Villa 2 Dunsborough Villas

Lovely property, very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Lovely decorator items throughout the house. Quiet location. Only thing missing was additional rugs for the beds. Would definitely recommend.

Incorrectly advertised as 3x queen beds, there are in fact two double beds & one queen. We had to move the double bed against the wall to prevent baby falling out, partner slept upstairs. Don’t look too closely. In general clean & neat. Open the blinds and the dust flies, with dusty blinds, skirting boards, window sills and sliding door tracks. Laundry screen door hard to slide due to build up of dirt & grass. The outdoor area needed a hose down and the lawn needs mowing. Reported immediately by phone that where the carpet meets the tiles there were sharp tacks/nails poking through. Someone had been in the house but not fixed, we folded a towel over the worst to prevent us and our 14mth old daughter from injuring herself.
