stehen vor dem Fenster rauchen und reden. Daher kann man Fenster nicht öffen wenn man dem Rauch und Redeerlebnis nicht live beiwohnen möchte. Das Casino hat leider auch bis 2 Uhr morgens geöffnet. Um 6.30 wurde die Rezeption gestaubsaugt, an schlafen ist dann in den vorderen Zimmern nicht mehr zu denken. Die benutzten Tassen und Gläser werden offensichtlich im Bad ausgespült und wieder hingestellt, am zweiten Tag stand die Tasse noch auf dem Waschbecken. Sicher ist auf dem Reinigungswagen kein spezieller Schwamm für Geschirr und ein Geschirrtuch, ich gehe nicht davon aus dass das normaler Hotelstandard ist. Insgesamt eher enttäuschend.

Zimmer mit Gartenblick gab es nicht. Es sei denn, das Tulpenfeld der anderen Straßenseite war gemeint. Es gab kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Keine kostenlose Toilettenartikel und das Zimmer war um 14.30 Uhr noch nicht bezugsfertig.

Hotel Lowietje was het aanbevelen waard. Gunstig gelegen, alleen wegen verkeerde naam op de vlaggen een beetje lastig te vinden. Kamer was goed en schoon en van waterkoker en bekers en koelkast voorzien. Bij de receptie heeft Lisa ons alles zeer vriendelijk uitgelegd en heeft ons dan naar onze kamer gebracht. We komen graag terug.

Hotel Lowietje was het aanbevelen waard. Gunstig gelegen, alleen wegen verkeerde naam op de vlaggen een beetje lastig te vinden. Kamer was goed en schoon en van waterkoker en bekers en koelkast voorzien. Bij de receptie heeft Lisa ons alles zeer vriendelijk uitgelegd en heeft ons dan naar onze kamer gebracht. We komen graag terug.

Extremely disappointed with the hotel. Booked two nights, non-refundable and did stay only for one night. I requested a room for two but there was only one chair in the room, extremely uncomfortable. When I inquired about a receptionist I was informed I was in a DIGITAL hotel and for any question I did not get a satisfying AI answer I was asked to call a number which was in service until 6:00 pm ONLY. If you need assistance after 6:00 pm you are out of lack!!! Never ever I will come back to this hotel. The only positive aspect is that is a km from Keukenhof and has free parking.

The hotel did not honor a pre-paid confirmed reservation. They left a voice mail to say they were closing early and I could not check in. This message arrived while I was in flight en route to the hotel. Really?? I have email confirmations FROM THE HOTEL that my room was paid and confirmed. Is this properly a scam??

Ansicht war das Hotel wirklich sehr schön und sauber vorallem. Leider habe ich erst am Tag meiner Reise erst den passkey gekriegt und man kann mit niemanden kommunizieren.Hotel ist etwas abgelegen,Restaurant ist sehr schön!

Very close to Keukenhof and the flowers and flower parade was the purpose of our travel. It is a bit inconvenient to sort out breakfast but it works. Cleaners were very thoughtful and caring. They put our tulips in water <3

The Hotel itself was very nice and the man at the front desk was extremely helpful. The location is very far away from anything you would hope to visit in Amsterdam and we had no luck with Uber or even the taxi service they recommended, we ended up taking the bus to the airport train. Make sure to pre-book and Uber if you can, it really was difficult to get to Amsterdam central area. All around alright but we really suggest you avoid the hotel restaurant, the food quality does not match the price.

Hotel maakt deel uit van een casino en restaurant. Naam van het hotel is aan de buitenkant niet zichtbaar. Ben twee keer langs gereden voordat it het hotel van de foto herkent. Receptie is open 10:00 tot 18:00 uur. Hotel is niet echt veilig. Kwam om 21:00 uur terug en kon zo binnen lopen. Niemand controlleert de toegang. Geen ontbijt mogelijk. Kamer was zeer goed, jammer voor de rest.

Het was er allemaal erg schoon en Rituals in de badkamer was zeker bij ons een pluspunt. Maar volgende keer gaan we toch weer voor een receptie met personeel en ontbijt want dat vonden we wel een nadeel. Voor 124 euro per nacht vinden wij dat je dat toch wel mag verwachten.

Het was er allemaal erg schoon en Rituals in de badkamer was zeker bij ons een pluspunt. Maar volgende keer gaan we toch weer voor een receptie met personeel en ontbijt want dat vonden we wel een nadeel. Voor 124 euro per nacht vinden wij dat je dat toch wel mag verwachten.

Was called to let me know that hotel is gully digital and that l will receive a digital key tp gain entrance into the room. I didnt receive the key by the time l arrived at about 3pm. I called their number from my phone from the first room whixh l thought was tge receptipn. It was difficult inderstanding yhe lady who picked up and l had to call twice. On the 2nd occassion she hung up on mr angrily and l still didnt know how access tge room. I called the 3rd time and spoke to a gentleman who said they sent the key to a dpecial Exoedia emsil that rhey cannit share with me. Eventually he agreed to let me in remotely. I asked about how l will go in and out again as l needed to xo things on town. He said he coukdnt help me. So l xalled Hotel.com to let them know as l came for a reason and unable to do what l planned becaise l couldnt leave the room.unlocked- l wanted to go to another hotel. Nikhil promised to sort the problem out with the hotel and call me back but he never did. So my plans were affected

There was a loud clanking sound the entire stay from somewhere outside the room. Very occasional but at least once or twice per minute. If I hadn’t had ear plugs it would have kept me from sleeping. Walking distance to Keukenhof gardens!

Best place to stay for Keukenhof ! Close, easy to get to. Restaurant was awesome. We left medications in our room and the staff called us to notify and set up their return. Great place.
