This is well maintained place. Now when every city is full of these apartments to accommodations conversions the quality also differs hugely. We had some bad experiences on our 2 week Italy road trip but nothing negative to say on this one. The photos and description is accurate. We were guided in by a nice host who spoke good English. Everything inside is new and clean. The room was spaceous. The place is very well located but not noisy. We had a courtyard side room which was nicely in shade and super quiet but the balcony and view to the yard was not nice. A dusty yard with some trashes. If you prefer balcony time and view I recommend asking for an street side room.

The host was tremendously helpful. He had a website dedicated to providing information on everything we could need. Directions, transportation, food, emergencies, and recommendations. The room was updated and clean. It provided everything we needed. The price was great. I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfekt, besser geht's nicht. Sollten wir nochmal in der Gegend sein, schlafen wir wieder hier.

Très bon accueil, chambre et salle de bain neuves et propres. Par contre la vue donne sur un immeuble vétuste et l’immeuble n’est pas à l’image de la chambre ( cage d’escalier et ascenseur d’une autre époque) La climatisation ne fonctionne pas quand on n’est pas présent ! L’insonorisation avec la salle de bain de la chambre voisine est insuffisante. Pour Hotel.com: Pour la première fois sur hotel.com, nous avons réservé une chambre que nous pensions être dans un hôtel alors que ce n’est pas le cas !?

La habitación estaba limpia pero el edificio muy muy sucio. La zona no nos dió confianza pero ya dentro de la habitación todo estaba bien.
